Me han pasado un cargo que yo no he autorizado a mi targeta de 29, 95 el dia 3 de diciembre cuando me di de baja hace un mes según la pagina decia que ellos no yo harian la cancelacion de la subcripcion y lo han hecho pero la parte de poder acceder a sus servicios pero me siguen cogiendo dinero de mi targeta en la quiero el reembolso ya o acudire a la policia

    I am unable to find a transaction based on the information you put out here. Can you please email me ([protected]@verotel.com) with more details, including your name, email address and first 12 digits of the card that was charged (not the full cardnumber please, just the first 12 digits)?

  • Dear Inaki,

    We have refunded the last transaction and stopped your membership. You cancelled right after the first recurring charge attempt happened. So it crossed paths.

    Buenas tardes
    Solicito la devolución del importe indebidamente cargado en mi cuenta. Anulé la suscripción a su tiempo, no pude seguir disfrutando de los servicios premium pero se me ha seguido cobrando.
