VCSales.com / 21st Century Gaming Entertainment In
I have had a bad experience with VCSALES.COM / 21st Century Gaming Entertainment Inc. I believe they are scammers am working with an attorney to resolve my issues. It's a pretty intricate fraud ring they have going on and I want to warn all who consider working with them.
I placed an order w/ them for Second Life Linden dollars 5 days ago & they haven't delivered. The problem is their web-site states it takes 1hr to 24hrs to deliver after receipt of order - with 24hrs being the "rare" case. When I called them they would not talk about my order, only instruct me to log-in to their Live Chat. They sounded very far away, bad reception, very unprofessional as they told me in broken English to login to Live Chat. The first time I talked to them on Live Chat I asked about the delay in delivery. They said they were "stocking my order now" and that they just needed to verify I was the buyer on the Pay Pal account. They asked me to scan a copy of a credit card & drivers license/id to verify my identity, but I could cover some of the numbers. No way, isn't that what Pay Pal is for? Does anyone else think this is weird? They acted shocked that I didn't want to do this, but they eventually agreed they would verify with Pay Pal. The next day my order was verified, they sent an email to confirm. So when I talked on the Live Chat and asked when my Linden would be delivered they said they were out of stock. Hmm, the night before they said they were stocking my order so how could this be?
It gets even more twisted. Since I had paid thru Pay Pal I received the typical Pay Pal email showing that my funds went to a company called 21st Century Gaming Entertainment Inc. I tried to look up VCSales.com on the BBB (Better Business Bureau ) and nothing came up. But when I looked up 21st Century Gaming Entertainment Inc it had some hits. The interesting thing is that their address is the same address listed on VCSales.com's contact address for their United States, a location in Plano Texas. The BBB report states that the company's website is www.vcsales.com. The report shows that the phone number is disconnected and it specifically states that if you are having issues obtaining a refund, or receiving your purchase that you should seek legal help as they are unable to pursue this company.
Bingo, vcsales.com is 21st Century Gaming Entertainment Inc - they are one in the same. Since the BBB couldn't track them under the Plano TX address I did some more research and found out that 21st Century Gaming Entertainment Inc has more addresses. Looks like they pick up and move on before anyone gets too hot on their tail. I found that they are affiliated with some more on-line auction selling and sell under other names besides vcsales.com. I just found out this info today doing my research. They are also involved with whois DomainTools and somehow related to Aftermarket.com Domainer Mardi Gras Auction. I don't know if these other companies are part of the scam but if you are thinking of doing any financial transaction through these you'd be wise to fully research, check w/ the BBB etc. I didn't realize other people had issues with vcsales.com till they didn't deliver my purchase. I researched the company before I bought from them and I thought they were legit because their competitors list them on their web-sites, and because a few articles like this on the web stating they sold cheap, etc. When I searched vcsales.com with the word "scam" included, I found that other people have had the same experience I have. I wonder how many people they've ripped off. How many people just give up because it's not worth their time or the hassle. I wonder what happened to all these people that had issues with this company and how are they still running their business. I'm thinking of pursing a class action lawsuit. If anyone reads this & has had a similar experience then I think you should join me in taking legal action, as the Better Business Bureau has suggested. They are taking advantage of people through Internet Fraud.
Do not use this company they will lie to your face, rip you off, and scam you with no mercy. Then they will act like they've done nothing wrong and ask for more time. "So sorry, my workmates are working hard for you, can you give more time, hello." I can imagine a few people working in a room using fake English or Japanese sounding names on the Live Chat - is this to reassure us? And the picture for Live Chat of the nice professional looking lady with the headset - that is as fake as they get. This web-site is all smoke and mirrors, do not be fooled. I am a professional and should have known better. I even researched this company and felt secure prior to my purchase. This made me realize if you think it can't happen to you, beware. I looked into about 15 different Linden and WOW Gold Brokers and found vcsales.com had the best price and it looked like their site was one of the nicer ones. I found out the hard way that if it looks too good to be true then it probably is.Buyer beware, it can happen to you. Don't give these cyber terrorists your money.

Hey, I had problems with them as well.. I totally harrassed them everyday with Live Chat until they ban me from the chat... Then I said I would fill a claim with PayPal. That's what I did. Then when they saw they had an open claim, they asked me to remove it and that they would THEN give me my gold. I said I wouldn't before i'd get what I had paid for. Well they worked their ### off and finally gave me my gold.

A complete nightmare. Be aware of them. Scammers.

I forgot to say, they also told me when I asked for a refund (many times) that they couldn't give it to me right away cause they are located in China and that the financial guy was not there cause it was too late.. Yeah right.

The only thing you can do, is fill a paypal claim.

I have just escalated a dispute of non-delivery of Gold purchased for a server on World Of Warcarft.

The Website I ordered from was wowgoldstudio.com but the payment was made to 21st Century Gaming Entertainment Inc.

BEWARE I am only hoping that paypal can get me my money back tis not much but I hope these weasels are forced to give me my money back. they are just lucky I cant visit them personally to express my extreme displeasure.

Before I purchased I did do a web search for reviews on wowgoldstudio and I didnt get any negative hits. I only found out about the 21st Century Gaming Entertainment Inc when that was the company that received the paypal payment.

I did the research on these sites, and found the following sites are ALL bogus and from the same owner.

The Plano location is definitely a fake address (10 minutes from where I live...doesn't exist)

Even now they are still trying to tell me they need my photocopy of my CC and ID to confirm I am who I am.

So I am spamming every place that will listen.

I just had to put in a dispute with PayPal to get a refund on my money. I went on their Live Chat for hours trying to resolve this and they kept telling me they needed to talk to their supervisor and would get back to me in a few hours. It never happened and now hopefully PayPal will resolve this and boot their account from PayPal.

DO NOT Buy from these guys! A total Scam!

first off, i'd like to say that my service's with them were less than satisfactory and i found it completly outrageous the wanted a picture of my credit card and ID, i was very furious. I waited 3 days of non stop complaining in live chat, and filing reports, when finally i annoyed them so much that they filled my order. so all of you recently scammed, dont give up, just keep coming back again and again. you know you've done it once they ask to call you for verification, this is when you know your order will soon be filled

These rotten ###s levelled my character and got my account banned and offered me a slight partial refund for the levels they didn't get to. Now I have paid them and gotten my account banned.

WTF...I feel like everybody else on here now. Just happened to me. All im getting are excuses and beating around the bush for more time. I demanded my product be delivered and i keep getting "The Spring Holiday" is here so their gold farmers are off work. I was told they should have my gold in 5 hours. It's been 10 and ive got nothing except excuses. Very frustrating.
