I want to know how it's possible to have a charge of US164, 59 on the 16th in my Master Card if I haven't been ever in Italy, It's a fraud

same thing. i live in italy and i think is not Trenitalia the scammer because is the company who got trains in italy! somebody buy his tickets with our credit cards. Have u bought something online with your card?

I had the same experience. The company should provide the credit card owner with the informations related to the transactions (you are the owner of the card after all, aren't you?). I reported this to the police and an ivestigation is going on. It would not be too hard to arrest the scammers, since they bought the tickets, and almost surely used them. These trains must have cameras inside, so the scammers can be found. Any outcome in your case?
