I paid Paul Valencia 700.00 dollars to reupholster the seats in my 1968 mercury cougar, he picked the seats up and i paid him the money on May 12, 2011 he said that they would be finished that following Tuesday he has not answered his phone and when i went to his place of business on may 19th there was an eviction notice on the building window. I tried to call again and still no answer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They have an F rating at the BBB! Do NOT do business with these guys...
They also worked on my Camaro a few years ago. They were supposed to replace the top, which they did. But they put it together wrong, the back was hand-stapled, looked completely unprofessional and--the car now leaks horribly! I took it back to them several times, but they finally admitted they couldn't fix it. Implied that "it must have leaked before" which is a lie. They also had the top on so tight, I couldn't even get it back up. When I dropped it off and left it with them for a few days to give them a chance to work on it, they did NOTHING and I found they had put several hundred miles on my car! Never offered to replace the gas because Paul Jr said "he was taking the car to other shops to see what could be done to fix it"... These guys are completely incompetent! Paul Sr even said he's "The Godfather" of this kind of work in Sacramento, and said that if I took him to court, the judge would side with him because "he's a well known expert"... I hadn't even mentioned taking them to court--he just offered that on his own...
So now, yes, I have a top on the car, but it leaks so bad I have to very carefully hand wash the car and avoid getting the top wet.
I took my Chevy Silverado in on 6/3/13 to have the interior reupholstered and paid a deposit of $540. I was told it would be complete within 1 week and was not. My truck was left completely disassembled and my deposit was not returned. They also put over 300 miles on my truck and used all the gas too. They are FRAUDS and need to be prosecuted. They are advertising on Craig's list.
this is paul valencia jr and the comlaint you just read is a lie from a danny trujillo and his wife they didnt want to pay thier bill and even had me redo their childs car seat after we did their black truck, they acuse me of being on drugs whaen they really are on some type of medication, , they wont put thier number up to back up their claim wich is all lies, we have done pleanty of business with the sacramento community this couple to simply put it are CRAZY,

After a simple search I found his facebook where he admits to being the owner.
He has been robbing unsuspecting people for years and needs to be stopped.
He is committing felony tax fraud and needs to be held accountable for his actions
Both him and his father are drug addicts, they haven't ever filed tax returns, and Paul Valencia Jr is in the shop to smile and take the customers money and run while leaving his father to make feeble attempts to fill the orders with no money for materials or labor. This has been a criminal operation for years, and I am surprised No one has stopped them yet.

This guy, Paul VAlencia Jr is a CMOPLETE FRAUD! He charged my husband and I $1220, for labor and material, to re-upholster our Dodge Ram. We took the truck to him, well, his father, and the two of them promised the work to be finished in one week. We waited two weeks, and then after NUMEROUS calls, without any response, had to call their property manager to unlock the gate so that we could retrieve our truck. This guy was not going to give our truck back! When the property manager and Paul's father gave us the truck, it still was not completed, and it wasn't even put back togeher yet! The work was horrible. The new upholstery was STAPLED on, and there were many tears in the "new" material. He will not return any of our calls, and to the perivious poster, if you have yet to find them, they are now located at 7901 18th Avenue Sacramento, CA 95826.
