Horrible customer service
1. Poor customer service through phone call. They will barely pick up your phone call even though you are in their business hour and not mind to call you back.
2. Failed booking your reservation and ruined your family days off.
3. They do NOT help you or solve the problems after they failed customer's service and no responsibility.
4. I do NOT care about your complains, so I am about to report them to Federal Trade Commission if they don't ACT to solve problems.
