They never deliver the 2 vcc order after received my payment.
Today is the 4th day after the purchased. They never deliver the 2 vcc I ordered after received the payment.
They did not respond to the 2 emails that I sent and the 2 messages that I left on their "Contact Us" form.
After the payment, there was no confirmation or acknowledgement from them. The transaction cannot be found in the "Order History" and "Transcation". Just like nothing has happened.
Luckily I have screen captured the crypto payment screen as proof. I have sent them the crypto Transaction ID as well.
VccGuru.com looks like a dummy site just to scam you for the irreversible payments.
Desired outcome: Deliver the 2 vcc I ordered.

I created my request and paid for $100 AVS Virtual Credit card 5 days ago, and since then there has been no communication. They had to create the card in less than one day but they do not even reply my emails.

This company is a bunch of scammers. I contacted their agency in order to get a card for $200. they never sent it to me and more they even don't want to contact me. I called them many times and no answer, my e-mails are coming back.
4 days ago, I paid the full amount and since then the status is always in processing and they do not reply my emails and tickets on the website. Order id is #12577.
Agree with the author. I've ordered the card for 150$, but nobody replies from VCCGURU side. And it seems or they're closed or just ignore me... But they answered before buying the card, and silence since the payment is done. 23 hours gone, but merchant ensures to deliver the card during 1 hour since the confirmed payment
Correction: all good. The card has been delivered in couple an hours from I kept the previous post. I don't believe it relates somehow. I just think it takes a time. But if you guys answer via email, it helps us to understand each other much better and don't complain anywhere
