us job assistance review: they are the same scammers with a new name 35

Here they are again. The same sick scammers from Economic Freedom Corp and Global Fortune Network are at it again.
Now with a new comapny name US JOB ASSISTANCE. They are almost the same address as EFC. They are around for 2 weeks and they already have an F rating with the BBB. They called and said they were around for 4 and a half years yet their BBB file opened less than 2 weeks ago. They use the exact same tactics of GFN which is to cash in on a good internet name while nobody has anything negative to write yet because they are new. Then these sick ### say well, if there was anything negative don't you think in 4 years it would be reported? But the catch is that they just opened 2 weeks ago and when they start getting enough of a negative name they open a new company with a new name. They do "merchant services" like the other companies and they have the same "online business bureau" like the other ones. They think people are stupid enough to believe that you can make money by going to the yellow pages finding some names and addresses and giving it to them and they will pay you commission?! I mean give me a break! Please Beware and do not give them any money!

US Job Assistance tricked me into giving them my credit card details. Straight after that my card got charged and all communication with US Job Assistance was stopped. Don’t trust those scammers.

I have not spoken with anyone within this firm to date. However, I receive at least two (2) phone calls a day from [protected]. Upon answering the phone, there is no response from the caller. If you call the number there are three computer prompts. One is told to press "1" if you want to be placed on the permanent do not call list. That is a waste of time. I have tried the number "1" option several times, and am still receiving calls. You are told to press "2" if you are interested in the job opportunity and want to speak with a consultant, or "3" if you want to speak with Customer Service. These options are also bogus as no one answers to the phone. I don't know who these people are, but I so want them to cease and desist in the constant harassment of their ongoing abuse via phone calls that I appear to have no way of stopping. I contacted my phone carrier in an attempt to block the number, but don't have an option to do that.

they call me to try and get me to come on and work through the business with them and when they asked me what did I do for a living I told them I was retired from the Army. A man came on the phone and said he served in the Army too with the 101st airborne infantry but he turned around and said that they was located in Fort Benning and he served with the 54th which I knew was the lie.

Believe me, I have investigated US Job Assist and this is a SCAM! The same players as Economic Freedom Corporation and Bancard Empire. Lance Himes is a felon and the room they work out of is in Phoenix, on Central Ave. Some real scuzbags working there. The website they gave you.. look at where they put your name, now see where the phone number is... call it and ask for your extension. IT DOESNT EXIST. Everyone has the same website. It's all B.S. Please do not give these people anymore of your money! I am sickened by this whole scam starting over again but this time they're smarter than in the past. If you have been a victim of US Job Assist, AflacAssist.com and many of their other names, have a website with mymerchantplus.com, please write to the AZ Attorney General, letting them know that this company is Economic Freedom reborn!

Now, there is some advice from CR Consumer Resources. We are not gone... we are here to help consumers! I will be writing press releases and blogs to warn others about this company. I hope they go down soon. It scares me to think of all of the people that they are scamming. I've seen lists and lists of the fake websites. All you have to do is Google "Call Us Toll-Free [protected]" and you will see that all of the websites are the same. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! That is from mymerchantplus fake website. Here is one from US Job Assist: Google "Customer Service for Follow-Up: [protected]" and see how many copy and paste websites come up with that one!

Scammers love to copy and paste... and saying that, I am referring to the above fake post about the company that I work for. If you copy and paste text out of that post, you will see how many times that person posted it on the net to ruin us because WE KNOW!
Now, again, I will say that if you need help, please feel free to call CR Consumer Resources. We are real, We are here to help and we are compassionate advocates, not scammers! Good luck to you all!

As I read the complaints on this board I assume that no 1 complaining has ever got started and actually worked the program. Some people will just think everything is a scam no matter what. I have literally done everything under the Sun to try to make money from home in the past 10 years and this is one of the business's that actually work. I have invested $ 1000s of dollars in other programs so to the people who are messaging me asking for advice I would say to them " define your own success. Success to me coulld mean failure to another but as long as you are taking steps forward you are moving in the right direction."

Corey Marshall help me register an LLC for 199 dollars. I looked up the fees myself for registering Llc and having it expedited and it came out to about the same thing but I did find out that it is a little bit easier to go through US doc assist because I don't have to drive around town and file my own paper work with the state. I had made Over 2800 dollars in total profit so far, have business account under my llc name, and I just received my first line of credit for my business. Haven't tried any large ad campaigns yet but I think I'm going to get 1 started soon. Don't know which 1 yet?Anybody out there actually working their business?

This is a false complaint. I would wonder why this poster did not put a picture of some real evidence instead of a screen shot of the website. We investigate many scammers/companies and some get angry with us because we have helped so many people recover their money with the information we collect through our investigations.. They then go on an internet smear rampage in a very childish manner. CR Consumer Resources has many references from our several satisfied clients. Please feel free to call if you need help. 888.563.5558

THEY CONTACTED ME ALSO. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD BE WORKING FOR VISA AND MASTERCARD AND THAT TO DO THAT i WOULD NEED A SPECIAL FINANCIAL LICENSE AND THAT WOULD COST ME 200. i AM SURE THAT WOULD NOT BE THE END OF IT. i LOOKED THEM UP ONLINE WHILE i WAS TALKING TO THEM AND GOT AS MUCH INFORMATION AS i COULD THEN CALLED THE INTERNET SCAM POLICE TO DEAL WITH IT. HOPEFULLY MY INFO HELPED THEM TO PUT THEM DOWN. LIFE IS DIFFICULT ENOUGH WITHOUT BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

That company is a SCAM! Research them on the net. They've been scamming people for years! They charge you an upfront fee and promise they will win your case but two months later the credit card company charged the money back to my card. Turns out they just disputed the charges on my account as fraud and never provided anything. They got their money and now they are GONE! WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING! They will get you a temp credit but its not impermanent until the credit card company researches the charge which they original scam company is sure to respond. NOW I have been scammed twice! This is ridiculous! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! They post comments everywhere as a scammed victim who used crconsumerresources llc and got there money back with there services. SCAM! They post all there comments as Ccook1963

Well Hello; This scam has now reached southern Ontario. I just received a call from US job assist and while still on the phone looked them up and found this commentary on them. First they said this was not a scam because it would cost me nothing and in the next breath said that I would be working for Visa and Mastercard and needed a license to work in the financial industry and that would cost me $200. I did ask how I could contact them and they gave me a number for their customer service so maybe I should call the police about this. Anyway, with the help of this site I will not be getting scammed. Thanks to all who commented.

I believe they are Bancard Empire/EFC reborn as one of the other posters said. The whole lot of them that just shut down like Matrix Marketing, My Choice Business Services, Pinnacle Marketing Group, Members from Bancard Empire etc are working with this company. THEY'RE BACK!I have done extensive research and have definitely linked them.
I am a consumer advocate and am helping people who have fallen victim of US Job Assist, AflacAssist.com,
Express Merchant Network, My Merchant Plus, Direct Merchant Network and soon to come will be Dollar Wise LLC. Take caution consumers and do not fall for these scammers lies. If it is too late and you need help, please call us at [protected] for a consultation to see if we can help you.

US Jobs Assist is A TOTAL SCAM!
Some guy by the name of Sam has been calling my husband and pressuring him to join US Jobs Assist. All we would have to do is to get them names of local small businesses. US Jobs would then contact those businesses and try to get them to sign up for their merchant services. If a business did sign up, we would receive a commission for life... All we had to do was to pay them $400 to set up an LLC. My husband kept telling him he didn't have that kind of money to spend. Sam decided $200 would be enough. My husband kept telling him that we weren't comfortable doing this so then Sam started pressuring him using very questionable and unethical sales tactics.. He had the guts to make comments such as "Why do you need your wife's permission to spend $200?" "Can't you make your own decisions?", What kind of marriage is that?". I have hung up on this Sam and he still had the guts to call us and pressure us~!

Just spoke with a rep of Biz Assist. He was very persistent about me giving him my c.c. numbers. That in itself is a red flag to me. I'm still in the dark even after reading all the comments here. Need to make some extra cash but am just not sure. Any suggestions?

If I woulda read these comments more than a year ago it would have prevented me from getting started. But more than 10, 000 dollars profit later I can clearly see that the people leaving comments on this message board must be the competition. Any person with any type of intelligence will be able to generate a profit from this business But it does take a little effort. There is no money tree unfortunately.

I have been an agent for Assisting US Jobs for almost a year now. I don't know if I'm just one of the lucky ones, but I have consistantly worked my business and put my sales team in contact with several small businesses that are now saving money every month in their fees. I've never referred names out of the yellow pages because I don't consider those small businesses. But with the referrals that I have generated I have seen a consistent paycheck every month. I have done several home based businesses in the past but I was never issued an actual LLC, a licensed to do business until I did business with assisting US jobs.

these are the same folks as Aflac assist, money now funding and so on... the are located in phoenix on central ave and osborn ave all the same credit card scam you will make no money and you will lose what you put into it. chargeback your credit card and contact the AG office and get it resolved. the people who post good stuff here are employees of the company, I know I used to do this for them and had to leave because they did not pay their employees either.

The funny thing is that some of you people think you have it all figured out. Us Job Assistance have nothing to do with GFN or EFC. GFN was shut down by Joe R Pile. The state is now being sued for its actions. GFN was a company that was doing right by it's affiliates. If your going to rant and rage about something at least do your homework. It truly makes you look stupid to those who know the truth.

Sad how competitors try to slander another company in the same field just because they are successful and an honest legitimate company. I have been with the company for 5 months and have received all my commissions along with currently generate over 2100.00 dollars in commission each month. God Bless these individuals. All I know is I am very satisfied. Thank you

i was recently hired to work there and i have had reservations of the products that we are selling, i dont feel very comfortable that they are being 100% honest and that we are scamming innocent people... at the same time i need the job, but they put unbelievable pressure on the people that work there to get that initial investment, and are very clear on seperating the rollers and closers from the "backroom" people who extort the larger amounts of money from the customers for "advertising" purposes... In this economy i cant afford to lose the job, but i know that this will likely be shut down as it has been in the past... buyer Beware...

Just got off the phone with these guys and they are 100% scam artists. They use multiple shell companies (starting with US Job Assist LLC to US Biz Assist to US Doc Assist and likely to others) to separate the point where they ask for money to where they end up using it and begin to ask (con) you for more. They start you off by asking for your personal, specifically your SSN and Credit Card numbers. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!
As noted, they are a boiler room scam shop. They will try to act like this job is your savior, they will push hard to get you to commit your CC number, they will say how legit they are, they become condescending/rude/insult your financial status and intellect, will not tolerate in depth questions, and will become easily frustrated when they cannot figure out how to proceed off script.
As with any scam company they will try to get you at low cost ($300) then move into an upsell that requires large financial commitments from you then once they have your money you will not hear from them again. PLEASE AVOID!

These people have some nerve expecting me to take $5, 000 out of my IRA to pay for an advertising budget. I hope the Attorney General of Arizona reviews this from time to time to get these people out of business. I gave them 60 names and they have no sales tracking, no messages, no pending sales. I know that sales takes time, but none of the friends I have spoken to about this has heard one word from them.

The Complaint is 100% TRUE. Cyberonlinejobs.net is Cheating peoples. They do pay sometime or i must say ONE time and maybe after when your assignments luckily not rejected you get paid. Otherwise after your first payment, rejections of assignments make the employee dis-heart & employee stop his work with cyberonlinejobs.net.

I'll recommend not to work with them.

Sorry to say, rk22 is mistaken about us job assistance - I checked them out - US Job Assistance has no connection to Economic Freedom or Global Fortune Network. Further, rk22 must not know how to check out the status of a business in Arizona, if he had he would have discovered US Job Assistance has been operating for almost a year and done so without any significant complaints - heck, even my local McDonald's has more complaints than US Job Assistance. I have done business with US Job Assistance and been treated fairly. Check out eHow.com and search for Merchant Services and Merchant Training - they offer some good insight about how to earn money by acquiring Merchant Accounts. Truly, I think rk22 must be a competitor of US Job Assistance and trying to cause them disrepute, why else do an undercover and anonymous complaint. Check US Job Assistance out and do your own due diligence, relying on rk22 is not a safe bet...
