Verizion / wireless cell phones

1st rec'd 2 phone orders. spent 1 1/2 in verizion store to get phone connected, etc. activated other at home on sat. mon -phones dead. noon -one phone in service. 2 calls cust svc=could not activate phone. spent over 1 hr next sat =given new phone indicating other phone not charging. now with dropped calls and conversation breaking up told me this is trouble area and i should call tech dept to put in a ticket. i ask verizion rep to handle it he said no. continual excuses made for continuing problems still unsloved. ask for credit for time with no phone service -could not get answer. phone and store customer service is the worst i have experienced

    Verizion - Second line installation problem

    I wanted to have a secondary phone line put in a bedroom. I told them that i have the phone jack already and said no problem that the will send a tech. out they came out on Thursday and said it will take 24 hours to activate it well 48hrs later no service. I called them and said for some reason that it was being held. I did not get called about it at all and this pisses me off alot.
