US Bank / manager attitude

I just went to the Chicago Chinatown US bank ask for help about transferring money, the manager is a Chinese, she talks very loudly and really doesn't respect customer. She didn't help me figure out the problem at all, there is a service she doesn't know then she just say they don't provide it. I don't know why this kind of people without kind and patient, even without professional knowledge could be a manager, she is here to help customers solve problems but not laugh at them. I won't be there again and this person made me feel really bad, I'm considering close my US bank account and change a new one. Just never ignore that hire the wrong people will lose the right customers.
