Vantage cancelled our trip without sufficient notice and refuses to refund the money.
Our claim is so similar to many, many other complaints already on record that it would be an exercise in futility to go over the same problems again. Vantage Deluxe World Travel will continue to cheat their customers until some Regulatory Agency steps forward and forces them to del honestly
Vantage make a large part of their profits by refusing to pay legitimate claims and refunds.
Why should they change their illegal business practices and lose a large part of their profit until they are forced to do so. Until then, they do not care.

We booked a trip with Vantage Deluxe World travel on [protected], canceled on 1-22-22 paid 15,510.00 would receive a refund of 14,510.00 with a 1,000.00 penalty , I have 2 letters stating I will receive a refund one dated 1-22-22 and one dated4-21-22, have made numerous phone calls and all I get is the run around and telling me we are receiving a refund , but don’t know when. They are using our money to pay their bills. Give me my money!

Do not use Vantage. They systematically refuse to refund money on canceled trips. If you perform an internet search, you will see how widespread this practice had been and how many people are out of significant ums .paid for trips that never occurred. I am among them.

Vantage canceled Arabian Adventures departure for October 14, 2020. Their Terms and Conditions clearly state that if Vantage cancels a trip, a prompt refund will be provided to the affected customers. They refuse to honor their own contractual language and only offer trips in the next 2 years. They owe me $38, 135.00. Do not ever pay these people by anything other than a credit card, their meager cash discount is not worth taking the chance. It is time for a class action lawsuit against Vantage. The Massachusetts Attorney General's office has 238 complaints about this company as of last week. Would anyone seriously contemplate traveling with this company in the future?
