USN Ultimate Shopping / I can't get my money back

In March 2006 I have purchased three pieces of jewelry order# 5248622, 5250224 & 5248519 total$780.84. I returned the merchandise between March - April. I paid by credit card so I paid for shipping plus credit interest.

I received a phone call from Ultimate shopping 12/18/06 about my refund. I was told to call back in 24 hours. They gave me another number to call - when I called that number I was told that my check would be refunded and it would take between 15 to 30 days. I did not receive the money so I call back again on January 3rd 2007 and speak to Mr. Adams who told me another 15 - 30 days then I did not receive it.

I called back February 8th 2007 spoke to Suzy the check was not sent out and she said she would call me back and let me know after their lunch break. Suzy did not call me back.

Now there there is no response from either number and tried getting a number from the internet and there was no way to find a sufficient number.

I want my $780.84 back !!
