Verimark review: Stay away from them 2

I purchased the stick shark last year August, in August the machine stopped charging therefore it could not be used. The machine was returned to Verimark and was received 3 weeks later. 1 month later the machine broke again we then returned it R299.00 later the machine is still broken.

I bought a top mop within few months the bucket changed colour and it torn and that is R400 gone then after that I bought a popcorn maker and when I made popcorn for the 3rd time the inner dish where you put your popcorn just melted and there is nowhere where it's written that do not use more than once at a time. I am very disappointed because I thought verimark were good in quality and strong but I was wrong I will never ever buy verimark products

During November 2010 I ordered some spares for the Hydrovac from the Verimark branch in Nelspruit.
This was followed up several times, almost on a weekly basis to check whether the parts have arrived or not, without success. Even the person in charge (I think he is the Manager) phoned head Office and speak to a person by the name of Mohammed still no progress. Everytime I visited the shop they promised to phone and update me on the progress - this never happenned and up to this day, almost three months later i'm still waiting. I Also forwarded a E Mail to their Costomer Service department some 3 weeks ago - they also did not respond to that complaint. I will never ever buy any Verimark producs again and also tells everybody to do the same as there is just NO AFTERSALES service from Verimark and they are not interested in solving your problem.
