US Digital Media / Poor Customer Service and follow through
I order some USB drives from this company. I finished all the paperwork I needed to do on 10/14, including sending them the graphics, filling out the forms, doing a PO . Several hours worth of work.
I called on 10/20 to check the status of my order and my sales rep said I never turned my order in. I told him the dates of my emails to him with the order information (which he replied to) and later the notice to proceed. First he said he couldn't find them, then he said he only found one (I had receipts for them all). Now they say they can not get my drives done in time (10/28). I called and complained to Customer Service. They told me they would call me back in 20 minutes, which turned into over two hours...they apoligized, but can not get me my product. It is too late to go anywhere else now so I am out of luck!!!
