USFastCash Payday Loan to employee

I am the Controller of a rural hospital in South Texas. We continue to get harassing calls from US Fast Cash because one of our employees (who has a payday loan with US Fast Cash) will not return the calls of a Mr. John White (not sure of real name or not) at [protected] he is ringing the phones off the wall of all hospital departments including our ER department. I suspect the call is coming out of a third world country. Our employees are not allowed to do personal business on company time. Mr. White has been told it is a hospital and that tying up the hospital line could place an patient life in jeopardy. He acknowledges that he is calling a hospital and only laughs when threaten with us filling a formal compliant. This is their ongoing tactic that they us quite often when the employee may fall behind in payment. As we speak, he continues to make his calls. What course of action can we take that will make a difference. Is there a company CEO that can be contacted from US Fast Cash? My understanding is that US Fast Cash is operated by the Indian Nation out of Florida and other State Regulations do not apply.

USFastCash Threatening to put in Jail

I first took out a loan with them (USFASTCASH) in August 2012 I believe, I took out the loan and paid it off. I then a few weeks later again got into a financial bind and I took out another loan with them but I was unable to pay them back and they debited my account with no money in there because of having to pay bills and they continued to do so until my bank closed the account due to being overdrawn around $300 dollars. Fast Forward to about 2 weeks ago. I got a call from an Arbitrator Cruz who said she she was going to take out criminal charges on me for Bad Checks and for Intent to Defraud a financial institution and it scared me and I told her I didn't have any money to pay her back because of financial problem for me and my family. I asked her what was the name of her company exactly, she said that she was calling because I had a payday loan with USFASTCASH and she said I would see her company name when I got papers served on me from the sheriff. She threatened both civil charges and Criminal Felony Charges ( Bad Checks and Intent to defraud a financial institution). I then got some advice on this from a lawyer as I feared going to jail and I learned that this couldnt be an Arbitrator, but a debt collector and that they violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. So I called them back and got a voicemail and left several messages saying basically that were in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and to please verify the debt by sending it to my address on their paperwork and I told them I handle all things by mail and not over the phone. Then today, 4/2/14 I got another call by another Arbitrator( (Davis) who said we had spoke about this before and was I going to settle the case and I said they had violated the FDCPA again when they told me they were going to pursue me on Criminal charges and she said she didn't care she was going to file the charges and that it was a Criminal Matter for bad checks. I asked her how that was because I didn't write any bad checks and she said yes I did the electronic checks. She said I will see you in court and told me to get off her phone cause she didn't care if it was a violation of FDCPA that she was not a collector. I still told her it was a violation and to not contact the phone again and to only contact me by mail. She said get off her phone and again she will see me in court. She also called my mother's phone and when she told them not to call her anymore that she doesn't see me often, they said I am just trying to keep your DAMN son out of jail and then hung up. These people need to be prosecuted

USFastCash STEALING MONEY

I WAS LOANED $400.00 FROM THIS COMPANY. AND THEY INSTRUSTED TO CALL TO SET UP PAYMENT ARANGEMENTS 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR LOAN BEING DUE IF YOU CAN NOT PAY IT IN FULL. WELL I DID JUST THAT AND SET UP PAYMENT ARANGMENTS ONLY TO HAVE THEM TAKE WHAT EVER THEY WANTED TO TAKE OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. IT WAS AS IF I NEVER CALL TO MAKE ANY AGREEMENT WITH ANY ONE. BY THE TIME I CAUGHT ON TO THEM CONTINUALLY TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, THEY HAD WITHDRAWN $1, 100.00 FOR A $400.00 LOAN AND STILL SAY i OWE THEM $325.00 WHAT A RIP OFF. US FAST CASH IS VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY. I WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO PAY BACK A TOTAL OF $525.00. I HAVE 4 KIDS TO FEED. THIS IS JUST SO SAD TO ME. LOW CLASS... BUT GOD ALWAYS REPAYS...

USFastCash Calling with threats of going to jail

My husband and I took out a payday loan with us fast cash. I was paying on time until I lost my job and fell behind in payments. I tried to work out a payment plan but they keep withdrawling money from my checking account. Soon after we started the bankrucpty process. I had to put my checking account on the bankrupcty as well as us fast cash. I started to get phone call from forgieners saying they were police men and they were going to come and arrest my husband. After speaking with my lawyer I was told it was a scam and the next time to tell them we are claiming bankrucpty and it should stop. Well it is a month later and I am still getting calls but now they are saying they are lawyers. I told them it is against the law to keep calling. I am getting all these call from a 00 number and if I dont answere the phone I have no way to call back. I also contacted us fast cash with no response. This company uses threats to get paid. Thank you.

USFastCash they charged me $49.98 interet fee

I filled out an online application form to get a loan for $150 with a $45 interest fee. I sent them 3 emails to cancel the obligation, that I did not want their money They deposited the $150 anyways and I emailed the bank letting them know that I did not want this loan. USFastCash then withdrew the $150 out of my checking account and still charged the $45 interest which cost me a total of $49.98. I don't know why the bank cashed a electronic check from Liberty Discount Club. I don't know who this Liberty Discount Club is but their website is full of complaints of them making unauthorized withdraws. Also, USFastCash website looks exactly like the Liberty Discount website.

I also was charged $49.98 which was taken out of my checking account via an unsigned check from Liberty Discount Club. I did fill out a form to borrow money from USFastCash but declined the day before they were going to deposit the money. I sent 3 emails directly to USFastCash telling them I did not want the money. They deposited the $150 anyway and made an unauthorized charge of $49.98 on my checking account. They eventually withdrew the unwanted $150 from my account but still charged me interest of their unwanted service. The "USFastCash" website has the exact same design as the Liberty Discount Club has. In addition to borrowing $150 their check fee was $45. I guess with interest of not accepting their loan they charged me a total of $49.98.

USFastCash loan

Do not pay this company anything! I received a phone call this morning from a man with a heavy indian accent, he said his name was officer justin williams...(not mohomed) he said i was being brought up of fraud, deseption, and check fraud. He then went on to tell me that i would be takin to court because i owe 5000. Then told me we could settle outside of court for $551. I asked his badge number and department he is with and he refused to provide either. I then ask for proper documentation of the loan, when the loan was takin, how much the loan was for, and for documentation that i approved a loan.(i have never recieved a loan in my life) He said that he was not allowed to provid me with any of the documentation i asked for. I hung up and call the orange county fraud department, whom very quickly told me this company is not real, that i had nothing to worry about, and if they called again to imform them this is harrasesment and to report it right away... Well, they called again and i let them have it and low and behold he didnt have ### to say now. He said i didnt know what i was talking about and hung up.. DO NOT BE A VICTIM TO THIS FAKE COMPANY! CALL YOUR LOCAL SHERIFFS OFFICE NOW!

I just recieved the very same call from a Peter Williams (yeah right- he could barely speak English) saying I too owed US Cash Loans and that they were filing a "Federal" Case in my "County" Court (dumb-### blew their cover right then!) unless I paid them. I hung up. Googled the number [protected] and pulled up this site and numerous other complaints regarding this whack-fraudulent scam.

USFastCash SCAM/FRAUD

We got approved of a loan of $300 and was suppose to pay only $390 back total. To date they have taken over $900 something out of my account. I have just put in a dispute to them and did a stop pay and blocked the company. This company is a complete scam and is ripping everyone off. DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH USFASTCASH what so ever. USFASTCASH is also previously known as Ameriloan. Who knows how many more names they have had. Closing your account is the only way you will get them to stop charging your account. They will charge your account under different names in order to get more money. Putting stop payments will not work with them. They are illegal company that scams everyone. BEWARE of USFASTCASH!

I received a call this am from a Ofc. Victor Martin from U.S, fast cash 646.216.7545. He stated that I got a loan in May 2011. I kept telling him that I did not receive anything from them.He kept stating that I did. I got angry because I was trying to relax and he was making me mad as hell. I told him to shove those 2oo dollars up a pipe and smoke it. I then told him to please send me my supeona papers and I will be glad to go to court and sue them for harrassment. My advice for the future, if you don't go inside an office to apply for loan, please don't do it over the internet. They have all my bank information, so now I will have to close it and get another.

I just received a phone call from a David Newman, which sounded like he was Indian. He stated USA Fast Cash was suing me for a cash Advance I took out six months ago that they processed and when they tried to get it back it rejected. Now they have fraud charges against me and that if I decide to settle in court, a officer would come and arrest me and I would need to get my own legal help. The # he called from registered from seattle 206.397.0884 Case # G5398. I advised him that if I owed this company why did they not send me a letter in the mail or email that a payment rejected, furthermore I told him I know who I have done business with and this company is not one of them. I told him I would settle out of court and he asked for my account information. I told him until he can prove to me that I owe this and that they are a reputable company I will not be making any payments. He then asked me to fax him a letter stating, "I (my name) want to resolve this matter outside of court and that I did not do this intentionally. The cash advance was for $322. I need to send my financials and a copy of my driver's license. I advised him that if I am not giving you my account information over the phone what makes you think I am going to send you my financials and my driver's license. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he claimed everyone had left for the day. I told him I would fax he information in the next 10 -15 minutes.. How do I file a complaint with the FBI?

Hi I just filed a complaint against them with the FBI in florida. The first stated his name was Mike Johnson from CASH NET USA. THE PHONE NUMBER HE CALLS FROM IS [protected]. He stated they were filing a lawsuit against me for an unpaid loan and he even read my social security number back to me. The he stated he represented Internet Complaint Center which is affiliated with the fbi then I called back and he changed his voice to a femail to Natalie Parker from Cash Net Usa. If you file a complaint with the FBI they will take this matter seriously.

I received a voicemail this morning from a man claiming his name was Officer Sam Williams and that I need to return his call immediately or I will be sorry. He too had a heavy india accent. I called the number back he left which was [protected] (on my cell phone the number only came up as 000. I asked for Sam Williams and was given to his lead supervisor (who sounded just like the person who left the message). He told me I was the lead suspect in an investigation and if I wanted to resolve this immediately or be taken to court. I asked him what company he worked for and at first he said a place called USA Fast Cash, then I asked the name of the company that is sueing me and he said Federal Criminal Investigation. He said I am being sued for (first $300, then $200)...and when I said how much he finally said $500. So, I finally told him I have no idea who this company was and he needed to stop calling me...and rebuted by saying this company goes by several different names. I finally told him that the next time he calls me I will record the conversation and I will press charges for harrassment. He hung up.

I received that same phone call this afternoon. It's probably the same man and everything. But I noticed that last month, $90 was missing from my account. US Fast Cash. I contacted my bank to let them know that I did not authorize that transaction and not to let them access my account again. Fortunately, my bank got the money back and put an alert on my account. I guess they got mad and decided to call me to try to get that money back or more.

USFastCash Fraud

I received a call from a guy saying that I received a payday loan from them in October of 2008 and that I owed them $300.00 or they were going to sue me for $4000.00. The guy quoted my name, bank name, ss# and the name of two of my relatives. He even called my old boss in an attempt to reach me. He called me several other times when I told him that I was not going to pay him and that I did not know what he was talking about or how he even got my information. The number that he gave me to call was [protected].

I took out a loan for $400, and was supposed to repay in full $600, and they were supposed to take out $120 each check, well they did on 3-30-09 they took out $120, 4-13-09 $120, 4-30-09 $120, 5-8-09, $120, and 5-29-09 $120. Which equals $600 or paid in full. So today I go look in my account and they took two more withdrawls for $105, and $50, I called the bank and put a stop payment on this, but it has already went though my account, I tried finding their phone number everywhere on their website, but when you click contact us, the only contact you get is to apply for a new loan. They have ripped me off, if anyone knows the phone number please email me.

I show a "credit of $150.00 from US FASTCASH in March and ever since then I have been debited $45.00 every month on the 3rd (including this month July) and I hope I won't have to completely close my account out on my checking account, but from some of the other complaints, it appears that I may have to. What a shame, this country has gone to the birds in a bread basket. But they will not get away with it as long as I have a breath in my body! I will take compies of my statements to the senetor's office Monday you can believe you me. A person with all the "security" these banks claim to have and yet USFASTCASH has the ability to force the account open and debit your account anyway.

USFastCash Unauthorized charges

I had paid down my united cash loans account to just under $100, and my USFastCash loan (didn't know they were the same company) was nearing $100. Both companies debited my account in one week, for a total of 8 seperate transactions, resulting in three overdrafts to my account (which my bank promptly added NSF fees to) and when I told them to stop charging me, they called my answering machine (which is public domain) and discussed my financial information and the fact that they could keep charging me as much as they wanted whenever they wanted (a violation of Fair Debt Collections Act), they called my employer and harassed me at work for three days after I told them to stop calling (a violation of Fair Debt Collections Act), and refused to give out a mailing address to resolve the issue through money orders/paygram.

My balance on both accounts in one week tripled, so instead of being rid of these people now, I have three times the original loan amount to deal with. They charge my account every two days now, which naturally, since my account is overdrawn, is only resulting in more fees, more overdrafts, and my paycheck wont cover the overdrafts! So I reported them to the Florida Attorney General, and also plan to tell my bank to block all future ACH transactions from them. I will have to pay $37 on each account to block them for six months, but it will be worth it.

USFastCash fraud

I originally had a $250 loan. My first payment was for $75. They told me with fees, etc., the repayment would be $400 immedidately to close out the original loan. They offered a re-loan of $500.

When I paid the loan with my debit card (very bad idea), I was transferred to the customer service area to set up a new loan for $500, as they promised and was told that $300 was the max.

These people are cunning, dishonest, liers and false.

I disputed the charges with my bank and filed a complaint with the FTC.

Please it is a scam, do not get caught up. They purposely deal in deceit. I don't know how they sleep at night!

USFastCash took money out of tmy account, I did not even have a loan through them

Usfastcash has been taking money out of my account, even after I told them i don't have a loan with them. They told me that they had all me information and they had been sending me emails to let me know. I told them I have not had one email sent to my account from them, and I check my email everyday. I tried tallking to a manager and he was so sarcastic, i got no where with him. I called my bank and i let them know what happened. On a $300 dollar loan that I supposly took out, they had taken a totall of $500 dollars. My bank reimbursed my money back and put a freeze on my account so they could not take out anymore money. I filed a police report against the company. well, two weeks later usfastcash takes out $825 from my account. I am still trying to get resolution. I have been trying to let this company know, to take there $300 dollars back that I never ask for, nor signed any paper work, nor did they call my job to do a verification. Please help, this is turning into a night mare. they will not stop debting my account and I did a web search and there are alot of people complaining about the same problem i have. They keep taking money and will not stop.

I've taken out a few loans over the last 12 months with US Fast Cash and the interest is extremely high. The company is a payday loan company that charges crazy interest eg. $400 loan + $180 in interest and it's due in 2 weeks from the day you got the loan. I've received loans from them and paid the interest. The key thing is that if you don't notify them, via the email they send to you (which always end up in my junkbox and I have to put it in my inbox), that you want to pay off your loan in full then they do what they call an extension. This means they will only take out an amount that is equal to the interest. It's an "extension fee" to extend the loan another two weeks. Just before the two weeks comes up you will get another email asking if you want to extend the loan or pay it off in full which would be the $400 + $180. You must respond saying you want to pay it off or they will keep doing an extension. It's in the small print in your loan documents when you get approved. In the first writers comments the first writer may have had someone use their identity to take out a loan. US Fastcash would have needed your name, social and bank account info...could someone you know have gotten that info? Also, I first hear of US Fastcash through Moneymutual.com...a site advertised by Montel Williams the former talk show host. I applied there. Moneymutual is just a company that searches for other loan companies for you. They don't actually take out the loan. I had maybe 10 to 20 companies contact me. They all asked me to go on-line and reconfirm my info. I did this with a few companies including US Fastcash. In the end it tTurns out that one of the companies was a fake company set up by scammers that sound indian/pakistani. I think the company was EasyMoney or somethng like that. They were the only website that I tried and I repeatedly entered my info and kept getting error messages. Those folks were indian sounding. The legit companies were American Sounding. A few days after I put my info on Moneymutual and gave my details out to that website...the calls started coming saying that I owe money. They've never stopped calling over the past 12 months and even have gone as far as having me paged at work several times a day threatening to arrest me etc. These people are not USFastCash and don't claim to be. They say the name is "John Smith" or something similar and they are calling from the FBI or "The Law Firm"...I caught on to their game rather quickly and just hang up on them. Legally they can't just take money out of your account (these scammers) unless you give them info. They will ask permission to debit the money out of your account so just hang up. There's nothing the authorities can do about it. Yes the calls are annoying the heck out of me as they've called me as late at 2AM. When they know they are annoying you they call more often. Since I've started throwing racist slurs etc. at them about their culture (which I know is morally wrong) they call now about once every 3 weeks. I also just hang up on them mid-sentence. When I used to get upset and curse at them and not laugh at them they would repeatedly call my direct line at work and then have me paged when I hung up. Luckily my office had been hit the year before so I didn't get into trouble for it. Sorry for the book...I figured this would give you some insight.

USFastCash Fraudulent credit practices

About December 15th or 16th of 2005 I filled out the US Fast Cash application form for a $300.00 Loan I was then emailed a contract stating I would have to pay $90.00 every 2 weeks till loan was paid. I did not want to make those kinds of payments.

I had called asked a few questions as they wanted payment every 2 weeks I told them I could not and would not make those payments they then said we can do monthly payments for special customers I said ok I would do this. They emailed a new contract for the loan I told then I would just change the contract and email them back (they said it is an official document and could not be changed) they had to email me a new contract.
OK! I got the new contract and initialed it.
Contract stated the loan was $300.00 and I was to make payment of $90.00 each month for 4 months then a final payment of $30.00 for payment of $390.00
DONE DEAL !

I got the deposit in my account on 12-21-05 for $300.00
1st payment [protected] $90.00
2nd payment [protected] $30.00 what the same day Ok only $30.00
3rd payment [protected] $90.00 quick withdrawal
4th payment [protected] $90.00 what the hell is going on here called them and they pissed me off by saying we are going to get our payment every 2 weeks that is how we get paid. I told them I had an official document from them that sates 1 monthly payment only for $90.00. Then thought I'll go ahead and do this to get these idiots out of my hair.

A 5th payment [protected] loan is now paid in full per contractual agreement.
Now I have printed these payments out from my bank to document these actions.

But 2 weeks later they debited my account for guess what $90.00 I called them asked them to refund the extra payment. They said we do not refund payments this is a fee payment for the loan and this fee totaled $260.00.
About this time I was extremely heated at these people. I asked the persons name but then lost it in all paper work I had somewhere.
Tactfully I began to ask question easy questions like,
Do you have a copy of the contract in front of you? They replied they did
I asked them to read payment structure of to me they would not.

I read it to them (as stated above) they agreed to this.
I asked where in the contract doe it state there are additional fees of $260.00 this person could tell me where this was stated, all he said this is our fee for leading you the money.

I laughed I had to.. at this time I then said?
Are ###ing kidding me who in their right mind ?or in their wrong mind? would barrow $300.00 and pay you [censored]es back $650.00
When their many other companies who have better deals than that who are honest!

This Person then if that is the case why did you choose to use our service? You did have to come to us to fix you inability to mange your money.
I then stated according to your contract that was emailed to me you looked to be honest and legit as I read it through. But show me where in the contract it says the fees are going to be $260.00 and I'll pay it!

He could not as he said he did not have to show me this fee of $260.00 he just has to get it.

Let me tell you this if he was standing in front of me talking to me like I was some kind of low life pile of ### I would laid him out in a coma. His attitude was so UN called for I was done. I then stated according to the contract that you (US fast Cash) emailed me this loan was and is paid in full. I then hung up.

I then called my bank (Bank of America) in California where I was living. I talked them over the phone told the story. They lady who helped me herd of this happening a lot with small loan companies like this. I then got my back. She then asked if I wanted to block any other transactions from these people. I said HELL YA! Great service.

Then guess what they hit my account $260.00 for the total I thought about it not calling but then said why would I give some this money, my loan paid in full as per agreement.
So I called Bank of America again talked with another lady she said they processed the block for the $90.00 from Us Fast Cash, they sent in $260.00 that we paid to them, I asked even if an unapproved charge from the company was reversed. She said she would block any all charges from US fast Cash in any amount, And She did what she said she would do. I never got charged again from those thief's trying to strong me.

But then after a few months they started to call me on my cell # I got calls from a lady named Terry Howard from US Fast Cash who was very nice and respectful. We had a good conversation, I told her the story asked her the same questions about the contract she asked if could fax her the payments that where taken out. Now I figured once I did this showing payment was made full this was a done deal.

Month and half go by Terry Howard calls me on cell again says that theirs is still payment due on the loan. I call he back with the reference # she gave me I got back on the phone. She asked if I faxed the paper work over to her I said did. She said she never the payments I had printed out.
I said I did have the paper work with me I would get them.
Week goes by she calls me on my cell # Opps I forgot about this. Another week goes by she calls me on my cell # Opps I forgot about this again. I tell her I will make sure I get this paper work for her the next day.
I then call Terry Howard asked her the fax # and Faxed the printed payments to her right then as I was on the phone, she then goes to the fax and comes back. She the said I already have this paper wok. I asked her then what are asking for? Read the paper work and tell me what does it say. She added the payments up when we on the phone. I asked her what does come to? She said $390.00. I asked her does the contract say total payments 4X $90.00 1x$30.00 = $390.00 I then asked her then why are you calling me Terry if the loan is paid in full. She replied I still show you owe $260.00 according to the contract we sent you. I asked where is this on the paper work? She could tell me. She just kept saying I show you owe us $260.00. I asked her to email me or fax me the contract that says I agreed to the additional $260.00 and I will pay it.

She could not and would not do anything more but say I them money and they would get their money or report me to credit burrows. I then did some research and found this below

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) laws and rules for Fair Debit Collection

The Web site URL
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/fdc.htm

Fair Debt Collection
If you use credit cards, owe money on a personal loan, or are paying on a home mortgage, you are a "debtor." If you fall behind in repaying your creditors, or an error is made on your accounts, you may be contacted by a "debt collector."

You should know that in either situation, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act requires that debt collectors treat you fairly and prohibits certain methods of debt collection. Of course, the law does not erase any legitimate debt you owe.

This brochure answers commonly asked questions about your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

What debts are covered?
Personal, family, and household debts are covered under the Act. This includes money owed for the purchase of an automobile, for medical care, or for charge accounts.

Who is a debt collector?
A debt collector is any person who regularly collects debts owed to others. This includes attorneys who collect debts on a regular basis.

How may a debt collector contact you?
A collector may contact you in person, by mail, telephone, telegram, or fax. However, a debt collector may not contact you at inconvenient times or places, such as before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m., unless you agree. A debt collector also may not contact you at work if the collector knows that your employer disapproves of such contacts.

Can you stop a debt collector from contacting you?
You can stop a debt collector from contacting you by writing a letter to the collector telling them to stop. Once the collector receives your letter, they may not contact you again except to say there will be no further contact or to notify you that the debt collector or the creditor intends to take some specific action. Please note, however, that sending such a letter to a collector does not make the debt go away if you actually owe it. You could still be sued by the debt collector or your original creditor.

May a debt collector contact anyone else about your debt?
If you have an attorney, the debt collector must contact the attorney, rather than you. If you do not have an attorney, a collector may contact other people, but only to find out where you live, what your phone number is, and where you work. Collectors usually are prohibited from contacting such third parties more than once. In most cases, the collector may not tell anyone other than you and your attorney that you owe money.

What must the debt collector tell you about the debt?
Within five days after you are first contacted, the collector must send you a written notice telling you the amount of money you owe; the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money; and what action to take if you believe you do not owe the money.

May a debt collector continue to contact you if you believe you do not owe money?
A collector may not contact you if, within 30 days after you receive the written notice, you send the collection agency a letter stating you do not owe money. However, a collector can renew collection activities if you are sent proof of the debt, such as a copy of a bill for the amount owed.

What types of debt collection practices are prohibited?
Harassment. Debt collectors may not harass, oppress, or abuse you or any third parties they contact.

For example, debt collectors may not:
?use threats of violence or harm;
?publish a list of consumers who refuse to pay their debts (except to a credit bureau);
?use obscene or profane language; or repeatedly use the telephone to annoy someone. False statements.

Debt collectors may not use any false or misleading statements when collecting a debt.
For example, debt collectors may not:
?falsely imply that they are attorneys or government representatives;
?falsely imply that you have committed a crime;
?falsely represent that they operate or work for a credit bureau;
?misrepresent the amount of your debt;
?indicate that papers being sent to you are legal forms when they are not; or
?indicate that papers being sent to you are not legal forms when they are.

Debt collectors also may not state that:
?you will be arrested if you do not pay your debt;
?they will seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages, unless the collection agency or creditor intends to do so, and it is legal to do so; or
?actions, such as a lawsuit, will be taken against you, when such action legally may not be taken, or when they do not intend to take such action.

Debt collectors may not:
?give false credit information about you to anyone, including a credit bureau;
?send you anything that looks like an official document from a court or government agency when it is not; or
?use a false name.

Unfair practices.
Debt collectors may not engage in unfair practices when they try to collect a debt.
For example, collectors may not:
?collect any amount greater than your debt, unless your state law permits such a charge;
?deposit a post-dated check prematurely;
?use deception to make you accept collect calls or pay for telegrams;
?take or threaten to take your property unless this can be done legally; or
?contact you by postcard.

What control do you have over payment of debts?
If you owe more than one debt, any payment you make must be applied to the debt you indicate. A debt collector may not apply a payment to any debt you believe you do not owe.

What can you do if you believe a debt collector violated the law?
You have the right to sue a collector in a state or federal court within one year from the date the law was violated. If you win, you may recover money for the damages you suffered plus an additional amount up to $1,000. Court costs and attorney' s fees also can be recovered. A group of people also may sue a debt collector and recover money for damages up to $500,000, or one percent of the collector' s net worth, whichever is less.Where can you report a debt collector for an alleged violation?Report any problems you have with a debt collector to your state Attorney General' s office and the Federal Trade Commission. Many states have their own debt collection laws, and your Attorney General' s office can help you determine your rights.

The FTC works for the consumer to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop, and avoid them. To file a complaint or to get free information on consumer issues, visit www.ftc.gov or call toll-free, 1-877-FTC-HELP [protected]); TTY: [protected]. The FTC enters Internet, telemarketing, identity theft, and other fraud-related complaints into Consumer Sentinel, a secure, online database available to hundreds of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies in the U.S. and abroad.

So to date Terry Howard did call again ?about August of 2006 I think? and asked if I was going to pay this debit. I said I have no debit as per contractual agreement ?Your official contractual agreement Document? But then I asked her to email or fax me a contract showing I agreed to this and I will pay them! No questions asked. She said she could not provide this document. So I then Said Terry I will have to ask you to stop all calls from here on out or will retain a lawyer and sue US Fast Cash for fraudulent collections and read her FTC Fair Debit Collection above.

They have never called again but I also have not checked my credit report for any fraudulent credit reporting from US Fast Cash.

Do not use Us Fast Cash after reading some the stories here I got away with what I was to pay nothing more.

I asked them for a mailing address because I needed to mail something to them. They refused to provide it. I tried several times. My last request included reference to payday lending laws requiring them to provide me with a mailing address. Now they have locked me out of my account and I cannot view anything.

It's a freaking scam. something needs to be done about these Fast cash people. they are stealing from hard working people when their luck is down. [censor] them. How do I do something about a scam?

I borrowed $400 from UsFastCash and they are charging me $120 a month for administrative fees and none of that goes against the principal. My balance now is $640 if I want to pay it all off next month. I just filed a complaint with the OK Attorney General's office and I pray that something can be done so this does not happen to anyone else.

I JUST CALLED USFAST CASH TO NOTIFY THEM THAT I'M UNEMPLOYED AND CAN NO LONGER MAKE MY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS OF $190.00 AND WAS TOLD "OH WELL, WHEN YOU MADE THE ARRANGEMENT YOU SHOULD'VE BEEN TOLD THAT YOU COULDN'T STOP THE DEDUCTIONS." WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE? I HAVE NO JOB WHICHS MEANS NO INCOME. AT LEAST I GAVE THEM NOTICE. MY BANK CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER THE EFT IS DEBITTED THEN I CAN MAKE A DISPUTE. TO ANYONE OUT THERE THINKING OF GETTING A PAYDAY LOAN PLEASE THINK TWICE. THESE COMPANIES ARE RUTHLESS AND UNETHICAL!

USFastCash has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I would encourage everyone to stay away from this PayDay loan company.
