Vengeance Unlimited DVD Tape / Have not received my order

I ordered a tape in January of this year. My order was processed and money was withdrawn from my bank (By the company) for the cost of the DVD. I have e-mailed them and called but no answers by phone or e-mail.
$69.00 is a lot to me. I would like to have my money back or the tape. If I don't receive either one I will report this online company to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you
