VERIBO IS A COMPANY IN CROATIA WHICH CLAIMS TO PROVIDES YOU WITH APATMENTS! LOOK OUT! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR WEBSITE YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED! WE PAID FOR AN APARTMENT BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED TO CROATIA THESE PEOPLE WERE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! THEN WHEN BORIS CUBRIC FINALLY SHOWED UP, HE TOLD US THEY HAD NO APARTMENTS. WHEN WENT TO THE POLICE BUT THAT WAS A JOKE. THEY NEVER RETURNED OUT MONEY AND THIS WAS 6 MONTS AGO! POLICE IN CROATIA DID NOTHING! WE DID FIND OUT THE OWNERS ARE BORIS CUBRIC AND VERONICA CUBRIC AND THE LEGAL COMPANY NAME IS VERIBO KNOCEPT, D.O.O. IN ZAGREB CROATIA! WELL, THEY SAY IT IS A LEGAL COMPANY WWW.VERIBO.HR IS THE WEBSITE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET STUCK IN THAT COUNTRY WITH NO HELP! SCAMMERS!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was also scammed by this Richard Davila on a car rental 😡😡😡

He was on facebook under 1st Class Rental but closed it after we left negative review.
Well it does seem to be him. I heard from one of her family from Croatia. I am trying to find his wifes name also so i can try and contact her.
He also scammed another couple ( also found them on the internet) this year out of $5400. We do know that he is to appear in Court in NYC on Dec 2 for owing a landlord over $10, 000.

Hi, it seems that this is the same Richard L. Davila. I am so sorry that you were also scammed by him. There are few lawsuits against him here in Croatia, but he fled in US with his wife (she is Croatian). Would this Richard Davila now be doing this in NYC. With his company called 1st class rentals? He scammed me out of $4500 for an apartment in NYC and cancelled and never got the money back. His family are from Croatia.

Veribo Koncept is owner of the NEST company that has listed apartments in the Booking.com. Hardly fraud. I have book their apartments few times everything was great.
