I contacted Verizon on 6/23 to notify them my router was not working. They asked that I be patient and I would receive a new router by 6/25. I did not get a new router on 6/25 or 6/26. I called verizon again and they assured me delivery by 6/30. Today I am on the line with them as it's been over a full week since I have had Internet service. The reps don't seem competent or knowledgeable nor are they friendly!! I am strongly considering disconnecting my service completely!!
