Uverse Internet Billing / Bad service from day i moved
I moved my att uverse service to my new address in may 2014. . . It has been botched since i did this. I get assured it will be taken care of by customer services reps, supervisors and more. . . I have dates times names etc. . . I have lost time away from other things, cell phone mins (I pay for them) and aggrivation to the max. . . All because no one seems compitent to do their jobs right and correct them when wrong. . . I have had to deal in addition to incompetient individuals people with attitudes, people who sent me to wrong depts, people who hung up on me. This is "not" my fault. . . Where or who do i need to speak to that can resolve this once and for all. . . ???
