Dear US AIRWAYS CEO

My name is Bruce Duncan, CEO Varitech Inc. and WWMRI Inc., and I am filing a complaint against US Airways that I’ve been trying to resolve for a month. I purchased a “1st class ticket” both ways from SFO to LV and back. NOTE: I’VE SPENT 5 HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO REACH A “PERSON THAT COULD ASSIST ME” WITHOUT ANY RESULTS, THAT FINALLY FORCED ME TO COMPOSE A FAX! VERY POOR, OR LACK THERE OF, CUSTOMER SERVICE! I arrived at the gate of my return flight, the jet was still boarding passengers and gangway was still attached to the jet. This was flight 469 departing at 7:25pm LV and arriving SFO 8:57 on Thu, Jan 29, 2009. The person checking in customers appeared to be drunk and/or on drugs and was slurring his words and I heard multiple people complaining about him on my next flight! He stated I was 90 seconds late and I could not board, even though the gangway was still attached and I had a 1st class ticket. I had to take the next flight and I missed my limo driver and meetings at SFO. I would like to be reimbursed for my flight from LV to SFO, as US AIR WAYS cost me several hundred dollars because of a DRUNK AND/OR ON DRUGS (PROBABLY BOTH) EMPLOYEE THAT OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT VALUE HIS JOB AND WAS AN EMBARASSMENT TO US AIRWAYS. IF I AM NOT REIMBURSED, I WILL SHARE THIS STORY WITH CHANNEL 7 NEWS IN SF (ALBERT FINNEY IS A NEWS ANCHOR, WHO REPORTS AIRLINE COMPLAINST AND REACHES 15 MILLION VIEWERS IN THE BAY AREA), AND I UNDERSTAND A LOT CUSTOMERS ARE UPSET WITH “US AIRWAYS” OVERALL SERVICE! I WORK WITH “FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES” AROUND THE GLOBE AND I WILL MAKE IT “MY MISSION” TO INFORM EVERYONE THEY SHOULD NOT FLY WITH US AIRWAYS IF THEY EXPECT TO BE TREATED PROFESSIONALLY AND WITH FAIRNESS AND RESPECT. THIS WILL COST US AIRWAYS “TENS-OF-THOUSANDS” OF DOLLARS AND BAD PRESS! THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT. I AWAIT A RESPONSE NO LATER THAN NEXT WEEK. IT IS NOT THE MONEY, IT IS THE FACT YOU LET SOMEONE THAT IS DRUNK, ON DRUGS WITH A LITTLE BIT OF POWER THAT LIKES TO INCONVENIENCE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THERE WAS “NO ONE” THERE TO SUPERVISE HIM! WORST SERVICE I’VE ENCOUNTERED GLOBALLY!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!
