They sent me a letter saying that it was my last chance for an extended warranty for my vehicle, so I had my boyfriend call and see if it was a good deal. The guy on the phone gave him a quote of 2, 400.00 for a pretty good warranty. About two weeks ago, my a/c went out, so I took it in the other day to get it fixed. They told the mechanic that the problem with my vehicle wasn't covered. I went back and looked at the contract, and it said that it was. I called today and they told me that the original contract wasn't for the state of Florida, so it was changed. I didn't get a phone call from them or anything in the mail saying that my contract had changed. So I fought with them over the phone and he told me there was nothing that they could do for me. I've been told that they used to go by a different name, and that they have quite a few claims against them, for the same thing. They get you to buy what you think is a good thing, then they change it to something totally different. Its a rip off!

US Fidelis sent me a paper saying that my factory warranty is expired and to hurry and act on purchasing theirs. Here is the deal... I have a new car that is 1 year old. There is no way that the "Factory Warranty" is expired. I also purchased an extended warranty. After much calling around to Dodge, the dealership, and my extended wattranty provider, FIDELITY, not FIDELIS, I still have a good warranty.

I just got a call this afternoon from these guys, very pushy they have an answer for everything. When I first talked to them the price was 3, 200 I backed off and said I don't make snap decisions. About an hour later the phone rang agin, wala he had talked to his sales manager and because I take such good care of my van the price is now 2, 500 but I must do it now. How the heck does he know that I take good care of my van (which I do) sure am glad that I looked this up.

Thanks, BEWARE OF THE SLIME BAGS

Look, if you have an older car that is out of warranty, you had better put way a little money each month into a repair fund and make it an interest bearing account. That way, the money goes into YOUR POCKET instead the slimeballs at US.Fidelis. I don't trust ANY insurance company let alone the ones that advertise on postcards and on daytime TV.

stay away from these guys. i worked for these ### for a year and it is nothing but a high pressure boiler room atmosphere. they hook you by saying that your car doesn't qualify. Ex...if you have 43k miles on your car then the cut off is 40k so they have to get permission from a manager to make an exception. if you have 53k then the cut off is 50k. it's all high pressure sales. these guys are laughing all the way to the bank. the owners are darian and corey atkinson. corey built a big 16, 000 sq. ft home and darian is building a 33, 000 sq. ft mansion in lake st louis missouri and doing it by screwing people all day long

In the USA in 2008, I think it is safe to assume that any offer of any kind is some sort of scam. Once a company has your money up front, there is no profit in honoring any agreements.
Just my opinion.
