how would I know if all the comments (that are saying positive things about usafis ) are posted by usafis workers? what I need is more proof!

People dont get easily fool by anyone. We cant possible be sure that all the good comments are posted by a bunch of usafis workers.

I also do not get a clear reason why my money could not go back and just didiscount?

This company states on their website "The Usafis Organization provides an easy and convenient registration service for the annual Green Card Lottery program. We will **ensure your application is registered in time and **without errors. Each application is checked and you will be contacted if corrections or additional submissions are required in order for your application to be valid. Each year approximately 25% of all entries are disqualified, many for formal reasons".

I paid a lot of money for this service. My application for the green card was entered incorrectly with the wrong birthdate which means I will be disqualified. They state that they will register my application without errors and they didnt and it can not be changed for this years entry.

I also paid extra money for a VIP membership. I was meant to recieve 9 language cd's which I havent. So what have I actually paid $593.00 for? They are meant to provide a service to assist me and they havent. I called to get a refund on my payment made but was denied any refunds. I was questioned why it took me so long to phone in regards to not recieving the discs...that is irrelevant.

I made my payments in October 2009 and when I phoned about not receiving anything that I was promised they changed the invoices on my membership page with the wrong dates on them. They told me I was not entitled to a refund because I was already entered into the lottery (even though I have been disqualified due to their mistake) So I have pretty much paid $593 for absolutely nothing. I am going to fight for my money so if anyone else is in a similar situation please contact me.

It seems that there are endless numbers of company who claim to provide you a green card, beware from such claims, cause no one can offer you green card other the US Government authorized agency and that is also offered via lottery system...so there is no guarantee that you will definitely get the green card...

yes my friend I also saw USAFIS website and there they have specified that they will charge you for there services and also that they are not providing any guarantee that you will win, rather USAFIS offer the service of documentation and verification of your application form, that's all it is about so don't get confused that USAFIS is providing green card, in a lottery system how can any body guarantee you that you will win...no one off course...
