I GOT A BIKE FROM USA POCKETBIKES BUT IT DID NOT WORK, SO I CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO SEND IT BACK BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND THAT WAS $71.44 IT WAS SENT BACK TO THEM ON DEC.1 2008, AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY BIKE AND NOONE PICK'S UP THE PHONE FOR ME, OR MY E-MAILS I WOULD JUST LIKE MY BIKE BEFOR X-MAS

    PLEASE RECONSIDER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL ONLY BE UPSET !! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF NOT SENDING ALL THE PIECES THAT COME W/ THE BIKES, AND THEN REFUSE TO FIX IT .
