USAFIS is a for-profit organization providing reviewing services for the Diversity Visa Lottery Program. Usafis services hundreds of thousands of applications a year. Usafis services guarantee that a person's application will qualify for all the standards listed by the U.S. government Immigration policies and rules regarding this program, by providing a professional support and assistance in helping clients to fill out their forms in the best way possible and submitting all the forms at the right time.
However, we do not guarantee you Green Card, no one can guarantee that. Many people get mistaken for that and when they do not get the Green Card, they start maligning the firm name in all the way they can. Our charges are very nominal. It is to be understood that you can do the application filling yourself, opt for our services only when you are not sure of handling the paperwork all yourself.

Dear Dana,
Please answer this question: Is the info provided by "StopInternetCrime" correct? Does USAFIS have any affiliation with DSNR? Where are your offices located physically?

USAFIS organisation is a hustler, predatory company, that uses the most disgusting method of attracting people into paying for nothing. It is like a company that bottles water from a public bathroom, and sells it for excess bucks because it has a fancy label. It's symbol fools people they are a legit US visa service, and they charge you for filling out an application, that is free. They claim that they provide a service, but will you pay for a service so much money, sometimes hundreds of dollars, that you can do in a few minutes for free? These people are not legit, and stay away from them.

There is some scammer that is using USAFIS and the US state Department as a cover up.
They send as email claiming to the USAFIS, however when you look at their address it says: usafis.com.com@post.com
Shortly after you will probably receive an email from the State Department saying that you need to wire about $800 to some [censored] bag in London who is supposedly an "embassy agent", after dealing with Visa's for years I can tell you that: One, the State Department does not notify people through emails. 2. They don't collect fees through some guy. 3. Here is a big clue that this is a SCAM the email address was: gov.usa.states@usa.com
Both emails were sent from m3kw2wvrgufz5godrsrytgd7.apphosting.bounces.google.com so you know it's the same thieving [censored] bag. DO NOT SEND THE MONEY!
Now, my biggest concern is: how did this idiot get my email address and full name? Is someone from USAFIS leaking the information?
MS. Dana Smith, if you are serious about your customer service, you should post warnings on your website with the above information and send emails to all your customers. Then you should conduct an internal audit to figure out who is selling customers' information and press charges! If I were in your company, I would try to get an investigation going because it affects your reputation and this is serious fraud!

Hi nattodaikirai From Japan

Many people who apply for the U.S Green Card Lottery program are from countries where English may only be taught as a foreign language or not taught at all. This makes it difficult for the average person to fill out the forms and make it through the U.S. Green Card Lottery application phase. By using the service of the USAFIS organization, our team of professionals can help the applicant through the language issue. USAFIS is a professional pair of eyes to make sure what you write and fill out meets the standards of the U.S. State Department. With a 24 hour customer service center and support in many languages, the USAFIS Organization can bring you one step closer in realizing the dream of many of living and working in the United States legally.

Dana Smith

USAFIS is the #1 application review service for the U.S. Green Card Lottery program, servicing hundreds of thousands of applications a year. By just visiting www.usafis.org, a person can learn exactly what our company does. We are quite clear about our application review services for the U.S. Green Card Lottery program and the differences between using our service as oppose to doing the program alone. USAFIS also has a 24/7 customer service center and provides information about the U.S. Green Card Lottery program in 14 different languages.

This is a great service for those who do not have a great command of the English language, the proper computer tools, or do not work well with timelines. For a small fee, USAFIS ensures a person's application qualifies for the program.

Our clients have expressed their appreciation to us and we have posted some of their testimonials on our website http://usafis.org/Testimonials.asp.

If you had any problems with our services please feel free to contact me directly with your personal details to my direct email danas@usafis-mail.com

Important Notice

No fee is charged for the electronic lottery entry in the annual DV program. The U.S. Government employs no outside consultants or private services to operate the DV program. Any intermediaries or others who offer assistance to prepare DV entries do so without the authority or consent of the U.S. Government. Use of any outside intermediary or assistance to prepare a DV entry is entirely at the entrant’s discretion.

The Department of State strongly encourages applicants to complete the application without the assistance of “Visa Consultants, ” “Visa Agents, ” or other individuals who offer to submit an application on behalf of applicants. In many cases, these facilitators substitute their address for an applicant’s address and thereby receive the selection notification instead of it being received by the actual applicant. Subsequently, the visa facilitators extort money from the selectees in order to receive the notification information that should rightly have gone directly to the DV selectee.

USAFIS is a scam company - it promises to give the service of checking and submitting DV lotery applications then cons people into buying all the useless and worthless add-on's. They also pass your private details onto other scammers. It is an illegal operation with the intent of defauding the innocent public.

USAFIS is a registered organization. Company has been providing green card application review service since last 9-10 years now. All the applications reviewed by USAFIS has been selected for the lottery program. But people need to understand that getting selected for lottery and winning the lottery are completely different things. You can win the Green Card Lottery only if your application is selected for the lottery process, last year more than 30% applications were rejected and not allowed in the lottery program because of the mistakes in the application form. Service of USAFIS ensures that your application is selected and your application is not among those 30%. Now after the application is selected you need to win the lottery and you need to be lucky enough to win the lottery. People apply thinking that they will win the lottery which no one can guarantee.

Website looks ok to me. Also, content also says that they are for profit organization and offer application reviewing service for Green Card Lottery. Most of the visitors misunderstand and blame the company for that. One can file the application for free and there is no fee for doing it on your own. But service of USAFIS for reviewing the application makes sure that the application is accepted for DV Lottery program. Every year when more than 30% of the applications are rejected and denied to participate in the lottery process. I don't understand why one should not make sure that there application is properly done. Expert help will surely get your application selected for the green card lottery. Getting the green card is not in USAFIS hand, it all depends on your luck.

USAFIS is an israeli telemarketing company - http://dsnr.net/about.asp - who operates call centers, online gambling and also owns ausfis.org, www.Official-Green-Card.org is one of USAFIS many sites.

By USAFIS, I mean the entity of sites owned by the Israel telemarketing company that owns USAFIS.ORG - and by "USAFIS and it's clones", I mean all such sites whether they belong to USAFIS or one of it's competitor".

USAFIS use USA rented mailbox and 800 forwarding numbers or VoIP phone numbers to give themselves an "appearance" of having an office in the United States.

2565 Broadway belongs to "UPS Store/Mail Boxes Etc" so USAFIS USA presence is nothing more than a rented mail box. The mention of the name Nino Ransenberg, one of the founding member of the Israeli telemarketing/online gambling company behind USAFIS (Daniel Scalosub being the other) confirms that USAFIS's site is the perfect example of what the U.S. Government is warning the public about.

USAFIS is a subsidiary form DSNR .
Is located in Israel at Raanana, near Kfar Sava.
The address is Hapnina #8 (Raanana) C.P. 43000.
DSNR owners are two israeliens Nino Ransenberg and Daniel Scalosub,
from there names comes DSNR).
You can go to http://www.dsnr.net if you have any doubts.

There are complaints against all the companies in the world all over the internet. Even companies like Google and Microsoft are spared. I know 3 families who applied for Green Card through USAFIS and are in USA today. But one can always improve their services. USAFIS should try to improve the customer support and market themselves more aggressively. Also, they should answer all the complaints on the internet which are against them.

No company needs to prove it is a legit company if it has been there for more than a decade now. Usafis has been there since very long and if it was a fraud, States government would have acted against them. Usafis is still there and helping many get the Green Card. Problem is that who get the Green Card through USAFIS do not comment on any of the site.

I agree with you Stickkeith. People should understand that it is a lottery process and only lucky ones get it. Almost 25% applications are rejected due to simple or say silly mistakes which can be avoided with the professional services. Usafis provides this service and charges for it. I saw their site, nowhere it says that you will get the visa if you apply through Usafis. So, before opting for their service one should go through all the things.
