Hello from London

I replied to this big advert on Yahoo.com and paid (twice - first 59 euros then 39 euros), and then did some investigation on the internet and it seems to be fraudulent - or am I incorrect?

Thanks in advance for your advice,

Derek Schuurman

Three days ago, Mr. Tom Parker from USAFIS called me on my professional phone. He asked me i have to pay 2, 871 USD for a family package. I asked him to write me. I'm still waiting for the letter. No sign since. I had already paid 15 USD for the registration.

It is well established Money stealing machine, they have several stages for the whole process, in each one asking money and you get nothing in return for real, I was bitten for the first stage paying 1864 usd, all I got was some docs and a registration to a job site, https://www.jobsaworld.com, nothing else. Then I got another call from another person for the second stage, same similar nice, long speech to ending asking me for another 3060 usd, can you believe it? Yeap..lol...Well done, USAFIS!..I hope you have been enjoying all the money stealed so far. Just remember that you would end badly some day or at least will burn in hell!..

CHI YOUNG TECH of the email address. (chiyoungtechworld@gmail.com) its at it again! Cool way to have financial freedom! Are you tired of living a poor life, then here is the opportunity you have been waiting for. Get the new ATM BLANK CARD that can hack any ATM MACHINE and withdraw money from any account. You do not require anybody's account number before you can use it. Although you and I knows that its illegal, there is no risk using it. It has SPECIAL FEATURES, that makes the machine unable to detect this very card, and its transaction is can't be traced . You can use it anywhere in the world. With this card, you can withdraw nothing less than $50, 000 in a day. So to get the card, reach the hackers via email address : chiyoungtechworld@gmail.com.

On October 15, 2011, I got a call from Usafis.org for green card. It was a woman called Nursel, or something like that. She was talking to me very kindly and she said " If you start your membership, we are highly sure that you will win the green card in the future." I felt some hope by her nice talks. I gave my credit card number and they withdrew 183 dollars, almost 525 Turkish liras. My membership started like that. However, some of my friends told me that it wouldn't be a good idea to share my card info with even an organization. Suspecting of this, I talked to my local bank and ı asked them to cancel it. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't cancel it. Although I wanted my money back, neither Usafis nor my local bank helped me with my money. That means my membership was cancelled by Usafis but my money wasn't paid back to me. This is really unright and injustice to me .

I EVEN HAVE THE ACTIVATION CODE SHOWING THAT MY LOCAL BANK SENT MY MONEY TO WWW.USAFIS.ORG ON THAT DATE.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WANT MY MEMBERSHIP TO CONTINUE. OTHERWISE, I WILL TALK AND COMPLAIN ABOUT OR SHARE THIS INJUSTICE BY WWW.USAFIS.ORG ON SOCIAL MEDIA SUC AS "YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK OR TWITTER.
IF YOU ARE A REAL GREEN CARD WEB SİTE AND IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS' RIGHTS, SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Hi, I have just seen the whole argument and thesis over usafis or anyother site.. All I want to say is that I do not trust anyone whose adress is unknown. As Mr. Akbulut says; he can not reach anyone though he has been writing an email every week. On the other hand I have visited a few sites wondering if usafis is fake and each time I have read a comment of usafis worker, as they are a internet company (!) they are trying to keep their name clean by surfing their name and writing good stuff of theirselves, like Dave Richards comments in here. He has confessed it by telling "our clients" in his last sentence. So does Saunderscolin1 named person.. The best advice is to listen your heart your innervoice.. if something says it smells like a fraud beware of that thing. You can also file a suit to these people and judges than will trace them by the credit card records, I konw it as I am Lawyer in Turkey. Yours sincerely

HI Peeeved

As I said before, our service is mostly for those who do not have a great command of the English language, the proper computer tools, or do not work well with timelines. For a small fee, USAFIS ensures a person's application qualifies for the program.

All too often, people who register for this wonderful opportunity do not make into the front door due to their application being disqualified. Whether the application was not filled out correctly, a person's photo did not meet the U.S. government standard, or it was submitted too late are just some of the reasons why hundreds of thousands of applications per year never get a chance to qualify for the U.S. Green Card Lottery program.

USAFIS does charge a nominal fee for it application review service and clearly states on its homepage the differences between their service and if a person wanted to do by themselves.

On our main page (and many others) there is a chart that shows you the difference between filling out the forms yourself at the Official U.S. Government Program and with us. we do not hide the fact the application is free- we only charge you for the assistance we provide in filling.

If you had any problems with our services please feel free to contact me directly with your personal details to my direct email danas@usafis-mail.com

Important Notice

No fee is charged for the electronic lottery entry in the annual DV program. The U.S. Government employs no outside consultants or private services to operate the DV program. Any intermediaries or others who offer assistance to prepare DV entries do so without the authority or consent of the U.S. Government. Use of any outside intermediary or assistance to prepare a DV entry is entirely at the entrant’s discretion.

The Department of State strongly encourages applicants to complete the application without the assistance of “Visa Consultants, ” “Visa Agents, ” or other individuals who offer to submit an application on behalf of applicants. In many cases, these facilitators substitute their address for an applicant’s address and thereby receive the selection notification instead of it being received by the actual applicant. Subsequently, the visa facilitators extort money from the selectees in order to receive the notification information that should rightly have gone directly to the DV selectee.

USAFIS is a registered organization. Company has been providing green card application review service since last 9-10 years now. All the applications reviewed by USAFIS has been selected for the lottery program. But people need to understand that getting selected for lottery and winning the lottery are completely different things. You can win the Green Card Lottery only if your application is selected for the lottery process, last year more than 30% applications were rejected and not allowed in the lottery program because of the mistakes in the application form. Service of USAFIS ensures that your application is selected and your application is not among those 30%. Now after the application is selected you need to win the lottery and you need to be lucky enough to win the lottery. People apply thinking that they will win the lottery which no one can guarantee.

USA Green Card Lottery System is a program that makes 50000 immigrant visas available through a lottery. So, no one can guarantee of getting a green card. One can apply for Green Card (Diversity Lottery Program) for free. But when it comes to applying for the Green Card Lottery Program it is very important that application is filled correctly. There has been some shocking news that out of ten million application forms that have been handed in that over 3 million of the application forms were disqualified. Getting help to assist you is a great way to reduce stress for the applicant and the family of the applicant. USAFIS is one such organization which has helped hundreds and thousands of applicants in making successful submission of DV lottery application form.

USAFIS is indeed a scam! Do not and I insist, Do Not Apply for green card through them! I tried it twice, although I did not proceed with my application. The reasons are the following:
1, A man called me from an UNKNOWN phone number.
2, His accent was rather African so it sounded a scam straight away.
3, Admission fee to enter to Green Card Lottery is Free of Charge...
4, Many people I know was scammed and ripped off through them!

6. Clients may update their information at any point.
7. Customer service available to clients 24/7 To assist clients with any aspect of participation or question they may have.
After the Lottery

USAFIS is the #1 application review service for the U.S. Green Card Lottery program, servicing hundreds of thousands of applications a year. By just visiting www.usafis.org, a person can learn exactly what this company does. They are quite clear about its application review services for the U.S. Green Card Lottery program and the differences between using their service as oppose to doing the program alone. USAFIS also has a 24/7 customer service center and provides information about the U.S. Green Card Lottery program in 14 different languages. This is a great service for those who do not have a great command of the English language, the proper computer tools, or do not work well with timelines. For a small fee, USAFIS ensures a person's application qualifies for the program.
Our clients have expressed their appreciation to us and we have posted some of their testimonials on our website http://usafis.org/Testimonials.asp.
