When I purchased Genisphere face and neck cream I was told I would receive a $25.00 certificate to be used at Walmart, etc. Anyway there was no such website. www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/gc.

Thank you.

I received a phone call at home offering a free 25 dollar gift certificate for Walmart plus a gas card worth $40... I agreed to the free trial offer at $1.95. Having just received the materials promised from ValuePlus I was instructed to go online at valueplusonline.com/open/form/gc to redeem my $25 gift card. There turned out to be no such site. The materials I received included a coupon for $1000. free grocery coupons which I was instructed to mail to the following address: Value Plus Grocery Savings, PO Box 5034, Hopkins, MN [protected]. I hope that address proves helpful to anyone tracking down this bogus operation.

From a TV commercial, I ordered a product which I haven't received yet. I was told I would receive a $25 gift certificate for Target. In the mail today I received a document telling me to log on to www.valueplusonline.com/open/for/gc in order to receive the certificate.

There is no such website. I see others have bought into the scam. I wonder how much they will charge my credit card?

Even after canceling before the agreed upon time, I was still charged for something I did not use and did not want. I canceled during my trial period by phone and on line. Unprofessional and shady practices. Do not use.

I recieved a card in the mail that said to call [protected] to do a short survey to recieve a $25 Walmart gift card and a $25 Gasoline card good at Mobil, Shell and Exxon stations. REWARD CODE: 863551. I called and answered a few questions and was told I would have to pay a shipping fee for my FREE cards. I told the woman that if it is free why would I have to pay. She went on with her speech and I told her I didn't have a credit card. I told her this was a scam and I was going to report them. DO NOT GIVE YOU CREDIT CARD # TO THESE PEOPLE> THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.

I just went into my card and was charged 24.99. I went to the website got nothing and then went to valueplusonline. Their I was told to sign up and put in my subscriber number and sign on I did. It is not what I thought. you have to still be a member to get a gift card. I am now on my second month charge. Nothing offered is exceptional 20 % of gift cards up to 20% of wellness discounts. I am going to try and get the 1, 000 dollar grocery savings( supposedly coupons) I suggest contacting the attorney generals office. Good luck all. I just need to be more careful and not so gullible. This companies are out to help themselves to our money. Rebecca Berrios

valuelpusonline.com is nothing but a joke! I was lucky to have froze my account in time, so that they only got 1499 out of me. I agree that someone needs to nail these people . Good luck to all those people who have to deal any further with this company...

Well...it seems I'm not alone. I, too, was offered 2 separate Wal-Mart gift cards for $50.00 each. All I've received is the worthless paperwork to log on to the scam site. I will be checking my credit card as soon as I get home.

I think this will be my LAST purchase from someone over the phone.

I agree to this. I ordered from here and still have not recieved anything.
Then when I get a paper in the mail to access for gift cards, there is no such
site.

Now what can I do? I have ordered several things and have gotten only 1 thing.

Please advise as to what I should do now.

Thank you, do

I received a letter in the mail [protected] from WC*Value Plus-V . A paragraph at the bottom of the letter stated, .During your enrollment your signature was received, authorizing us to charge a subscriber fee of $19.95 every month after the trial period to the credit or debit/check card you have provided ending in the number XXXX. After your 30-day trial. charges will be submotted on approximately 09/18/2008 and every 30 days thereafter. Please call [protected] if you would like to change to another card to make these payments, to cancel, or for any other customer service issues.
The letter is signed (looks like a stamped signature) Elizabeth Collins, Director of Marketing.
I also have had a charge of $16.95 taken out of our checking account twice. When I called to cancel the (enrollment), I was told that if I had bought something on the internet, TV or over the phone that the member ship was attached to it. In other words it is a piggy back attachment. I had my so called enrollment cancelled. I think it is about time something is done about this scam.

I tried to access the website www.valueplusonline.com/open/form/gc to receive my $25 gift card. I was offered this service after applying for a new credit card. Fortunately for me, I got to this web site and was able to cancel by calling [protected]. When I called, I did mention all the complaints. The didn't try to deny their poor services or anything. They just said they would cancel my membership. Thank you so much people for letting us know about this scam!

I didn't receive my $10.oo Cash- back gas rebate check for the April-June period. Also i didn't receive my new Cash-Back Rebate Form for the period of July-September.! When i call reps on this topic they seem to be rude and not caring about my problem. They only care if i'm ordering something. They told me whether or not you're a member, or if you change your mind about becoming a member, that the $40.00 Cash-Back Gas Rebate was a FREE PRIZE just for listening to their sale pitch. So far i received $10.00 for the Jan-March period. I sent in my second gas receipt along with my "Quarterly Rebate Request Form." and have received no thing, a month has passed!
I also have not received the next Quarterly form July-September... Reading all the complaints about this company i think they should be investigated soon.!

I agree with all the complaints.I wont bore you by repeating them. In my case, I was offered the package via my home phone. It was in regards to some purchase or another that I had made on-line. Yesterday, I called the trace # on my bank statement as I had remembered this situation. I realized that almost a month had past since the sign up. It was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL THIS CRAP! The customer service rep was a COMPLETE a**h*** and threatened to hang up on me. Wish I had seen this site prior to my involvement. Hope there are no more charges.

THere was a promotion promised of a $25 gift card for Valueplusonlkine.com and myvacationpassport.com both owned by Provell Co in MN. You are supposed to register online for the gift cards but the page to register does not exist. The toll free numbers apparently don't exist as I cannot get a dial tone when calling either of the numbers. Scammers
