stolen lost parcels, refuse to refund. court action
their shipping calculator and membership is a lie...you pay $60 for an ultimate membership to received better rates and one free shipment of $60...
but instead they give you NORMAL rates and only 1 shipment of $60..no point in taking any membership because you still end up paying the same!
this company has taken/stolen/lost 7 of my parcels.they were refused and meant to be returned to seller..but the items tracking still shows this company has it..
.i have contacted USPS paypal and ebay and they all state that usa2me holds my parcels and are liable for the loss. USA2me refused to find the packages and refuse to provide any proof that they did indeed return them..
.oh and they threaten to not refund you if you do not remove this review :D haha
Update: they still refuse to provide any proof at all that they have returned the items.tracking also indicates the same thing.instead now they are trying to turn it around that i need to provide proof now.
.how lame and they are also trying to make demands and applying stalling tactics. if anyone needs info about this company please inbox me. looks like i will have to take legal action against this company.
do your selves a favor and try other companies, save your self from headaches and wasted money

they have refused to provide proof once again, they are now ignoring emails and say i must contact their lawyers LOL. They say you can shop and ship internationally but they fail to mention that your buyers protection doesn't cover their company . SAVE YOUR MONEY! once USA2me steals your packages you will not get your money back
after a few emails back and forward im happy to say everything is resolved.i would edit or delete my complaint but i see no option to do so.
Claim #1. That we "stole/lost" 7 of his packages.
Reality: The customer requested that we return 5 packages that we had received in his mailbox to the USPS simply marked as "refused". We explained that if we did that there would be no proof nor tracking of the returning packages and recommended that we send the items with new postage and new tracking number to ensure the return. The customer responded that he agreed that no proof would be obtained of the return but to proceed with the return anyway.
Unfortunately within 24 hours of the return the customer changed his mind and demanded proof of the items to be returned despite agreeing that there would not be one. We later received two more packages that were returned to sender with new postage and new tracking numbers at OUR cost (to avoid any further unsubstantianted claims from this customer). These two items were delivered on 9/19/17 (Fedex tracking confirms it) and the customer still claims that we "stole" the packages.
Furthermore in order to put the issue behind us and to try to satisfy this customer, we went beyond our obligation and offered to pay the full value of any lost returning items if they were not received within 30 days (the standard time a postal insurance company requires to wait before filing a claim for lost mail) of when the items were returned to the USPS. Unfortunately, it has not even been 8 days since the returned packages and the customer refused our offer and decided that 30 days was too much and said he would begin posting negative reviews if we did not do as he said..
Claim #2: Our shipping rate information is misleading.
Reality: The customer is shipping to South Africa. Under the plan he chose he gets a discount of $60 in his first shipment of the month only. Additional shipments do not get the discount but are cheaper than the Basic plan. For example at today's rates a 10 lb shipment to South Africa via Fedex is $68.80 (for the first shipment and $128.80 for additional shipments) in the ultimate plan while all shipments would be $134.18 in the basic plan. These were the rates that would have been charged if he had chosen to ship the items.
Nevertheless, when the customer told us that he expected different rates we offered and refunded all his money paid to date.
Summary: We refunded 100% of all monies paid to us by customer, we returned all items to sender as requested by customer. We offered to pay the full value of the items if they did not return to customer within 30 days. And we even paid the return shipping of two items with FEDEX tracking to avoid any further problems. Yet the customer does not accept our offer and believes that we are unreasonable. You decide who is.

I will not use this scam service ever again!
I did not receive the shipment and they say that there is nothing they could do! I contacted Usa2me numerous times asking what was going on and they were not able to tell me anything! It was also very difficult to deal with them. When emailed they ignored me and did not reply, but when I called I had to speak with someone who barely understood English. Never got my shipment and I doubt that I ever will. I will not use this scam service ever again!

Their customer service is non existent and one of the people answering the phone does not seem to understand english well. I have paid for 3 months and have had 2 shipments yet they are holding my 3rd free shipment hostage until I pay for the 4th month. I have had to call customer service multiple times for mess ups. Stay very far away.
I have used USA2Me.com for several years. It is true that they require that your account is up to date and upfront payment for the shipments, who can blame them? Are you expecting for them to provide a service without payment?
I have never had any problem with USA2Me.com and can recommend them without any concerns.
