I placed a order for TWO Quads on November 24th. I would NOT recomend ordeing from this company to anyone. NOT even the devil.

FACTS:
Their web page says they ship in 24hours. (NOT TRUE) The item(s) shipped per UPS on 12/05/08
I was over charged on one invoice and they corrected that after several calls to them.
They said the shipping cost (over the phone) for both quads were $56.56 each that is not true.
They said they would be shipped in creats. (They were shipped in a cardboard box with a small metal frame inside) "Nothing in it for packing protection"
They were short on parts and charged me more on the shipping because they needed to UPS RED parts in. (NOT MY RESPOSIBILITY)
I receieved one damaged quad on 12/10/08
The web page says "If you cant refuse the delivery shipment cost will not be reimbursed and you as the customer will pay additional shipping charges for the refusal of package" (EVEN IF IT IS DAMAGED)
I paid for via CC and they want to send me replacement parts. Who is going to do and be charged for the repairs? (NOT ME!!)
I have all documintation.. emails.. recorded calls...

THIS IS WHAT I ASKED OF THEM AND SEE THEIR RESPONCE BELOW:
I need two NEW quads on at my door just like I ordered.
I need them Shipped UPS RED on your UPS account.
I need them at my front door on December 22nd to assure I have them under my Christmas tree.
I need a prepaid shipper to return the untouched broken quad at my home and NO COST TO ME!

The answer is simple;

1. Rectify this situation! You have successfully ruined a Christmas celebration for two children in our family. This is UNACCEPTABLE!



Please note we will be filing claims with the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal counsel if this situation is not rectified in a timely manner.

Hello,

You have agreed upon the terms and conditions on our website as well as the claim form. I will do my best to process this faster, but it will take some time. We do not have a replacement bike warranty only a parts warranty, so most likely you will receive parts (as agreed upon the website) for your purchase. I understand that it is Christmas and your items came damaged but are more than willing to send the correct replacement parts to fix the issues.
