USAFIS Spa is a new boutique spa in Miami, FL. Last week I was there with my wife for her birthday and honestly, we've never had a bad experience like that.
We booked for an hour massage and a breakfast, and the moment we arrived we found out that no one in the reception doesn't speak English (I think it was Spanish). After we tried to understand each other we "enjoyed" a 30 minutes massage instead of one hour.
After a really disappointing treating we asked for our breakfast and it was ok, until we realized USAFIS Spa charged us extra charge for the breakfast!
I tried to speak with USAFIS Spa manager, the only one who spoke English, and he told us he will give us a free massage for our next visit. To be honest, I really don't believe I will go back there.
Has anyone experienced such service from them?
