venclar construction review: buying house and doesnt pay the taxes on it. 1

Was purchasing a house from this person and suppose to pay him mortg. taxes. house insurance and been doing it
for 2 years and found out he was pocketing the tax money and wasnt paying it. went to court house and he didnt
pay since 2007 and we were coming on to 3 years and we moved before we probually be thorwn out by the court.
Moved and then called the court house and the ### paid the taxes and got more people in the house. He broke
the contract by not keeping up on the deal . If taxes were not paid and reciept was giving to me by the end of the
year we were suppose to get that back. In two years only was able to get ahold of them and never would respond
to us about the problem. JUST LETTING YOU THAT HE'S A SCUMLORD AND HE RIPS PEOPLE OFF . BEWARE.
OF HIM . THESE HOUSES ARE BETWEEN OIL CITY, PA AND CLARION, PA.. We put alot of money into the house
and far from being done and it was better to just get up and walk.
