My Mobile # [protected], it's 02 months ever since i'm associated with Vodafone, there then my miserable time started. Most of the time my mobile number is not reachable due to poor signal. My number is deactivated because Churchgate Vodafone office Ms.Nancy claims my residence verification is not done, while I have the proof of the gift voucher that vodafone offer for availing Post paid connection. When the proof was shown to Ms.Nancy of Vodafoneand told her the verification was done 10days from the day i got my connection, she claims that as per records the verification is not done and she behaved very rude and Vodafone is taking customer's for granted, this service problem started ever since Vodafone took over Hutch. I'm sure with such poor service the Vodafone brand / banner will fade very soon.
