Friendly warning folks.
USA Today wrongly accessed my credit card and refused to deliver a refund. Plus months of atrocious delivery service in New Orleans. Execs seem to approve and refuse to correct supervisor Dale J.'s errors.
Arrogantly swapped a "talk to a machine" customer service replacing 30 second answering by humans. Took me over an hour to reach a real person. 10-15 minutes at a time. Service costs cents - customer contempt costs dollars.
