I ordered a belt buckle and earring on 8th January and have not received anything. I received an email after making the order to say the products were not in stock but would be sent when they had them. I have sent an email with my order number to enquire when I'll receive them but have not heard anything back. I have since read other complaints of a similar nature so I'm a bit worried

    Did you pay by Credit Card? Request refund or chargeback - which too use depends on value of goods Chargeback only on debit cards. I think that if enough people claim refunds, their credit account gets suspended.

    Register a complaint with http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/contact, or specifically the webform at http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/contact?action=complain

    In all cases make sure that the complaints name "Dijital Hub" as the holding company.

    vampire.co.uk (and argoth) now supposedly at a new address:

    Riverside View
    Thornes Lane
    Wakefield
    WF1 5QW

    But this could be just a maildrop as there's a mail forwarding company at that address. No telephone numbers on websites anymore.

    Personally i would do a charge back if you have a debit card, as i wouldnt bother holding your breath for a refund you would probably be waiting as long as we are all waiting for the war to end!!
