US Online America Group I was a victim of fraud from this company

I have been a single father for about 4 years now and just struggling to take care of my 3 children. One of which has MS. I had been looking online for home based business opportunities when I came accross this Dish Network and Direct TV deal. I was so excited at first I couldn't sit still. I told all of my friends and family about it. On 7/14/2010 I was contacted by a sales rep that had me listen to a 6 minute presentation about how great this program works and how I will make money. After listening to the rep once he came back online I said to myself "well this isn't really expensive and they are not asking for thousands to get started" so I paid the $59.98 to get started. Then once I my credit card was processed I got another call from Patricia Marese immediately trying to get me to buy some other sites that promote Amazon and ADT. I started to scratch my head at this point and then everything started to make sense. All these people were trying to do is just take whatever money they could from me and just run. They promissed the world and made claims of commissions but once my sites were activated I got no so-called help and COACHING. A couple of weeks pass and I get a call from this smug and borderline rude Marketing Consultant Richard Sosland presenting this advertising deal where I didn't have to do anything on my own. They would take care of everything. Richard made me feel stupid and borderline insulted my ability to properly provide for my children if I didn't take this option. After an hour on the phone he just wore me down. I then gave my credit card number over the phone to him and proceeded to buy this Pop Under program that Guarantess 60, 000 people will see my websites over the course of the next year. He also told me that the average response would be 1-3 percent on this type of advertising. He also told me that it takes money to make money. I spent $6, 000.00 that I didn't have and now I am left with my huge credit card bill. To date I have made ZERO SALES...NO MONEY...NOT EVEN A HINT OF SALES...I called back in and spoke with some guy Bertrand Nunny after complaining about my ZERO sales. I was nice and didn't swear at them but once this smooth talking, snake tongued Bert got on the phone he told me to give it some time. Let it roll. Take a chance. I can no longer sit by and watch these people make a fool of the public. This stuff doesn't work and you can buy pop-unders for a very minimal cost if you just search it out on Google. I made the biggest mistake of my life doing business with these scamm artists. They take money and provide nothing for it. I am now in the process of talking with the Telemarketing Fraud Division of the FBI and Arizona Attorney Generals office. I am also going to call my credit card company and file a Dispute. The fact of the matter is that I did sign something with them but no where can they provide me hard proof that my websites are even being marketed. They need to be stopped. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE OF YOU THAT READS THIS TO CONTACT THE FBI'S TELEMARKETING FRAUD DIVISION AND ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE (TERRY GODDARD) TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I AM ALSO GOING TO CONTACT A LOCAL RADIO STATION AND TV STATION TO HAVE SOMEONE GO OUT THERE AND SEE IF THEY ARE A REAL BUSINESS AND TO ASK SOME QUESTIONS. I WILL MAKE IT MY LIFES MISSION TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE STOPPED AND NO ONE ELSE GET'S SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE. YOU GUYS ARE IN SOME SERIOUS TROUBLE. THE OWNERS CAN BE LOOKED UP AT WWW.BBB.COM...USOAG IS GOING TO FALL HARD AND FAST. LIKE I SAID I AM GOING TO MAKE IT MY LIFES MISSION TO MAKE SURE THEY SUFFER AND PAY FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THE PUBLIC.

I had exactly the same experience. I was encouraged to spend the $6, 000 for advertising in November of 2009 with the same promises. I have never received any money. After a year, the person told me they would re-run my campaign when my campaign would be over which was not until Feb. 2011, but I could not get my money back. He said that he did not understand why my ads did not generate any money but other people's did. It seemed ludicrous to me that there would be no sales. Supposedly they are being re-run but there have been no sales. I'm just as disgusted as all the other people that have been scammed...Debbie

US Online America Group Was scammed and mislead

I got a call one evening just a week before Christmas about this(oh) great offer to make money online.I talked to a gentleman that was very pushy on getting me signed up saying this offer won't be there tomorrow and when I asked him I wanted time to think about the offer and check out the site out he got very defensive.. And how and what he said sounded like a great deal for just this low price, but then I had to pay for that ! item right now before learning anymore on the product. Then I was turned over to a lady, that told me another good deal. After listening to her, I said to her I think I had made a big mistake. Oh but she assured me it was all a good deal and that someone was going to call me with in 2 weeks to help me out.

Well I did email's putting ad's on newspaper's and ad's on web sites while I waited for the expert to call me.No one called in those 2 weeks, I then learned after that they had changed website information on me without sending me any details on the move when I went to check out my sites traffic. So all that long and hard work I did was no good.I was having trouble putting some ad's online cause I needed a permanent USA address cause I live in Canada and alot of USA website's don't take Canadian addresses. So I was in a win lose situation from the start even though I paid American dollars no one cared. So in order to use many many site's to promote this thing I got stuck with I didn't know what to do. I had then called them again and got rude people on the other end and I tried explaining my matter to them, all I got was use our address and phone number.

I had then asked to talk to a manager and he was even more rude to me.When I had asked for just a return of my over $500.00 US dollars. He said I was to late and it was so bad for me he got me crying. Now that they had their money they didn't care.He said he would give me a free month but that never went throw. He tried acting like he was surprised that no one called me about the help I was suppose to get for this buissness.

I got a call from this lady and when we got talking it was like well it will cost you $4000.00 to $12, 000.00 for them to help me out and she was going to give me it at half price. But like before you have to act now.I said I don't have that kind of money, and she kept on trying to convince me, asking me if I can get the money from the bank etc.I started crying again, not knowing how to get out of this contract that seems to me to be such a scam.I told her to go back and listen to me on the recorded conversation so she could see I tried getting out of this and also telling the manager this, when I said I made a mistake on this deal.First it was you got a week then it was you got 2 weeks to cancel. But you have to give them 30 days in writing to cancel all this.So how the heck can you cancel something when you got no time frame. It's such a shame that companies do this to people with no web experience and all the costs it is to you to try and do your very best and your part to even try to get this business a board. I feel they should tell you the whole run down, costs it is for you up front, not sending you to different people after you pay for the one thing and then it leads to another and another all extremely big costs.Way before they take your money. It's a bad time for people right now and it seems the rich just take advantage of the people and mislead them into something that's no real. And actually to good to be true. I need help and I'm sure I'm not alone on this matter..

It happened to me in July 2011. I paid 500$ and the same evening discovered that they are no more than a scam! So I started to act immediately! I tried to cancel with my banks, but transaction already had passed. I am not working mom, so I had to tell my husband. We were calling them two days in the row and talked to their managers VERY RUDE! but NO reaction from their side! So I wrote a complaint to BBB, FBI, attorney. And I GOT A FULL REFUND! And I am not only one who got a full refund! If you need help just write me at duimic@yahoo.com

I was informed, as a Canadian citizen, that this company would require some work and cash from me in order to sell satellite dishes and to have a connection to making money from Amazon. I sincerely doubt that they will sue you over a matter of $240 ($20 per month for a year. I think those are empty threats. if they do, you can always argue that your contract is void due to foul play on their part.

US Online America Group Scam

I've been scammed by this hostile predator which calls themselves a business. They will encourage you to purchase 2 sites for $120usd promoting DirectTV & DishNetwork. Once they get you in, they will contact you about a promotion package. They will offer you 5 sites for $500usd promoting DirectTV, DishNetwork, a Comparision Site btwn DirectTV & DishNetwork, Amazon.com, & ADT Home Security Services. They promise a personal coach and that you will make an income from becoming an affliate. Once they have you, your "personal coach" will contact you and offer an advertising package of 60, 000 hits for $6000 but will decrease it based on your credit limit. He will tell you that you will only have to make 4 sales a month from the 15, 000hits to cover the cost of advertising and that you could make up to 15, 000 sales per month as the viewers directed to the comparison site will be interested in switching from cable to satellite. He will talk about the 70 million US cable subscribers to be solicited and that you will make money. They will promise you the world if you let them. PLEASE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and you will never see any in return.

If you have been scammed and taken by US Online America Group, I have listed several places where you will be able to file a complaint against this company.

I am from Grimsby ontario and I was just scammed by this company yesterday. I have now notified the BBB and the internet crime complaint centre which is affiliated with the FBI. I have notified Us america online that I have made these complaints and have asked them to return my initial fee of 119.98 US. I have also contacted the Hamilton spectator of this internet scam. I am hoping that my efforts will save many people alot of money. With christmas coming 119.00 can buy my kids alot of gifts or food for dinner. Not scams such as this one. Anyone else out there who also has had dealings with this company should also report them. The internet crime web site is www.ic3.com.

These people need to be taken out of business, this is a big scam, and they continue to call people everyday and do this, people do not give anybody your charge card number, you can call direct tv and dish network directly. you receive flyers everyday from them. this company U.S. Online American Group just called me at about 11:00 a.m. today, wanting me to listen to the tape about a business, i listened and he insisted i give him my cc then for $99.95 for processing and $19.95/mo for 12 mos. i told him i would check into it and call him back, but he would not give me his phone number. He gave me his name but that could of been phony too. You dont know who to believe, so beware. If you need to contact me send to amulrenin@yahoo.com

you only got 14 days to cancel and then they start taking money out monthly, chit if i read this or researched first instead of making sure they exisited by just typing the usamerciaonline in address bar, i would of saved myself some money, i dont blame Kardeyos, for cancelling, after persuading me for almost 40 minutes, and finally breaking me, they said they call me back to tell me how it works, instead they tried to get another $499.99 (for our members only, chit i just joined, not knowing how this was going to go, now they are trying to get more money out of me, from that moment on, something just didnt seem right, i called a few friends, who did searchs and lo and behold this come up, i feel so deceived, never once was any of the 2nd other websites mentioned, they knew from the get go, they were going to throw that at me and then try to make me believe Eric M, had no idea actaully thats a bunch of bull, they know.

Eric M. made it sound so good and he is relentless, he just never let up. After reading other people who lost money, i decided the best thing would be to take the loss, if i can get my money back, i will try, one expensive call, even when i told him i live on a fixed income, trying to pay off credit cards, he jsut didnt take no for an answer, can i get ahold of him, i guess ill never know, unless he calls me, when i asked to talk with him, he was in a meeting.(how convient) and they will calll back to finish the cancellation, what, why cant i jsut cancell on first call, oh no im i going to go thru chit now, ill get back to you on this, lets jsut see what happens, im recording the calls, so there is no mistake, that im cancelling.

plus this coach that is suppose to help you, won't contact you for 2 weeks, (another convience)(so u got 14 days, so why would i take the change to be out even more money) didnt tell me that in first call, i feel scammed as well, i felt it before i read anything at thsi site, if the second call didnt ask me for more money i might never of cancelled and lost more money, chit why do they need canadians to sell their dishs anyways i believe this is shady and im glad i found this site, instead of losing even more money, like some already have, i bet they went to the websites to make it look good to show i had one hit and 2 on another, no sales though, also when the 2nd person called, i said i dont think so, so she says let me see what i can do, i pictured her, putting the phone down and painting her nails and then come back to offer me some money off, lo and behold thats exactly what she did another a $100 off, how many times have we seen that in a movie. i will never ever enter anything that asks would like like to start a home business again, live and learn, i learned the hard way - i cancelled my credit card and am going to ask for an investgation regardless if its only a few days or not, everything i read i believe and if u have questions then either you from usonlineamercia and if your not take the plunge, good luck to you, lol.

Hi,

I'm glad to hear you got your refund, but if you don't mind I'm a little curious.

In your note you write you were scammed "yesterday, " so I'm wondering what prompted you to take steps to make the cancellation(s), contact relevant agencies, etc, after only one day following your sign-up? Obviously thats not enough time to give it a try or assess the profitablility/legitimacy of usoag, so I'm guessing you perhaps saw these other complaints and/or got other "bad news" and thus decided to get ahead of it? (Or am I maybe missing something?)

Hope to hear back from you. - Oh, and good luck with any other potential endeavours.

Take care.

US Online America Group Affiliation Advertizement Scam

Unfortunately I was persuaded by the USOAG manager, Eric Malmburg, to join their program. I was promised business coaching, online live tech support and no more future cost. Most importantly, I was informed that the program that I would be promoting would be a service available in Canada. However, as many of you might already know Dish Network and DirectTV are both US only services. After, Marcy, a quite aggressive sales lady, tried to push into paying them hundreds of dollars, my brain had finally decided to work again and realized that it is a complete scam. It is not only irritating to have to deal with the fact that I was scammed, I have found out USOAG have been operating for many years. Apparently, all of their business is based on scams, and they are doing disgustingly well. Just a few days ago, my business coach, Sherry Wood, tried extremely hard to convince me to give a few thousand dollars. Even though, I questioned her about all the false promises that were made to me, she does not seem concern at all. The USOAG staff clearly do not feel that they need to uphold their word; however, as a business is there no authority to ensure USAOG is operated ethically? I am quite puzzled as to how they are able to operate for such a long time. If anyone has more information about them please do kindly share, thanks.

I have been affiliated with them since June 2011, I have attempted to contact them by phone and by email. Since November 2011 and have had no reply.
April 10, 2012 I attempted to contact them during business hours and received a message stating the number I am calling is not in service.
I have been attempting to inquire as to why my number was not generating an income as I have been giving it to people who purchase on Amazon, since November as I have been too busy to sit at my computer and investigate things with them further.
They have now taken my credit card for $600, I am glad I refused their offer to advertise for me for thousands of dollars. That being the last time they contacted me.
I am now looking for a refund of all credit card purchases in Canadian Dollars as it was taken out.
I will probably rephrase this letter at some point but right now I am just overwhelmed that again I am looking for an honest work-from-home position and get this treatment.

Aggressive sales tactics, misleading statements, cell phone calls at noon with no id, free offers that end up turning monthly fees into lump sums, etc, and it looks like unbreakable contracts from what people are saying. I like to give people the benifit of the doubt but as I heard the din of the telemarketers in the background I knew it was all about the sale right away. I should have known. It started out shady from the get go. But all telemarketers are shady. This was to the extreme. I should have left at their "audio only powerpoint presentation" at the latest. I listened to it and then firmly and distinctly said I was not interested. She kept me on for a minute or so saying why I should do it. I stumbled through talking. She made the deal that sounds like they give almost everyone. I fell for it. I was in it for the hosting anyways. I guess it is necessary to use it for there scam and I should have just left once I saw social security number spots and two online signature spots. They really could say yes we scammed you but it is legal. So what should I do. Take my chances with these guys.Or try to cancel every possible way as soon as possible. Credit card and through USOAG. I cashed stock from Wal-Mart and it's my birthday soon and I still live at home.Trying to make some money with it. Stock was gonna be worthless and even if it wasn't I couldn't support a company I didn't respect on principle. I'll invest something else more safe with it but some of it has got to be a bit crazy.I just got the platinum package for about 500 dollars. I am unemployed and am getting (un)employment insurance for getting fired from Wal-Mart a couple months ago. I know. That's another story. Few complaints there. I cashed stock from Wal-Mart and it's my birthday soon and I still live at home.Trying to make some money with it. Stock was gonna be worthless and even if it wasn't I couldn't support a company I didn't respect on principle. I'll invest something else more safe with it but some of it has got to be a bit crazy.Should I try to make some money/ take on these guys. I am in Canada by the way. Anyways.

I agree! I can't figure out how they got my cell number. I have told a total of 4 people to please take me off their list. Well, the last one wasn't that nice, but this is just the 4 calls I have asked to take my number off their "call and bug every night"

How did you folks get rid of them? I can tell when the phone rings and it says unavailable---it's them again. I don't think i should have to monitor my calls and not answer the ones with out a number.

Most of the time internet advertisers give you an option to opt-out and are very respectful and quit emailing you. what is up with the not so nice people that will not quit calling? Plus, does that (do not call) list work?
Help, , any ideas?

I just want to add my 2 cents to the subject of USOnlineAmericaGroup. I want to pass on HUGE THANK YOU to all the people who have put up complaints about this company.
I somehow got my name on their calling list as well and have had several pushy aggressive calls already. But even while the lady was still talking to me...my gut said "check the internet"...and boom...tons of complaints come up immediately and so many people scammed of their hard earned money. To anyone else out there considering this 'opportunity', please listen to these people and DON'T join this company.
Thank you again, your comments (and this site being at the top of the list) saved me!

US Online America Group Stupidity

I JUST got a call from these stupid ### and I got the feeling, while on the phone with them, to google them! For some reason they just sounded so stupid to me and said the same things over and over. "We can set up two of your own web sites for free!..." Free! Yeah F*ckin right! After they talked for half an hour it costs pretty well $200! I'm glad I went with my gut on this one and glad that I'm poor as can be! They kept repeating that, "it's a special offer and getting a good deal! And accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express." You know what I said to these ###! "I can spare ya $20, best I can do for ya." Well, my twenty dollars wasn't good enough for him because all I heard on the other end was a "click, " I've never been so shocked and happy, at the same time, that someone would hang up on me!
I can't believe they are such pigs, what happened to people in the world?!? It amazes me that these people haven't been tracked down and beaten. Another thing I don't understand is why they are so desperate! I know they're pigs and everything, but at what point in their ### life did they realize they don't actually want to work for their own money! They'd rather live a selfish life of stealing from innocent people just trying to get by month to month or try to get ahead of bills! I would love to sit down face to face with one of these losers and know why they would do this to people. I would love to know what went wrong with their childhood, to make them lazy enough and not to work hard.
I wasn't raised to scam people! I was raised that when you work hard and are a strong person in the workforce, you will succeed! These people are not making a honest living! I believe in Karma and I believe it will come back and bite them in the ### for doing this!
And now I have to figure out a way to get off their calling list! For the past week, every time I look at my phone, I've missed tons of calls. All missed calls from these stupid ###!

I don't know know what I filled out to be the lucky recipient of phone calls and offers from this group of lunatics, but am I ever sorry I did. The first time I received a call, I politely declined the offer of selling satellite something-or-other on line and even apologized to them for the misunderstanding - I wasn't interested in "making extra cash" and the guy hung up on me. Since then, we have been receiving several phone calls a day from them - they hang up when my husband answers, and when I get on the phone, I ask to be removed from their calling list. EVERY TIME. I have become increasingly frustrated and increasingly rude to them on the phone and they tell me to calm down!

I have contacted my local authorities and phone company to find out how to get them to stop calling. This came after a call to my home at 11pm at night.

I had gotten a call from them this past week, them saying I had signed up to work on a small business from home. Which was true but I had did this so long ago I didn't remember who it was with. Stupid ads on the computer. Anyways, now I know not to talk to any of the people again. The guy Eric seemed nice on the phone, but when they kept calling constantly and emailing me constantly this got really odd, especially since it would be in the period of one day!

I ended up Googling them and found the complaints board about them. Immediately told them I wanted to cancel. Of course, I can't email them and do that, I tried because I didn't want to talk to anyone anymore since they were getting snippy with me but I had to. So I did, got put on hold for about 15 mins, got directed to two different people and then the lady in accounting made such rude remarks to me as to why I would want to have my money back and cancel. Anyways, done now, probably won't get my money back but I am just glad they will *hopefully* stop calling.

Not sure where they got my phone number. Started getting phone calls from this company a couple of days after I joined a job search site and had applied for a job. I have told this company that I am not interested each and everytime they call. It's been going on for over 3 weeks now, Monday-Friday(and some Saturdays) it starts at 8am and doesn't end until 8pm. Last Friday I counted 21 times that they called, each time I answered and asked for the company's name and person's name that was calling. Told them this was harassment and to take my name and phone number out of there list. They told me each time they would and they would put me on the do not call list, which I am already on but I guess that doesn't stop this company! One lady got really rude with me saying I was "Stupid for not listening to what SHE had to say", she should have said sale. She also said they WOULD NOT stop calling until I was "sold" on their scam or changed my number. I got rude back and slammed the phone and then for the next hour I got 12 calls from this woman(I know it had to be her because it was immediate) with just her breathing in the phone and muttering "[censored]". So on the last call I got a bullhorn I had left over from a game and blew it in the phone. No more calls after that for a few days until an hour ago. Process started all over again with a new person. Guess I need to stock up on the bullhorns!

I have been getting calls for weeks... the person that had been calling, was hanging up when I answered the phone. Until now. THis woman "Chris" told me where she was calling from and I said I wan not interested and to please take my name off of the list. She was argumentative and asked why I wouldn't be interested in her business - she didn't ask this to start a conversation, she asked this to start an argument! he was a total [censored]... I stayed calm until she got pretty nasty, then I told her where to "go" and hung up.
We shall see if I get anymore calls... If I do, I will be lodging a formal complaint for harassment. This company needs a little lesson.

US Online America Group Harassment, Fraud , Scam and Stupidity

While filling out a general sweepstakes form for some random online draw, I apparently signed a deal with the devil known as US Online America Group. It was my fortune to not get taken by this company financially (I do research before investment), HOWEVER my dumb luck to get my number put on their calling list...
These people are relentless in pursuing business from people who want nothing to do with them. (And scam individuals out of alot of money, if your a poor sap who invested) They call every day, act like I'm out of line when I ask to speak to a supervisor (who is NEVER there), refuse their services, and request to be taken off the do not call list. One guy actually 'shushed' me, and told me to listen to his presentation (which I already had, and declined, because they are a SCAM). I was told to take it up with Google, because I had requested information through Google. Google is reputable, and the fact they try to put the blame for the harassment on Google is filthy. It's ridiculous to me that a company would continue to harass in an attempt to get business. But they are ruthless... I've called their company [protected]) in an attempt to get taken off the call list, but was provide not confirmation and they continue to call back. I've never in my life seen this kind of behavior from a 'company'. This ###s they have working for them deserve EVERY word you say, every tone, yell, bad word, curse (racial slur if you're feeling sassy) They are KNOWINGLY harassing you, and KNOWINGLY stealing your MONEY! These are not people, or your average telemarketers (they've said it them selves) they are liars and thieves and do not deserve to be treated with any more respect than they deserve. There is no reason to be nice...
Or read 'em a book, play them some music and have fun while they're on the phone with you, because they will ALWAYS call back...

It.s is a fraud I asked to see a contract and they refused by repeating the sales pitch over 3 times I asked them to send me a contract so i could see what I was signing up for and they refused to Stating that the web sit was all I need to see to invest in my own Internet site. I recommend that any one who is contacted by Thea's people. should set them up on the no contact list in Canada. when they call you right down there name the time and the phone number remember to get name and phone number it is a million $ fine every time they call and you report them to the no contact office. you do not need to argue with them one bit just report them and let the no contact office deal with them to find the no contact office googel it no contact canada you will find I am not doing all the work for you.

US Online America Group SCAM!!!

Please have a good look at this company! They are targeting people ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD to buy 2 websites from them. All you have to do is to do the advertising for them! At first they seems to be very nice and polite, giving you a contract to sign (giving NO time or EXPLAINING what’s in the contract) Once you realize that this would not work, you are caught! That’s when they DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO YOU or even helping you to get it cancelled although they are telling you they have your money returned to you if you cancel in 14 days time. They do not want to listen to you or even help you with your complaint and with further discussions, while you are still talking, they simply put the phone down. The good customer service that they promise – DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! This is a scam and it cost you a lot of money!

I was contacted by these people back in June. They used a very high pressure sales pitch. I could never get past the idea that if this is such a good opportunity, then why do they have to twist my arm to get me in? If this really was a good business opportunity, I'd have to twist THEIR ARM to get in, , not the other way around. These people were just a little too eager to get my credit card number. They were both shrewd and cunning through the whole process. If anyone gets a call from these people, stand tall and say NO!

US Online America Group Scammed of thousands of dollars

This company kept sending me e-mails telling me how I could sell satellite subscriptions by hosting my own website. After I signed up for it a smooth talking sales rep convinced me to buy a block of advertising for over $ 5, 000 by telling me that I should be able to get that money back in a short manner of time based on how the subscriptions were selling. He said "Put it on your credit card and then pay it off before the bill comes due". Needless to say I have never received any sales from this site and I have called numerous times over the last almost 2 years only to be told there were no refunds and all they could do was give me another year of free advertising if it didn't work or suggest I do additional marketing on my own to get me to the sites. I told the man in the beginning that I was having financial difficulties and he assured me that this would make money. I have now paid countless dollars in interest on that card and have nothing to show for it. Whatever you do, do not get involved with this company!

I completely agree with you, I live in Saskatchewan and the same thing happened to me... they were so relentless on the phone, I told them I wasn't making the decision without talking to my husband, they wouldn't let me off the phone, one time deal... Then everytime someone called me back with 'free' training, , , it was another $400 to get these other websites, then another lady called with selling the adverstising blocks for thousands of dollars, , I told her I do not have that kind of money there's no way I can afford that... well she made it affordable for what I had room for on my credit card, , , but as she said once you do this, you do not need to do anything at all, just let it go and make money.. I had also called them countless times as my so called 'website' doesn't show the printing properly... and quite frankly there is an 'I don't care attitude' there... Does anyone know if there is anything we can legally do?

US Online America Group Fraud and scam!

I received a phone call from USOAG with an opportunity to sell satellite dishes in June 2006. I paid the startup fees and paid for the site link I was required to provide. I also printed out fliers and took them around the area. This was a great expense as well. I set up my own business site to provide a link source. I was told that if I did all these things I would make lots of money. There was a period in which I could get a refund but that period covered the time it took to just get the site up and running.

Then I get the call AFTER the the refund time had lapsed to inform me that unless I put up over a thousand dollars for prompting the site then I won't make money. I told the rep that I was informed that if I did the aforementioned I would see a great profit and was not needing to do anything else. So I was mislead and there was no recourse. I kept my sites going and tried other ways to promote and followed suggestions given. No results...

I did some research and found there were others who were scammed as well. I informed USOAG I was terminating with them. I canceled my CC with them. I kept getting calls from them and then eventually collections. I lost money on this scam and I had made the monthly payments until I found out that this was a stinking rat!

I got a call from US Online American Group (USOAG) on March 8, 2010, when asked, saying they got my number from a work at home list that goes out to all when you sign up that you are looking for work at home. (Be careful with what you sign up for) So, I thought that was legitimate.

Basically they sell you websites to advertise companies (Dish Network and Direct TV), and try and get people to go through your websites and order through you! I ask how would I do this and they said I would have a coach to work with me and they would never leave me out in the dark. (LIE) I knew Dish and Direct TV were legitimate companies so it sounded good and knew they had incentives to get you to sign people up. Even though I ask questions, they always had an answer. To make a long story short, my story is similar to many others. I signed up that day for the discounted rate of $59.98t and 19.99/mo for a year. They said they would have a personal coach contact me when I got back. The only coach was another sales person, Richard who contacted me on March 30 and talked me into the Level 3 Advertising Campaign which would give me the bonus comparison website for 12 months free, at the promotional rate of $6100.00 (would only have to sell 4.06/month to pay for itself and would get the bonus comparison website for 12 months) I tried checking them out but really didn't know how. Even though I told them I was trying to get out of debt and could not do this, he continued to talk and tell me that this would be more advertisement than I could ever do on my own. I got sucked into putting it on my credit card because he said, “Put in on your card and then pay it off before the bill comes due.” It would pay for itself. If it didn’t, I would need to contact them and they would run it for another year absolutely free. To date there has been no sales out of 16, 200+ supposedly hit on my sight with their so called professional advertising. They sent me some e-mails various thing but have never taught how put it on the web.

THIS IS A SCAM. Do NOT even talk to them. If you do you might be convinced and get talked into it. I thought maybe it would work if I knew how to advertize myself but if there so called professional advertisements can’t get a sale after 16, 200+ hits, how are the few I will do. Also now that I have contacted the companies we are supposedly affiliates for I know why we aren’t getting any sales.

I have contacted Dish Network and was told by a representative at Dish Network that they were not affiliated with USOAG that he could find. I ask him about my promo code and he said you don’t need that because that is what they are offering everyone. After explaining a little bit, he told me to send in an e-mail to commercialfeedback@dishnetwork.com and a troubleshooting team would look at it. He also told me to report it to the Better Business Bureau so they could research it or I might want to get in touch with the local TV Station to have them broadcast it. I looked it up on the BBB website and it says to try to resolve things with the company first.

I just contacted DIRECTV customer service and ask her about my promotion code and she said it was coming up EXPIRED. The more I look into this on my own, the more I know that it is a scam. She got her supervisor and she could not find that they were associated with USOAG. She gave me the address of the Office of the President and told me to send him a letter. If any of you need to know that address and would like to contact them, let me know. Maybe we can get them to help us get these guys.

I am sending an e-mail also to customerservice@usoag.com addressed to Mr. Scott Read or Mr. Lance Tyrner, who were listed on the BBB website, giving them 24 hours to contact me or I will go to authorities and report it all over. So I may need help if any of you are game.

I hope this helps anyone out there that is dealing with the same problem or is contacted by them. Don’t do it.

These people called and wanted me to sign up for selling on internet. It was to do with Dish & DirectTV. Said there was no buying and the customers would be Internet Shoppers. I would be allowed to give them a Free Satelite Dish. But; said if/when the people bought their services, then I would get a commission from them. This was on April 22, and on Monday I (after I got on the internet and saw where they were FRAUD! I tried for two days to call and NO ANSWER. When I finally got through to them, I could not get the right people (in a MEETING). Said they would call me back. Finally, on Thursday Nick talked to me like a dog. I told him I wanted to cancel and he laughed at me and said "didn't you remember it was not cancellable?" After the arrogrant guy did everything to me and I had to listen to the recording where the salesperson had told me to "just try it." It was a long time before he got back on with the recording. The woman sure was a SWEET talker. Said I would have my own web-site where the people would be looking at the stuff I had for sale. It was like $299.00 for part of the WEB-Sites, then for another $100.00 I would get another WEB-Page then there was another fee at $19.98 x 12, like $200.00. When I talked to this Nick guy, he called me a little bit of everykind of names. I told him I just wanted to Cancel this, because I had been sick and in and out of the hospital and I could not do it. He wanted me to get hold of my MasterCard and do a 3 way call. I have never had anyone talk like this to me. He laughed and said, "I already got your money". If I had of been in my right mind, I would never of gotten into this. But; I wound up back in the hospital. MasterCard told me to make a copy of the agreement. I cannot find an agreement that I had signed while on here. I did find out a thing or two, how to sign your name on the internet. I had never done this before. Never do it again. I have never had a thing like this where I could not CANCEL right away. All this was suppose to never have to be paid again. When I talked to them I told her that I was not suppose to have to buy anything. Another LIE. How can they stay in business like this when all they do is to tell you lies? I am still trying to find the agreement. So far no luck. These people should be locked up and not allowed to talk to anyone. Suppose to have a Coach to tell me how to do this. Haven't heard from no one excet Nick. I have no idea as to how to do it. The saleslady said they would teach me. Uh Huh
I never saw such people in my life. Once they get you to sign. You have been had.
Thanks
