This company took my money without my authorization. I never heard of them 140 dollars to be exact... I then tried calling this company had me on hold.. The operator machine first said stay online for next representative 5 mins later told me I was first in line 10 minutes later say if I am not calling at business hours please call at that time or leave a message. A hundred and forty may not seem like a lot some folks however it's a lot for me. I will be going to local court if my money is not return. I see they have new ways of scamming now smh

Usdirectory is a scam and very fraudulent business practices they called and told me that it was only $5 a month to do advertisement they help run ads for Google.
Today I looked on my phone because I get alerts and they took $95 from my account unauthorized I tried to call them the number was blocked I tried to email them then the email was blocked I went on their website and tried to submit a message and that was blocked and now I can't get in contact with anybody the only thing left that I did was to tell the debit company to block any of them and not to release any money and I'm filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

they claimed their service would cost me 5.00 per month have not gotten one call from this directory and just started the service one month ago and they keep trying to charge my account 95.00 they attempted 4 times with in a month it is a scam do not do use usdirectory.com for your sake do not authorize auto payments for usdirectory.com

I got told I would only get charged $10 the most a month but basically what made me get this deal was because they said $5 then the most $10. All of a sudden I see a bill of $95. I called and they called me the day after to say they would only refund me half. No one ever emailed or call me, not even once to ask for my business, this is the last time i'll ever contact any advertising. Aside of that a lot of other advertisements started calling me. I don't know why. But probably because this company gave my number to other companies. This place is a scam, it's not $5 or $10 a month it's more than $5 a day. Who wants to pay $95 a month for no business given. I'm very upset at this company. What a way to ripp people who call you to get business not to get money taken away. So disappointing and I definitely do not recommend, even my husband heard what I heard. He said this is for sure a scam do not answer them, or get service from them. Scam for sure.

Stay away from these people. When I say they blew up my phone encouraging me to advertise. They were calling me 4, 5 times a day. I finally agreed as I was told it was $5 per month so I figured what was the harm. Worst case I wouldn't loose much at $5 per month. Their extra charges were not explained to me. The woman who signed me up was called Yolanda Lopez. I know cause she called me so many times I couldn't possibly forget her name. I called the company today after noticing they had taken the $5 and a further $90. It took over an hour on hold before someone answered. I thought it was a misunderstanding at first but the woman on the phone was so rude. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me she is the manager. Her name Gianna... I said I wanted a refund as none of this had been explained to me. She was nothing but a bully on the phone who basically said there was no one else for me to speak to and only a general email address to contact and no she wasn't giving me a refund. I am contacting the BBB and anywhere else I possibly can to dispute this and get my money back and also to let others know it's a SCAM. The reason they blow up your phone for you to advertise isn't because they're trying to help your business but because they know they've got you once they have your card info. Also she called me back numerous times directly after I signed up to make sure I had received her welcome email and asked to me to click the link within it while she was on the phone. I was driving so I opened it and clicked the link but apparently once you do that you've basically agreed to be scammed. That's why she blows up your phone for you to click it while you're actually on the phone. She told me it was just to make my add active. I never received any customers from this obviously. I'm actually gutted companies like this exist. I am disputing the charges and have. Contacted my bank already and the BBB LIES LIES LIES. I CANT BELIEVE I FELL FOR THIS

Run from US Directories. They tell you its only $5 per month and $.25 per reference. You are charged every time your name comes up on a list with many others even if no one actually looks at it. They hit me for $90 the first month and I did not receive one phone call or verifyable visit to my web site. This a complete rip off.

Just warning anybody that owns a business of this company. Do not use USDirectory.com to list your business on their website. They claim they will list your business on all major search engines and if you have a website it will appear on first page of google and yahoo. They said I could try this for $5 for first month. I signed up and they charged me twice, $5 monthly fee and separate charge of $90 for "HITS." Meaning when somebody visits your website from their directory they charge you $0.25. They never told me about $0.25 for each time somebody saw my listing! Apparently I had over a thousand hits on my site coming from their directories. BS! I use Google Analytics and NOT ONE HIT CAME FROM THEIR DIRECTORIES! They claim if I logged into my account on their site I could see where all the hits came from. I asked for my money back and didn't get it to this date.

Please, if you have a business keep your hard earned money and spend it on more important things. Don't give it to USDirectory.com They're a RIPOFF!
