Vacation Internationale Liars and scam

We were under the impression when signing up that we would be getting everything that was advertised in the sales pitch through our membership. We were not clearly told that much of what they told us about in terms of hotel discounts, cruises, disney, etc. was through a different company that they only provided access to for a year. A large part of the reason we wanted the membership were for those reasons and the only place or time it was mentioned that it was only for a year was in one line in the contract that they had us quickly sign while going over general outlines of the information. We felt very pushed and sped through the process at many points and really regret getting this membership.

We were also given a variety of certificates that we found extremely difficult to use and have yet to be able to use any of them.

This was definitely not worth the money and has become a large disappointment and frustration for our family especially as it has already cost us several thousand dollars.

Desired outcome: Refund from the company for what we have paid and cancelation of membership

Vacation Internationale Product and service

We have owned since 2001 and are very disappointed with the product and the service. All of our points have been upgraded to permanent as perpetual are only valid for a set time frame. We are in the top two tiers for point ownership that is supposed to come with the ability to schedule further in advance. Before we upgraded to silver level, we still booked our vacations a year in advance. The slimesman sold us by stating that we could reserve 390 days in advance. Bs! We still can not get a reservation for holiday times in resorts of our choice. This includes the hawaii islands, mexico, florida, and west coast.
This is not someone just lied to in a sales meeting, this is a languid owner with over 165 permanent points every year with silver prestige status. Please pay attention to the reviews and save yourself the disgruntlement of not being able to book the vacation you have already paid for! The worst part is that they are still extremely high pressure sales, yet they can not even meet the owners needs now! Another laugh you are called an owner, not really and if I am an owner why am I being ignored? If they were my gardener they would be fired. How again am I considered an owner, when I can't use what I own?

Vacational International is number one fraud I lost 17000AED past 4yrs I am running behind them no use they are still doing business in all big malls they have stalls, they lure you in the name of free gifts and vacation package all fraud...

Same story with me I lost 17000dhs, since 2009 i am running behind them but no use they are the big cheats, last time I told them that it is my curse that your country is suffering so much and I beleive it will continue to suffer till these buggers stop cheating and return our money, our curse will never leave them, their family and their country in peace they all will die a horrible death...

I Sameer Haridas Chandra was walking with wife in Al gurar Mall in Dubai 20012, where a passer by tells me that i have won a trip to abroad just free and ask us to attend a Presentation happening in building opposite Al Kabayal Center . we went saw group of people waiting to receive them at gate and take them to small table where this presenter is showing the plan. they do all verbal show you big dreams. give you a simple sheet which entitles you to take a trip to abroad to your wish destination. tells you that you can withdraw your capital any time if you wish so. which means investment if you can not pay withdraw it. there is the catch. and thay told that you will get your investment after 2 years, no matter how many times i visited, no matter how many times i requested to get my investment back there is no relief. I have pay tham 15000dhs now i have heavy debts.

its group of people sitting and doing it very organized way. When i call the presenter he promises that send me an sms to him he will look after all, but never calls back and always promise to call back. takes your number very professionally and wants you to leave the office soon so that you can not meet many people same like you fighting for there money to return.
they promise to sell your time share but actually do none.
they tell you you can sell on line but will show you none way.
but its not my prob i am an investor and i believe you what you tell me. they should help customers after taking there money if they dont get value not making them feel that they cheat.
dubai is very safe Police here is very effective but they have no fears. some one to guide me please.
Thany promised during presentation and the call to him that we can pull out our money any time we wish but empty promises.

Wasted ninety minutes of a warm summer Saturday listening to a time share presentation from Vacation Internationale to receive a free trip...I mean supposedly free trip!
The commentary company voucher is from Casablanca Express located at 6300 Canoga Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. You will get through one SCAM to arrive to the next SCAM. Please Google and read the Casablanca Express reviews!
First they ask you for a $100.00 deposit for 2 people. Fully refundable then the send you money and selected dates and then they send you back another certificate and now they want another $95.00 for taxes, etc...so I called and said you already have $100.00 deposit and she said that was a “registration deposit”...but I will get that back after my vacation I said use the $100.00 for the $95.00 and she said it doesn't work that way...well I'll be *#*#* if they going to get any more money from me for my free trip... This promotion; that time share companies use is bait and switch and watch out they don't care either. Vacation Internationale and Casablanca Express are SCAM companies that really just steal your money.
The “commentary voucher” through Casablanca Express for the 3 day, 2 night, with free airfare will cost more than just booking on your own. The three day trip is really a 30 hour trip. Get to your destination after flying on 3 airplanes at 11:59PM and then take off 30 hours later on the “third day” at 5:59AM. The entire experience is a complete SCAM with both companies.
The funny part of the story is we have friends that showed up to Vacation Internationale for the 90 presentation but the room was full. They gave our friends the “commentary voucher” and said enjoy with attending the presentation. We did not even buy the cheapest time share package of $2, 600 but we came to find out it is a two part SCAM. If you do not buy they give you the next piece of the SCAM, the “commentary voucher”. During the entire presentation they up sell the “commentary voucher” think you’re getting a “good deal”. Really you are getting fooled to send in $100 to redeem the “commentary voucher”. I wish I could get rich like these people but my ethics would not allow it. If you have already given your $40 as a couple to hold your presentation spot, go and enjoy watching others get sucked and taken in for the kill. Also you will learn how ### can walk on two legs and call there self’s human.

Other advice is to book your presentation when there is another group after you. They have to move you out of the room in 120 minutes for the next set good working honest people. You get your $40 back in cash once you complete convince them you are not going to buy, even if your life depended on it. Enjoy…….

Vacation Internationale scammers in dubai bullying the middle class salaried people

Vacation International LLC – Scammers in Dubai Bullying the Middle Class Salaried People
I, Mathew Abraham was shopping at Al Ghurair Centre Dubai when a sales representative for Vacation International suddenly handed-over a raffle coupon and told me just to fill my contact details and drop in the box at their stall booth and if shortlisted I will receive a week’s free stay for 6 persons at their Dive Inn Resort at Sharm –El-Sheikh, Egypt.
In the evening I got a call from vacation International office telling that I have won the gift and to get it I must attend a party at their office along with my spouse on 20th July 2011 evening.
We went there and there was no party but were taken to a hall preset with background music and a representative call Mr. Burhanu, well trained, brain-washed us for three hours showing the Interval membership card, Trade License of Vacation International, Bank Guarantee of AED 1 Million deposit with Dubai Economic Department etc. and told us to by the timeshare for Resort, Sharm-Al-Sheikh Egypt and if any non-performance from vacation International then we can go and claim our money from Dubai Economic Department against the AED 1 Million Bank Guarantee. Then they made us to sign a contract and took AED 17950 upfront immediately with a verbal condition that they will issue us the Interval Membership card (www.Intervalworld.com) immediately and assist us to sell the time share online. To brain wash us Mr. Burhanu sat with us with a laptop computer and started creating a registration for an online site, but afterwards I realized that he was befooling us to get the contract signed and to collect the cash from me.
After that many days, weeks & months passed, we visited their office many times, met Mr. Mohamed Serri – Customer Relationship Manager. He also gave us many false promises but till today we did not get even the Interval Membership card which means they duped us our hard earned money of AED. 17, 950. Moreover they kept the original contract with them for 15 days to pass the legal period for cancellation.
Realizing that I am duped by Vacation International, I have investigated about their past and present and the result is alarming and they have duped hundreds and thousands of middle class people like me (who are their main target).
Some facts about them are as follows;
- Vacation International, Dubai started in Rigga Street in year 1996 with Mr. Burhanu, Mr. Khaled, Mr. Hamdoun and Mr. Mohd Serri at customer care.
- Then they shifted to Holiday Inn from year 2005 to 2008
- Then near Hamrain Centre from year 2006 to 2013
- Now they shifted their office and changed their Trade License Name and I know the new name and location because they cannot dupe people with the Vacation International LLC name anymore.
- STILL THEY ARE CONTINUING DUPING PEOPLE WITH THEIR SAME TECHNICS USING THE NEW COMPANY NAME.
- I know many people like me are duped by them.
To conclude, at this juncture, I want to take up this matter of clear cheating with the authorities and get our money back.
So, please anybody who are in a situation like me please feel free to contact me urgently on my Mobile +[protected].

I am also one of the sufferer of this scam and had pay the exact same amount . I did get the membership card but of no use because whenever I asked for booking the reply was " Rooms are not available" . I am a poor person from Pakistan, please let me know if you the money can be taken back from these cheaters . Vacation Internationale bad experience with resort vacation international

I visited the website of the company Resort Vacation International. They offered to book the vacation and all was included and it cost about $500. I made the reservation, but later the company started to send me emails, where they told me to pay more in order to receive the confirmation email and the tickets. I made two payments, but they continued to send emails and change dates, price and time. It might be a good idea, if people wrote about their experience with this company.

I'm a victim to this company, after listening to presentation and discussion over 4 hrs i sign the contract blindly trusting in my countrymen the Egyptian sales "Sherif Wagdy", i received the contract after 15 days of signature found totally different to what was said
I had many meetings in the company with different people to solve it by negotiation but they designed the system very well that i have no prove by what so ever i was promised its all lies after lies, now after 7 months i decided to File a Lawsuit against this company this case will have big chances to win if we are many against this company, i already hired a lower and started in the process, if you scammed and you want to have your money back please contact me to work together [protected]@hotmail.com

Vacation Internationale beaware from this gang of cheater

Big cheaters and scam Company
Dear victims of Vacation International Dubai
I am writing this complain only for awareness of people who visit dubai and become fools by this company. I am with great hopes to protect general public from becoming victim of Financial Fraud. They are simply earning in Millions by just making the general public fool. They have adopted absolute procedure to conduct fraud and looting public money;. These fake companies are destroying good name and fame of Dubai as well and it seems that they are not bothered about any kind of legal action of the Government.
There use one of the best multinational company name Interval international and at contract they didn’t use interval international name and they clearly mention at contract that they have no concern about rental of week about your property . So these people are only lie with their costumer.
I am also added Gulfnews report, and picture of this gang. So must report to police and RERA department of dubai if you become victim of these people and please share this information with your friends.
You can get money back from these people within 10 days of contract.

i have been visiting dubai 9 months ago with my family and i attended their presentation for more than 2 hrs in the beginning i didn't agree by my family forced me to sign the contract so i did sign for 6 persons unit then i went back to home in fact i forgot about them and i was planing to visit paris i checked my contract and decided to contact them to check if they can do something for me in fact they surprised me by a wonderful hotel located in disneyland paris me and my family can't forget that amazing trip really it was fantastic .

No matter, how many times you cheaters write "I am satisfied". The truth about your cheating business will always be known to public.

Indirectly you cheaters are accepting that, vacation international is cheating. You know why, a honest and customer focussed company will not bother about negative reviews in some sites. They only care for, "how to satisfy the customer to earn good name". Instead you cheaters are trying to make negative comments irrelavant, by putting so many satisfied comments. Do you think, this method will improve your reputation?

It's very funny to all satisfied comments by vacation international cheats team. These uneducated fellows think that they can save their company by writing so many satisfied, honest, good system, sparkling, brulliant! comments in complaints board site.

I say all timeshare companies do the same, but in different way. Among them vacation international is setting business standard (benchmark) in cheating business! These cheaters are going have a very bad end.

2. Recently Dubai Court has given judgement against vacation internatinal, which proves you are all cheating. 4th time you cheaters are re appealing - Now answer why dubai court has given that judgement against vacation international.

Waiting will make the problem worser, dont wait go to consumer rights immediately within 10 days. One of my known freind told me, he paid full installment & still now he cannot get any money out of renting, also no one is willing to buy this timeshare. Over and above you've to pay maintenance fees also. It is better to close it as early as possible.

I wonder why any one of you people supporting vacation international is not ready to answer below questions.

Your cheating customers & it is published in gulf news also, moreover dubai court has given judgement recently to return deposit money to victims. It is true & I dont have to destroy your reputation, its already confirmed by gulf news & dubai court.

Vacation Internationale how is the way to get refund your money

very bad cheaters and poor services
Dear Victims
Immediate Steps to be taken:
First of all send emails to the company to cancel the contract without any delay
Write them that you will not continue any more and cancel my contract immediately
According to consumer protection laws in Dubai you have right to recover your money
within ten working days.
I mean that you have the right to return back to the company
to cancel the contract in the first day, the second, third, fourth or fifth day until the tenth day
of this legitimate and legal right to take all your money
Caution is very important : Do not listen to any excuse or reason for the postponement of the contract until after the ten-day period do not listen to them at all
keep original receipt of courier if you have received contract through courier
Contact immediately with RERA office in Deira.
Try to lodge a police complaint
keep going there every day to take back your money don't feel shy or Weakness i am sure You will succeed

By Mistake if you have paid money for vacation international, Please immediately visit to Dubai Economic department - dubai Village Deira to lodge a complain within 10 days of signing the contract with them to get your money back. plse take it seriously as theer is no benifit of buying, they r simply cheating general people.

Vacation Internationale they are real good

for all people reading this kindly note that vacation international is big company and leader company in timeshare marketing and it have many thousandth of families as a members since it started almost 17 years ago and vacation international i'm one of them joined them long time and i have my own experience with vacation international not only me either my family and my close friends as i convinced many of my friends to join them because what i got from them is great and once you have created your own membership you have the chance to discover the high standard level of holidays and family vacations any where around the world i advice you to join them and don't trust what that people saying and the bad comments because i'm a member and i didn't face this problem with them .

Vacation Internationale first day experience with cheaters

Dear all,
I had purchased this vacation very recently and I was feeling happy. After the interaction with customer care for the first day i was disappointed and when i saw hundreds of complains here, i was sure that i have been cheated badly. Please join us in getting your refund and more importantly to punish these people through legal machinery. See the copy of below email messages sent to them on the first day itself but didn't get response from these cheaters:-

Thanks for your call and as per our conversation I am glad to meet you on the decided time and venue but before we meet, I would like you to simply reply to each of the following points so that we could broadly agree on the issues for our next meeting. It should be very simple for you to answer as these are the basic attractions of your scheme which are explained on daily basis to hundreds of people. I hope to get your email latest by Thursday evening to continue our discussions.
1. It was clearly told by Sales managers repeatedly that the main income of Vacation international is from 10% commission on the rental income. It was also specifically told and assured that all my future EMI’s will be covered by the rental income and within one year or maximum two years I will recover my initial cost paid to buy this package. The sales manger had clarified this thing more than 10 times atleast.
2. This was specifically told that there is no exchange fee if we opt for the international membership with Interval, which is free of cost for first three years and after that I have to pay annual fee of USD 60. They had also explained many other benefits of the membership card like getting 25% to 50% discounts on air tickets etc.
3. There won’t be any annual maintenance charges with this package.
4. Every year stay of 1+12 weeks would be absolutely free of cost. We don’t need to pay any kind of additional charges. We had asked many times about this and it was assured that it is all free of cost. What we need to do is only to inform 21days before date of travel or book online.

Please note that the above questions were repeatedly asked and every time it was assured that the facility or scheme is there.

We had made the payment against this package entirely based on the presentation and promises made rather than the documents signed in the late night in shady and noisy atmosphere. We were absolutely tired of listening extra-ordinary loud music. We were already getting late and children wanted to leave your office immediately. On the top of it we were not allowed to read any page which I signed because of the comments of the 3-4 person around me that whatever told is true and included there and I will have sufficient time to read it at home. I have not received any document till date except your first email where the contents were quite different. This was told that in case the compnay doesnot provide the promised services, one can always go for legal action.

This is the first sign of good business people to stay on their promises.

In any case, I have not used any of the services till date neither I have received any document from your side, in case of disagreement, we should mutually cancel this deal.

Thanks for your email but you didn't provide the membership number. i would like to clarify the following issues:-

I was told that additional 12 weeks are free of cost upon becoming member but you mentioned that there would be exchange fee USD 200 will be charged. I was specifically told that with the membership with Interval no exchange fee or maintenance fee will be charged.

Again I was told that these additional 12 weeks will be free of cost upon becoming member but you are talking about discounted rate which means i have to pay some amount of using vacation.

You also mentioned about the maintenance fee? What is this fee?

I was told that after 3 years the membership fee is USD 60 only but in your email its USD 142. Please clarify.

You mentioned that the basic week needs to be deposited with Interval. What about the other 12 weeks? Are these free of cost?

This was told that the weeks will be rented through Vacation international but now you are providing some other information. It was assured guaranteed returns on rental income. What was that?

Please clarify the above points before we proceed further. I understand there are major differences between what i was told and the actual deal. Does it mean that the information given at the time of purchase was wrong? I have so far did not use any other the services and would prefer to cancel the contract if the above points are really different from the promises made.

The worst customer care i have seen in entire DUBAI. I was so happy to see dubai police treating every nationality equally. But in the case of BELHASA its exactly opposite. They took one month to open my file. No pass till date. I have to go through gate 7 to get inside and reach BELHASA jabel ali branch which almost cost 60dhs(if i had a pass i could reach in just 20) . i explained this situation and they were like check later, check there, here, call and check, and at last when i lost my temper they were like submit the passport copy and photo again. I booked many times class through phone and when i went for class, they say its full. The whole front desk is full of dump people(1000 words are there to use other than DUMP, just not doing it) . If they dont want to work, why dont they just quit. Racism is one bleady attitude they have.

Vacation Internationale wonderful

I am just writing my experience with vacation international. since three years i attend them presentation and i bought them system. and i use it up to now more than 5 times as vacations and i didn't find any problems to do the reservation or to get any other facilities . so in my opinion its wonderful system if you use it in the right way and the right time .

Vocation International got hold of me and my family during our visit to festival city. The same promises, lucky draws..etc... I just got a call from them saying that I have won and had to attend a 90 minutes presentation to claim my FREE gift and vocation package. As my instinct said nothing is free and there is always a tag to it, I googled and ended up with this page and the article in Gulf News. Thank God.. that I didn't go for the presentation. I think the Department of Economic Development or any other concerned governmental bodies should take strict action against such companies if the number of complaints are very high. It is logical to agree that if there are multiple complaints of the same type against the same company, there is a real problem to address. Action taking against such companies if found guilty should make other similar companies to thing twice before they play with people's mind and money..

Not to forget Mr. Harish I mean myself who blew the whistle very first time fearlessly in the 2008 visited Mr. Serry the Customer relations Manager 100 times, received a threatening call from him that he will sue me if i keep a persistent tone and keep asking for refund of 11500AED

Vacation Internationale cheats confirmed - how to get deposit money back

This review is created to make public aware about timeshare scam by vacation international, operating in Dubai. Also to help lot more innocent victims to retreive money from these cheaters.

About Vacation International Frauds,
Dear all,
If you’re seeing this message means you must be a victim of this company. They are full of lies right from the beginning, all promises were fake. They are professional in cheating business, they know how to bait the hook by playing around the UAE law. Even Dubai Economics Department accepts they are cheating (refer gulf news article link), DED simply says "only higher authorities can take action against them". Still if you go to court, you may have to spend 5000+ Dhs to conduct the case which is not possible for a common expat. Some people manage to conduct case in Dubai court, and get favorable judgment (which confirms they are cheaters). They even threaten you to drop the case, this means they are not only cheaters but also criminals.

When I signed contract with them. I read complaints board & went to them for contract cancellation, they convinced me by telling "Anyone can post on complaints board, there is no control. We are in market for 12 years & now some competitors are trying to destroy our name". I believed them & spent another 100 $ in renting weeks, still now I didn't receive any offers from that website. Finally I lost another 800+ dhs. Then I realized, my stupidity & started believing complaints board comments.

Recently I got a call from one of the victim, he says " I signed contract with them on 2010, also paid all installments of 28K+ & still now didn't get rent out money from that interval website". While he is not able to sell his timeshare property as well, over and above he has to pay yearly maintenance charges. THIS IS THE PROBLEM

I can list out all fake promises:
1. Vacation international will rent minimum 4-6 weeks from the customer, with a comission for them. (Actual case is "they dont rent for us at all")
2.Customers can withdraw the money anytime through ADCB Bank (Lie)
3.They say you can get rent out offer of 2000 to 3000 $ for double romm 6 occupancy (Actual case is "You will not get any offer at all")
4.Their customer service staffs are very very inefficient, not available all time, they say will call u back (but never).

Ultimately, If you invest in some property there should be some benefit out of it. In presentation they say you can make good money by renting weeks. Otherwise you can sell property at good appreciation. NOTHING HAPPENS - ALL ARE LIES - CHEATERS
Whatever these cheaters promise in the presentation is a total lie, the above case is the proof. These cheaters play with "trust", for which only god can punish them.

Those who've made contract with these cheaters, please read through the below points (actions to follow) to retrieve your money back.
This is applicable only within 10 days of contract signing, after that no way (except court)

1. Do not communicate with vacation cheaters at all.
2. Go directly to Dubai Economic Department (Ahlan Dubai) near clock tower round about.
3.Take all your contract papers, receipt documents & submit the complaint by filling the form given by them.
4.Initially DED may resist to accept your complaint, don’t leave them stay strong on your point (tell them I want to meet higher authority, if you don’t take my case).
5.After filing complaint, don’t ever ever listen to vacation cheaters. They will try to give you more offers to make you take back the complaint.
6.If you listen to them, that’s it they will fool you again.

Already so many cases are going in Dubai court, even court has ordered them to refund the money to some victims. As usual I am not a competitor of vacation cheaters, am also an innocent victim trying to retrieve my money back.

Now they have started telling, I am fake. They tell this to misguide you from knowing the truth. The attached paper was given by vacation international to me, when I signed the contract. It contains their Emirates NBD Bank account number and lot more stuffs. This information won’t be given to any other individual other than customers & business partners. What I say is true from bottom of my heart, believing or not believing it’s up to you. You can sit in line with us, if you want it...

If you read all their comments, you can feel same broken English in all good comments. Think why? Its their staff (victims/customers those who've spoken with their staff personally, can clearly identify that!)

All I’ve mentioned is true, so many hundreds of people have lost their money (refer gulf news article).

First of all I am shock to see that, the fraud companies are still continuing their business even after several complaints logged with DED & Gulf News. It has already been proved that this company is cheat then why & what for DED is renewing their Trade License? Why can't DED help the expatriates to get (recover) hard earned money back even after 10 days time? I totally agree with innocent victim complaints / comments on vacation international frauds. I also lost AED 22, 000/- which I paid them by sliding my credit card. I will appreciate if you kindly help me to recover my amount from those cheaters / fraudsters. I should've checked in internet before visiting them "shame on me" I regret for what I've done. They have to be punished for robbing our money... Their family won't have peacefull health, for what they have done to us.

I heard sherry (customer service manager) family is in some sickness, the almighty will bring the same illness, death to all vacation international owners & staffs...

Dear Mohmd.

Thanks for your call and as per our conversation I am glad to meet you on the decided time and venue but before we meet, I would like you to simply reply to each of the following points so that we could broadly agree on the issues for our next meeting. It should be very simple for you to answer as these are the basic attractions of your scheme which are explained on daily basis to hundreds of people. I hope to get your email latest by Thursday evening to continue our discussions.
1. It was clearly told by Sales managers repeatedly that the main income of Vacation international is from 10% commission on the rental income. It was also specifically told and assured that all my future EMI’s will be covered by the rental income and within one year or maximum two years I will recover my initial cost paid to buy this package. The sales manager had clarified this thing more than 10 times atleast.
2. This was specifically told that there is no exchange fee if we opt for the international membership with Interval, which is free of cost for first three years and after that I have to pay annual fee of USD 60. They had also explained many other benefits of the membership card like getting 25% to 50% discounts on air tickets etc.
3. There won’t be any annual maintenance charges with this package.
4. Every year stay of 1+12 weeks would be absolutely free of cost. We don’t need to pay any kind of additional charges. We had asked many times about this and it was assured that it is all free of cost. What we need to do is only to inform 21days before date of travel or book online.
Please note that the above questions were repeatedly asked and every time it was assured that the facility or scheme is there.
We had made the payment against this package entirely based on the presentation and promises made rather than the documents signed in the late night in shady and noisy atmosphere. We were absolutely tired of listening extra-ordinary loud music. We were already getting late and children wanted to leave your office immediately. On the top of it we were not allowed to read any page which I signed because of the comments of the 3-4 person around me that whatever told is true and included there and I will have sufficient time to read it at home. I have not received any document till date except your first email where the contents were quite different. This was told that in case the company does not provide the promised services, one can always go for legal action.
This is the first sign of good business people to stay on their promises.
In any case, I have not used any of the services till date neither I have received any document from your side, in case of disagreement, we should mutually cancel this deal.

Friends you may see some satisfied, brullient, excellent comments created in this site by their cheats (sales & staff), to be more specific half educated fellows. If you read all their comments, you can feel same broken english in all good comments. Think why? Its their staff (victims/customers those who've spoken with their staff personally, can clearly identify that!)

Friends lets all raise our voice together, I request all victims to write their bad experiences in internet (atleast let us make our unknown friends be aware)

Honestly, It seems like no one (vacation staff) is answering for gulf news article, instead trying to boost the company image by putting fake messages (without any evidence).
