never received shirt!
I ordered a Christmas shirt that I needed for this weekend before Thanksgiving, I still have yet to receive the shirt and when I contacted customer service about this they sent me a generic email every single time (same email ALL THREE TIMES) I've asked them for a refund on multiple occasions as they do not provide a tracking number when they give you free shipping, which they do not mention when you purchase the item... They also did not mention that the item will be shipping from China. I highly recommend that nobody purchase from this company and that they be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, worse online shopping experience I've ever had in my entire life! I will never buy from them again and I will not recommend anybody to this company.
duplicate order
I just placed an order with Bellelily for 2 bikinis on Wednesday morning May 31st just before 9:00am eastern time. I clicked on place order and nothing happened. So I clicked on place order again and I received a message that I had placed a duplicate order and I needed to contact customer service at this site.

With regards to Order number: [protected]. Received an email confirmation that payment was received on 17/7/16 however the product of 3 clothing items has not been received. I still have this email if required to forward . Payment of AUS $40.72 was made. I would request a refund for this please.

I ordered some items at the start of August. I decided to try to track my items (which i had paid extra to do so), but find that the page and the Vessos website has closed down! I have just read through many terrible reviews and am now worried i won't receive my items! After trying to send an email to [protected]@vessos.com, it bounced back, and am unable to contact them in any way, which is why i resorted to this website!

bad clothing product
Do not order from Vesso . you will not receive the right sizes and they clothing is trash. And they do not have a great return policy nor do they want the trash clothing back ... You are stuck with these items. The website does not even have a phone number nor a address
the most disappointing experience ever!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the dress and wanted to return it back but they said that they do not accept returns! Material was not the same as it was described and item did not look like picture.
I'm only glad that it was not a very expensive dress otherwise I would be very angry.
I did not like Vessos customer service, they were not helpful at all and I ended up stuck with a dress I would never wear. This was the most disappointing online shopping experience ever!

junk quality!
Terrible experience! I have ordered a swimsuit for a trip but it did not show up on time and I received it only after I cam back from my trip. Quality was terrible and size was also way to small. Vessos customer service did not help me with my issue and they told me to keep the swimsuit because shipping back would be way too expensive.
They refused to give me even a partial refund. So literally I was stuck with a piece of junk I could not even wear!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Normally the parcel will take 10-20 days for delivery if you choose the free shipping, and there might be delayed little as the custom clearance.
If there is nay problem on this item please offer some pictures for showing it. Once you contact us we will check and provide the solution for you.

the worst experience i've ever had!
Vessos is terrible and I really hate this site and I do regret that I've ordered something from them. I have ordered three items and when I checked my mail I noticed there were three tracking numbers! Contacted Vessos and asked what was going on and found out that they shipped my entire order in three separate packages! My order was placed about five months ago and I received the first package after a month, the second came after three months and I'm still waiting for the third one. Contacting customer support got me nowhere and they have no idea where the third package is and when will it arrive. Not to mention that I was super disappointed with the quality of the two items that I have already received. Stay away!

I ordered a dress in July and still have not received the item. I`ve emailed several times, but no one has contacted me. I`m contacting paypal to get my money back. This place is a total scam.
I would appreciate it if my money was put back on my card seeing how I never recieved my item from 8/5/2016. Better business bureau has been called on this fraud .
I placed a large order, right after the order ships, I find out they are getting sued for copyright infringement, I can't track my order there is noone to call to find out about the order, my order never arrives. I am at a loss
