Verified by Visa review: Zero customer service

Verified by Visa is unreliable, but they can you some damage and put you through a lot of inconvenience. If you finally find the customer service number, it is utterly useless. An agent will simply tell you that they can't help you. In my case, I tried to make an online payment, one which used verified by visa. I input the correct numbers, but they were said to be incorrect, and the screen said that my card was now locked. My bank could not help me, and said that they did not lock my card, but they did say that they were having trouble with verified by visa and were trying to fix it. Meanwhile NO ONE can help me I'm stuck and can't make a payment--for which there will be a penalty. You can be sure that Verified by Visa is not going to help me with that. UNSATISFACTORY.
