Valero Customer Service- very very poor

Valero in Miami Street Brooksville KY 41004. There's a new woman cashier. I regularly go there so I know she's new. She was vacuuming and she already looked grumpy as I walked in. I smiled at her because i'm buying something and she murmured - i never get things done!( interrupting her vacuuming)… When I asked her for an item and gave me the wrong one, i pointed out the one i needed and I said in a nice way- "the other one please", then she raised her voice so loudly and corrected me about the name and what should it be called.

If you hire a rude person like that, nobody will come back unless people don't care how they've been treated.

What kind customer service is that?

Valero Overcharging on products that are specifically priced

This Valero store in Sherman, Texas is run by people who think it's ok to charge whatever they want.
My husband went this evening and purchased a pack of Carnival cigarettes $5.15 including tax and 2 powerades marked for 2 for $2.50. The total came to a whopping $10.33!? Then refused to give him a receipt!
This has been going on for a very long time. One day they charge you a $2 for withdrawing cash. The very next day they charge $4.
The thing is, the person behind the counter is arrogant and very rude. My husband is a happy go lucky guy and has actually helped them out on occasion by stocking their fridges and cleaning up the nasty, slimy fountain drink machines.
They are stealing from people and as far as I know this owner evidently thinks it's okay. Something seriously needs to be done because incidents like these really put Valero Corp in a bad light. It appears as if Valero condones these practices.
Think about it...$7.65...how can you possibly come to a total of $10.33? How are people allowed to purchase a franchise without basic math skills?

Valero Service

Fri evening the 13th of Aug 2021. The 2 "gentleman" working there have music playing as loud as possible with repeating lyrics of [censored], where, ho, [censored], murder, dick etc. Confronted them explaining that kids are walking in this store (it's rush hour) told me whatever bro. Don't come back. Which I won't except to go back and film it on Facebook. Ignorance displayed was egregious

Valero Customer service and bathroom availability

The woman who works here is rude and refuses to let customers use the bathrooms. I have stopped at this location numerous times during long car rides with very similar results. I believe she closes the restrooms because she doesn't want to clean them when customers need to use them. She is also very rude when you ask about when the bathrooms will be available again.

Desired outcome: Have the franchise review this location and make the restrooms available to customers again.

Valero Rude manager

my mom.went in Valero Thursday to play numbers so she asked the girl to lunch her in a number the manger comes out the office hollering at mom talking about I don't want you in this store nomore and saying other stuff so my mom let her have it this lady need a to be fired so my mom called the man who owned the store he hung the phone open on mom so then she calls corporate nobody has called her back yet that woman shouldn't be getting no attitude or getting out of character if that's the case she don't need to be manger

Valero The service from employees

My name is Randy fraley I live in Brooksville Kentucky I go to your Valero store up here all the time and still here recently I've been having a lot of trouble out of your employees and they are treating me unfairly it's discriminating their letting others do things because they're taking their friends is what they say the girl told me tonight I asked her why I could not scratch off my ticket at the other counter if it was okay and she said no there wasn't enough time and it was 10:00 and they didn't close till 11:00 and he has the money that comes in there he doesn't wear a t-shirt he's on drugs and I asked her as if I can heal with scratch them and I can't and she said because he's my buddy my sister owns the newspaper and in the next two weeks we're going to be publishing an ad on Valero because of the way that they're treating their customers it's not just me so my number is [protected] and you can call me if you don't reach me and call me and discuss this matter with me this will be edited in the newspaper also and people are going to start recording when they go in there with their cell phones cuz we want everything to be edited in paper that's being said to others the girl that you have working in their name Ricky it's the worst one she's a smart relic and she treats as soon as she comes in the door she treats you like you have no time to shop she wants to hurry you and get you out of there I'll see does is rush rush rush give you no time and I'm tired of it everybody's tired of it so most of us in this town have stopped going up there so you need to have a talk with Ricky she seems to be the problem and if you don't believe me you can drug test her that should take care of it.

Valero Gas.

I went and pumped gas at the Valero in bellmead Texas on 02.26.21 and had to get my car towed to my dealership. They checked my vehicle and found that the gas i had in my tank was mixed with water and i need to call Valero and let them know what was going on. I called Valero and they were very rude and basically told me that it's not their fault and nobody else has called and told them anything of the sort. Now it's a waiting game at my car dealership to see how much i am gonna have to pay i order to get my car fixed since that isn't covered by the warranty.

Valero Gasoline

Filled up a full tank of regular grade gasoline on Sunday 11/22 at the Circle K location #27421 at 841 Bitters Rd. San Antonio, TX. Used card number ending in 2818 for charge of $34.63. For the rest of the week while starting my engine, it would sputter and rev unprovoked. It seemed unusual but I ignored it until 12/1 when the truck completely shut off twice while driving. Took my truck into the Toyota Dealership on 12/1 where they reported that contaminated gasoline from said Circle K was the source of the problem. The dealership then continued to drain my fuel tank and flush the lines to resolve the issue. I am requesting a full refund for the gasoline cost of $34.63, also a reimbursement for the charge of fixing my 2021 truck for $540.92. Attached you will find the bill for the Toyota repairs.

Valero Unauthorized debit card hold in the amount of $50

Date of incident: 10/22/2020

Stopped at Valero Gas Station in Flemington, NJ today on my way to work. Total gas purchase was $31.10. When I got to work I received an email from my bank stating I had a $0 balance in my checking account. I look at my account online and noticed a $500 charge in addition to the $31.10. I called my bank and put a claim in to dispute the charge.

I would like this charge credited by Valero immediately. It is against the law for unauthorized charges and/or holds without written or verbal confirmation.

Valero Cashier

A few days ago, I walked into the cashier calling a customer a [censored]ing [censored] nazi, yelling [censored] you at her your [censored]ing stupid and the insults went on. He was an absolute disgrace. I will never shop at a velaro again. I asked another customer what was going on and was told all she asked was if he ever watched oan or fox, he was watching cnn. Politics should never be an excuse for that type of abuse. He was acting completely out of him mind, and should be ashamed of himself. Enough is enough i'm done with your company. The actions of this individual are discusting he should be fired and if it's the owner, you might want to ask yourself"is this whom we want representing the value of the company", I assure you it is no!

Valero vaping device

my mother went in to purchase the alto vaping device since they were 99 cents...i told the lady she needed the ones in the black box...she gave my mother the ace device which are in a grey box and my mother also purchased the pods for the alto device...the manager told me she actually asked me if i was sure about the device that was being purchased. i told her that she did not ask me since i was not the paying for the device. I then asked why would my mother purchase the wrong device. She then said she knows nothing about those things. So i asked her then why would she ask if my mother was sure she was purchasing the right device if she knew nothing about this. Very rude as i was walking out, said you have a nice day with a big grin on her face. I have never had anyone at your stores do something like that. And for a 99 cent product. she said does not do returns on tobacco products.

Valero misleading signed on the gas price

8/9/19: at 6.45 am
The gas price board is listed as pay cash: "$3.41" and credit card: "$3.51"
I gave the attendant $40 to get the discount price. But when I went to put my gas the wash price of $3.51 and I went to ask the attendant and he said I have purchase car wash in order to get the discount gas price. There is no where on the signage board saying buying a car wash you get a discount on the gas. This is misleading and fraud. The gas price is sky rocking and here is a gas station trying to con their customers! I was late for work and I did not have time to take pictures.

Valero attendant on service 3/28/2019 8.38 pm; customer service of pump attendant (only one there)

Hello, I have experienced very bad and very rude customer service from the attendant at the pump. After pulling in at the pump, I had forgotten to roll down my window, so he literally yelled at me (I am not exaggerating) from outside to roll down my window. I was somewhat shocked but not totally surprised (since this attendant had been rude before at least 5-6 times I had my car filled there. Even my daughter had commented on his rude behavior a couple of times). Anyway, after I rolled down my window and handed him my card and told him 'premium, fill up please', he once again commented that I had to roll my window down in a loud voice. Then, miffed, I told him he couldn't be rude to a customer, after which he just shoved my card into my hand, and refused to serve me like I had committed a crime by pointing out his behavior. I drove upto the side where he was filling up another car and told him I was going to reach out to his manager to complain since this was not the first time he was being downright hostile. I will assume he acts similarly to other women of our kind. He got belligerent and started repeatedly yelling out saying 'you gonna call my manager, go call'. His behavior was so crass. There was this other customer who was observing this. I raised my voice and repeated what I said and left, cursing him. It spoiled the rest of the day for me. I'd really appreciate someone making sure this guy gets a few lessons in respecting customers. I have never had a problem with this station before, but have gone less frequently ever since this guy showed up, and now I have decided not to use this place anymore.

Valero general dirty store poor maintenance. no coffee

Arriving at store address 4801 several pumps were out of service. Windshield washer tank was empty or stank. Date 1/6/19 on IH 35 50 miles outside Dallas. Bathroom was nasty had to visit another facility. Coffee was old and all extra milk and cream empty. Long line at checkout as clerk was being questioned about tickets and seemed to be arguing with customers. Not up to Valero standard as we travel a great deal Coffee burnt cream was sour

Valero pump charged me premium!

Gas station located at 2900 okeechobee, west palm beach fl charged me for premium gas while i pressed unleaded. $10 extra that i would usually pay for full tank! I went to complain inside but they told me i must have pressed premium by mistake which i would never have done since i have been using unleaded for 18 years. I will never use their pumps again! Scam!

Valero express lane vallejo gas station

I am a courier and my routes take me into some very rural areas so I always begin my route with a full tank of gas. My tank showed I had 3/4 of fuel before entering my debit card, I then entered my pin, selected regular gas began fueling with hose in tank. I washed my windshield then requested my receipt. The Pump (10) indicated to see cashier. I entered the facility and was give a reprint receipt, (note attached photo). I returned to my vehicle only to find my tank still at 3/4 full. My card was charged $21.13 for fuel that in fact never left that pump. I attempted to explain to the two employees and their response was that the pump is accurate and the problem is with my vehicle. I drive a 2015 Nissan Sentra which recently had full service. How does an individual prove they never received with they paid for?

Valero disgusting look and service charge

The gas station in Oroville CA at 611 Montgomery St is a disgrace. The asphalt is filthy, the waste baskets arent emptied and the owners are rude. I used my
Valero card to buy food at the Food Express and I was charged a $.50 surcharge. Is this your policy? If so, I will cancel my card.

I only went to that station because I had a fleet card, or I would have gone
elsewhere.

I dont know how concerned you are about this complaint, but you should be.
Your reputation is suffering, at least as far as I am concerned (and the other people I give feedback to)

Valero bad unleaded gas in tank

08/30/2017 after midnight. [protected]; I purchased $10 dollars of unleaded gas on this date and it contaminated my vehicle(2011 Chevrolet Malibu) I am requesting assistance with the repair of my vehicle. It is currently at Roy's Repair Shop located on 11914 Veteran's Memorial Drive. The repair is more than I can afford. When I purchased this gas at this gas station, I totally trusted them. Valero Bad Gas

I filled up my car (Chrysler 300C 5.7 liter) at Valero Corner Store #1754 ($37.13 fill up), midday on Aug. 21, 2017, and drove the car home, approximately 1.5 mi. The car sat for four days. On Friday the car had a hard start for a few errands. Saturday 8/26 the car would no start at all. On Monday 8/28. I had it towed to Frisco Chrysler. They are having to replace both fuel pumps, drain gas tank, all lines and injectors. They attribute the damage to bad gas, possibly water induced phase separation. Chrysler wanted to know where I bought the gas in the car and encouraged me to contact the gas dealer to advise.
Charges from Frisco Chrysler will be about $1, 700.00. I am seeking reparations for these charges.

Started towards the very end of May I believe

That Valero crew Is an outrage. We have tried talking to the employees, the assistant manager, manager and the area manager and there has still been no results. That location is supposed to accept mobile coupons but the majority of the time they treat the customer as if they created the coupon at home. There is a banner right above the front cashiers station that says "we accept mobile coupons" yet Ive lost so much money behind the upper staff lying to me telling me they are going to fix the problem. Thats money out of my pocket that I can not get back because you only get 5 minutes to use the mobile coupon. Each employee should be trained to take a mobile coupon if they are trained to use a register absolutely no excuse. The manager actually put my fiance out of the store earlier today because he said "you call corporate on me get out of my store and never come back or Ill call the police" That's harassment and illegal. After one of their employees told my fiance that he doesnt talk to men on the phone because he doesnt swing that way. So because my fiance wants to let you know he just came from your store and the doors were locked when it is a 27/7 store and he was told to come back in two hours...he contacted corporate and they confirmed that there was no reason that location should have been closed yet it was and is every night. Claims of being weary of the loiterers that stand outside their door. The law clearly states and is posted around the entire building that there is no loitering, trespassing, alcohol, hand guns or anything of that nature to be on or around that property yet they close the door on regular customers and threatened my husband that if he didnt like the price he was quoated for a pack of cigarettes and I think a drink which was (29$) that he could leave...The drink was a soft drink not the foutain of youth then he threatened to call the police on my fiance if he didnt leave the store, SO we are trying to take this thing as far as we can to make sure our rights as American citizens are not toyed with or stolen. We have text messages from the entire managment team and corporate saying it will be resolved but their resolution was to try and banned my husband from that store.
