Venesa Crumpley DDS / Bad customer service
I was a patient of Dr. Crumpley's who paid $75 cash for a temporary retainer which ultimately did not fit my mouth. In an effort to make it fit, the hygenist took a torch to the plastic. This in turn mis-shaped the retainer making it impossible to put in my mouth. I was told that a new retainer would be made, and that it would take around 10 business days. 69 business days passed without any calls to me. I then went in for a refund on the melted retainer and was told that wasn't an option because I had it in my possesion for so long. I was made to feel like a menace and was treated poorly by the front desk receptionist. The dentist wouldn't even come out to discuss the problem with me. Dental care is hard enough to afford, even with insurance, but to spend my hard earned money on something that is of no use to me is upsetting.
