I lost my government card in your ATM machine on January 1, 2016. It holds my social security money to pay my rent, food and other bills. However, I spoke with Debbie Fisher and she told me there was nothing she could do with a most unsympathatic look and tone. I was in destress and I was treated like I was a problem. All i wanted was my card back...

On 12/26/2015 I walked into US Bank 5555 Balboa Avenue San Diego, CA 92111 at around noon . I asked to deposit a $869.00 check into my savings account, my savings account had enough money in there to cover the check by the way. The check was from Chase and it had my name and my boyfriends name on it, we had refinance are house and they check was the money...

US Bank fake ethics reporting, employees stalking customers

6 months ago, an individual who by title provided by US Bank is a Samantha J Menard, who US Bank claims however by name is "not her", falsified an entry in my business checking account, which is a serious crime. The white flight hate district Salem Witch Burning that was set up further, as always falsification as in Salem MA, on the part of persons motivated by greed, business motives for property, retaliation for having affairs, or competition for lovers, embarked on a rage like boundless damage infliction that is yet to abate this nightmarish because US Bank as an entity is controllable regarding the harsh limits of the law regarding Menard and US Bank, only from outside the bank. Which for 3 months US Bank sent out one completely different fake story after another illegally and criminally refusing to comply with mandatory dispute rights in fraud they were and are aware is fraud, which they also continually illegally turned all contact points with the bank into illegal criminal harassment with fraud which under the law attempting to collect fraudulently created debt consists of. Enter Shelly Collins of US Bank, the hidden also "not her" by only title and address in the issue, a high school graduate of Naperville North, working in her home town of Naperville literally less than a mile from my home, who appears to be stalking me personally to this date. US Bank permits their staff to attack customers as "competition" and "siblings", and continues to, as the source of the warrant protected detail that continues to be misused by anybody who wants since this started, targeting a former customer since the first week of this, over 5 months ago, who cannot an end. What happened that is being used to this date is that this high school graduate Shelly Collins of Naperville IL US Bank office, from Naperville, IL, started appearing in completely analagous egregious fraud from US Bank regarding having ever reported the incident to their fake Internet Portal Ethics Reporting that leads to Shelly Collins and retaliation against the public for using it to the ongoing extremes of near sexuality driven stalking of customers. Which is what appears to be the motive from the outset and the problem, acting out what this same part of DuPage County IL used to dish out to drive minorities out of the suburbs cutting off their public services, refusing to provide them with services at businesses, attacking their services, and in general attempting to put them into the shelters. Which the Republican War on Women has revived in DuPage County which created the problem via Glen Ellyn IL by refusing to provide the mandatory protections from the area homeys that do this to people which are all at best at this level state felony offenses they were when they did this to blacks and hispanics, their major history locally. Shelly Collins being from the immediate area, after telephone and email harassment for a week, conducting disturbances when she was told her victims did not have time for her targeting our jobs to "make them have time" as Menard did if not the actual originator as Shelly Collins was in here from the outset without disclosure as the one party the regulatory system required terminate the entire situation without damage to the victims when it started in August of 2015. Shelly Collins however has persisted in finding more methods to stalk and harass me personally. I continue to be sent "removal of all public services nationally" and specifically in retaliation for the mandatory Cease and Desist US Bank never did comply with. In fact, I still cannot force Collins and US Bank as what Collins otherwise throws at the public along with her cronies from growing up in Naperville, which has also happened targeting US Mail and other services, repeatedly in 2 suburbs as well as faking a "fake address" to harass as the bank entry was a criminal offense local homey Shelly Collins can and does engage in as a DuPage County crime lord of some type perhaps married to a cop, but somebody the police are required to shut down from this and any other operation US Bank or not. Which is the core problem the public requires the right to expose about US Bank soliciting warrant protected information as entrapping the public, women and minorities in particular, into this gaping maw demanding Salem Witch Trial burnings of victims they demand be "made poor". We have the right to know that the reporting to US Bank is an entrapment into this with Shelly Collins. The Ethics reporting portal needs to be forcibly taken down so that no one else gets entrapped into this. Collins needs to be shut down for life. And US Bank needs to be stopped b y the FTC from retaliating for consumers expressing their legal rights in justified collections disputes created by employees of US Bank the law requires be prosecuted for faking anything in any bank account. I got the impression this gets them promoted at US Bank. The general culture was methodically the same like this at any part of the bank that the public is required to have access and recourse through, and the debt collections are so illegal that their Retail Collections in Portland, OR, a Virginia Allen, when it gets this way, is supposed to be picked up to force her to stop contacting and having third persons contact private individuals she has no lawful business contacting. Which is continuing to be the case with Shelly Collins, who when I refuse the US mail has the local post offices involved redeliver it to "make the point" that Shelly is a homey whose lifelong cronies aid and abet in state felonies like this all the time just like in the 1960s when DuPage County was this open and public with hate crime they moved here from Chicago to perpetuate when the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was passed in 1964. It has been returned 4 times. The last time it escalated to sending me certified US mail in some rage about refusing criminal harassment on the part of persons whose operation with the fake entry in the bank account is a serious crime. Which is where the public needs to know that the local area US Secret Service, who handle bank fraud, have also created this operation refusing to cooperate with the public to as much as formally report incidents like this with the banks. Which makes US Bank a bank the public cannot tolerate existing in its current form, and something monstrous enough to break up and end as a separate bank as its this extreme all the way across the US and to its corp offices in MN which are actually worse. They will bombard you from at least 4 states at the same time, which continues to be the case, and rage and demand criminal subordination of the customers to the point that the public needs to have the right to formally make this problem transparent so we can chose to take our business somewhere else.

This post makes absolutely no sense. It's pretty well written, but other than clearly hating US Bank and this Shelly Collins person, I'm not quite sure if you're fighting for women's or minorities' rights, or if you're fighting about how to replace a roll of toilet paper. Do you prefer over or under, by the way? I'm in a battle with my wife at the moment. I digress.
What exactly is your beef with US Bank? I don't want to bank there if someone is going to stalk me sexually, though now that I think about it could be exciting. Think about it, my very own peeping tom!
Anyway, good luck with your endeavors with this satanic entity, maybe try moving your money overseas.

US Bank cyber and privacy criminal breach, debt collections fraud

I had a free checking about with US Bank that earlier in 2015, was turned into a stalking war involving an employee who made a falsified entry in the bank account, disabled the overdraft protection, and disabled and blocked any further check deposits permanently. I had no information or notice of an issue from US Bank, and found out when making an ATM deposit and when US Bank's entire contact points for the customer turned into illegal collections combined with sending out illegal criminal external "reporting" on the customer that after US Bank finally stopped, was turned into changing the small business customer's mailing address and making falsified claims the customer "used a fake address", etc, as persons still raging and ranting at refusing US Mail from US Bank and who sent unsigned documents sometimes on blank paper from WI, MN, OR, and IL, for 5 months of criminal damage infliction. US Bank protects their names completely while illegally misusing what by the next week were former bank customers entirely names and information for criminal damage purposes which involve persons who are still here and stalking the former business customer personally with all of this deluging and drowning in hellish harassment attempting to conduct in public, in front of and to customers, etc, as all the bank did and keeps doing. The law requires being provided with the names of our accusers and particularly ones who engage in this much fraud. What I was told early on is that the fraud involves the US Bank Fraud Division. They appear to be staging illegal criminal public ruckuses about individual and individual business customers, and there is nothing the customers can do because US Bank turns every contact point in illegal collections of fraudulently created debt, and literally blocked mandatory dispute sending out a different false claim to every external mediator contacted and are still retaliating for issuing the mandatory Cease and Desist they never did comply with. What they did and are continuing to do is retaliate for the Cease and Desist having after backing off, issuing a plain paper unsigned document demanding that I "Cease and Desist" having contact with US Bank which is continuing to have illegal criminal contact with me, and "removing all services nationally" while criminally raging at refusing their US mail. The original attempt was to falsify a financial crime and send out fake reports to Chex Systems originally with the threat of others as "collections" about fabricated debt created with a fake entry into the bank account and a war set up for the victims like this whose damages so so severe that US Bank is not free to hide names as the individuals need to be stopped by the law enforcement, not the dispute system. As this is what their motive and game plan continues to be. What I can find out is that there are a list of nonCPA nonattorney illegal Risk Managers in Chicago who are "leading" a criminal practice at the bank in individual names which are concealed from the public who are being stalked personally and professionally by these vermin that US Bank has illegally and criminally divulged customer information to for whatever the hell they want to do with it with. From all I can find out, the list of parties in the Chicago Fraud Division Risk Management division engaging in public fraud attempting to get his ranting in Crains at this point, is one of the following listed on LinkedIn: Scott Diaz, Risk Manager Jay Chepulis, Compliance Manager Vanessa Danner Risk Manager Daniel Bakke, VP, AML Sanctions Compliance Manager Seth Ellis, Asst. Vice President, Enterprise Financial Crimes Compliance Program Office Peter Konkel, Risk Manager The persons are openly motivated by malice and US Bank continues to provide them with the illegally misaccessed customer information, customer lists, etc. The harassment with my personal ID theft information and sending it wherever they want to provoke the victims who have in writing since it started taken the mandatory legal steps to cut off US Bank from contact and are still being threatened to the point of mentally ill predator about the lawful refusing of USmail from US bank, is still here and cannot be terminated without converting this into a law enforcement case vs US bank individual persons conducting this because US Bank is providing so much protection for them while illegally making customers into prey, that nobody has a choice by now.

US Bank fraud, deception, then entrapment in worse with ethics complaint collection

I have a dispute with US Bank due to gross criminal conduct on the part of one of their employees I have never met, which continues to involve targeting my income as a small business owner from US Bank. I reported the problem and the person to their "Ethics Complaint" feature, and have learned the average US Bank employee does things like this because anything reported to their Ethics Reporting feature, goes straight to an employee in a corporate office in Naperville IL named Shelly Collins who exists to cover up for whatever you report. As with the original employee, having replaced that employee targeting my small business as illegally and violently as possible to the point of clearly attempting to put me out of business maliciously entirely. Their debt collection entity who illegally harassed me to death like those reports of Millenial texting habits resulting in demanding immediate attention chronically, was just as excessively illegal criminally severe. And is the entity who has the victims blocked from ever reporting anything they have done to US Bank again ever nationally. By illegally terminating all public services nationally and all contact with any US Bank office nationally permanently. This is the extent of your actual dispute to debts that were fabricated by the first employee in a bank whose Debt Collection offices like this Ethics reporting function exist to issue false statements about the bank which they claim "doesn't do things like that" and issued false statements to the BBB and the CFPB for 2 months, then abruptly dropped the illegally fabricated debt collection and moved on to this form of harassing and financial damage infliction as methodical and severe as the original. They have moved on to falsely claim I "used a fake address" to the Post Office and claim they were harassed into dropping the dispute. There is no aspect of US Bank that has been otherwise than criminally malicious to the point of endangering the customers going after our incomes and private information acting like a hacker with the banking system and drowning the victims in hellish criminal damage infliction taunting the victims to "try to stop the bank". Which has blocked all contact with the bank so the public will face arrest if they do.

US Bank fraudulent harassment of customers per "use the colored water fountains"

I had a business bank account with US Bank until some person US Bank keeps "anonymous" started issuing highly repetitive inflammatory attention getting falsifications to third persons the bank made able to go the mat issuing false statements to the BBB and CFPB and using the bank and your customer information to target my business, my license, etc, falsifying claims every time like a masturbating fixation stalker as the class of persons who that is normal for. Except this is how US Bank operates at this point from the excessive abuses about "the queen" who has to hide her name. Harassment is a crime. Except to US Bank where it is a "badge of royalty" per the most recent incident. In which after finally backing out of the entire thing several thousand dollars in damages per mental profiles of fixation stalkers, the stalker has "removed all public services nationally" and retaliated each time I filed with BBB or CFPB or repeated the Cease and Desist request about the subject first made in August of 2015 70 days ago. Which they claim sending me a letter saying they Cease and Desist complies with regardless of anything anybody does, and keep issuing false statements to harass bank customers and "make the point" with remarks and actions that keep consisting of "use the colored water fountains social n**ger" as term used in the immediate white flight area conducting this situation as MN reportedly also does, where US Bank is based. They made and make fun of your business, your income, your information, and "having rights n**ger" that has continues through today. They have not made the same claim to anybody twice. They have sarcastically openly demanded cash only be paid in person only to specific employees. They have falsely claimed to represent my customers. And now nationwide public services have been removed to retaliate for the Cease and Desist they sarcastically did the same to.

US Bank leased car

As so many others have already stated: US Bank Lease services is deserving of a class action suit. I recently turned in a 2013 Volvo S60 T5. Prior to that date I was visited by a Nazi from the AutoVin department; clearly an ex-serviceman, he was rude and condescending with no idea what customer support is about. He would not take any questions from us, but referred all questions back to AutoVin. We replaced the four tires on our own and saved several hundreds of dollars over what they quoted and also had 'curb rash' repaired locally at a significant savings. We even had a small tear in the interior door panel (that the above aggressive belligerent missed) at our expense because that's how we are in terms of integrity. Then we discovered we had been charged an extra lease payment, contacted the 'end of lease dept' and were told that the $395 + 0.7% we were charged for the above Nazi to inspecty the vehicle was exactly what our 36 month lease payment was. I guess that was in the fine print somewhere. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH US BANK ANYMORE - THEY ARE GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND IN UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR AND SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO A CLASS ACTION SUIT. Obnoxious rude ill tempered agents in that department = I am sure they go to church 'religiously' and in great piety every Sabbath. May they be struck by lightening as they pray for forgiveness.

On October 23, 2015 I went into the branch located on 9230 Elk Grove Florin Rd #120 Elk Grove, CA 95624. I was politely greeted by the manager, and from there I proceed to apply for the product HELOC. However I did not meet there guidelines, and was referred to David Carnes/mortgage originator. US Bank deposit point screw up; brutal harassment up to 3x a day for 2 months+

Us Bank is continuing to contact me and other agencies with completely different false claims. The action at issue is the manual adjustment to my business checking account for $330.50 from a check that cleared my customer's bank in the normal Clearinghouse cycle weeks prior, on 8/26/15. The employee is the branch manager at the Glen Ellyn Branch of US Bank. A letter was sent out falsifying my address for the account as the only document that does this, as being in Glen Ellyn IL regarding Cease and Desist complaint. About one filed originally 8/26/15. I am being harassed by US Bank up to 5-7 x a week since 8/26/15. Any method for payment has been blocked since the outset as per the attachments. Claimed filed by US Bank are never the same twice and just nothing that the victims would already have and be able to respond to. It was 2x just today. That persons false claims to date are, all of which as filed by US Bank are additively their claim that all at the same time as all contradicting each other, that Samantha J Menard weeks after the check cleared manually adjusted it out of the account because: 1. It was a duplicate deposit 2. It was a suspected bank fraud because of the CPA after my name 3. It was a bounced check (which does not appear weeks later)(to MN BBB) 4. It was a duplicate deposit to a deposit at another bank which also does not go through and does not show up weeks later (to CFPB) Shelly Collins of US Bank also contacted me last week to claim that SHE has the story but that its none of the above and she will not put it in writing. The bank has escalated blocking payment every time I have attempted dispute and mediation to get this settled. In response to the MN BBB, they closed the account. In response to the CFPB in progress, they have charged off the amounts. And keep lashing out at me daily. Irreparable permanent damage has been done to the business and to its owner. Which is all this entire strategy and fraud were created for or conducted to inflict.

US Bank fraud claim denied

Have been a US Bank customer for over 25 years. Have a mortgage with US Bank. A mysterious electronic check started showing up in checking account for $16.94. It had a generic company name Omnigate LLC. There was no signature on the electronic check and instead said authorized by depositor. It showed up one month then disappeared for three months then reappeared for another $16.94 twice in a month three months later. We thought it was a billing for the local newspaper. The $16.94 check started showing up more and more maxing out at 17 times in one month when reported as fraud. US Bank denied fraud claim because very first original $16.94 fraudulent check was not reported within 15 days of the transaction so all future fraud transactions were denied stating it was the responsibility of checking account owner to report fraud within 15 days timeframe. This seems like a very easy way for banks to deny any and all fraud claims if they date back to the original fraudulent act.

I was at the branch for a withdrawal. The teller who had no name tag had a very bad demeanor and insisted in giving me different bills than i wanted. After i objected to it, she started yelling, threatened to force close my account amongst other things. I escalated this to the branch manager and later to the district manager with absolutely no response from them. A very bad case of closing ranks! Please stay away from this bank, that's what i feel. You will be wasting your time if you want excellent customer service, because this bank has none.

US Bank mortgage address

Several months ago we got a letter from US Bank stating our home address was incorrect. We have lived in our house for 8 yrs. The address has always been 365. That is what is on the mortgage documents. However US Bank says that our address is 356 and that we have to prove otherwise. At first the bank told us we needed to go to the Post Office and get a document stating that our address was indeed 365. We tried that but the US Post Office says they don't have any type of document to prove our address or that they don't assign addresses. They had no idea what US Bank was talking about. So we provided US Bank with the County Surveyor's information but they rejected that. We have provided them several documents but they reject them all. Due to THEIR typo of transposing our address we are also left without homeowner's insurance. US Bank does not care or even willing to admit that they made a data entry mistake and correct it. I told them they could look at our original mortgage documents and see the error, but they refuse.

US Bank false debt created by employee bank fraud demanding cash only to same employee

A female bank employee of US Bank manually adjusted money out of my checking account about a month ago. The original written documents claimed she did so to remove a "duplicate deposit". Except she also blocked deposits to the account and the overdraft protection on the account. When that was correctly refuted, or at the same time, the same female branch manager in Glen Ellyn IL also submitted a different false claim to their Fraud Division claiming that she did so about "suspected financial irregularities". When that was correctly refuted, she outside the bank claimed the check bounced. The only thing any story this person is made illegally able to falsify is that she manually removed money from a customer account because she felt like it, and she is made able to continue to demand cash payments be made to her in person only for any reason or claim she wants. The continuing harassment and damage infliction is forcing large legal fees. The SOB has blocked payment since day 1, and her cronies at that bank are more criminally corrupt than she is at their Fraud Division which does not cooperate with dispute of anything they claim and has backed up filing different false claims that keep changing so the victims are being forced in ChexSystems with her fabrication and theft as the funds left the bank again somewhere, and their cash doesn't balance without falsifying that the deposit "bounced" or the demanded cash only from the victims only to that Branch Manager in Glen Ellyn IL for a large national bank which lines her pockets with our bank accounts. I also find it highly disturbing that the corruption at a bank is this extreme that they do it at the bank otherwise out of flat malice.

US Bank unethical behaviour

I recently turned in my 2012 Chrysler 200 lease and was informed the car had excessive wear and tear that I would be liable to pay for. The wheel mark turned out to be road tar that was easily released with bug and tar remover and the scratches on the front bumper were minor and less than the size stated in the turn in book sent to me.

I informed them of this and they stated I would have to present pictures and other evidence (whatever that means) to attempt to reverse the charges! Really! They obviously do not care about being fair and honest and they do not have any concerns about your valuable time!

They also charged me for an additional months lease payment and when I questioned them they stated the fee was paid on 8-8-2015 and was not logged into the system until [protected] two days after the turn in date. The reality is I pay all of my bills a month in advance and the received payment on 7-5-2015 for the last lease payment. I cannot believe they lied over the phone and tried to convince me it was my fault! They did adjust the lease payment out of the final settlement statement.

I sent the check in for the final settlement to avoid any negative credit reports (my credit rating is at 820). I plan on filing a small claims suit to have them answer for their actions!

US Bank lost all my funds

I'd been saving my son's child support for college fund for him and had over 3, 000 in the US Bank Reliacard account, into which my child support is deposited biweekly. After a system update and change of vendor, they show a balance of zero. They insist they have no way to verify I had funds in there prior to the system update. They lost all my son's money and feel there is nothing to be done about it. What am I going to do?

US Bank missing money/bad customer service

Long story short
I have been receiving child support for 2 years. The first 4 months were right on with the amounts and the amount was consistent. 2 deposits in a month of $350.00.
Since the beginning of this year (2015) c.s. have taken $1000 I have only received $350.00.. I go to use my card at 4 different places each place saying the card took off $ 2.77, $3.49 and so on. What is up w/ that? The money is going somewhere and not to me.
Back to the first year my kids dad was in arrears $1900.00. When he filed taxes, child support took the full $1900.00. Relia card showed only a $900.00 deposit. I never received the other $1000.00. I called the customer service # on the back of the card. There should be a paper trail of the money, you would think! After being redirected several times. I was holding for fraud loss prevention. The time I waited was 2 hours an 23 mins. A rep came on the phone and asked how could he help me. I started to tell him he interrupted me. He said I can't help you, wrong department and then click. He hung up on me. WTF right! I wasn't rude, loud or disrespectful. Many days and so many hours on hold getting no where. I just let it go due to not having the time or patience. I called my c.s. worker no answers or helpful advise who to call or what I should do.
The amount from payroll checks that is being garnished for child support from the father doesn't match with relia card deposits. Unknown fees and service charges.
There is a huge problem and the money is going somewhere. I have changed my pin several times. I forgot the pin one time and they were going to send it to me. It never came. Another time I lost my card. I called to report lost or stolen after waiting a month for the new card. I called to find out that they put a hold on the card but didn't issue me a new one. When I finally got the new one. They said my balance was $293.00 which doesn't make any sense. I didn't have a card for 2 months. There should have been $1400.00. There needs to be a investigation on the relia card and all agencies involved with processing payments and transactions adding fees and charges that should not be a fee. After all the missed money I'm going to a different bank and opening a account for direct deposit. I still want answers! I have 3 kids and I rely on the c.s. a great deal. Which for the last year 1/2 has been barely nothing and very inconsistent.

US Bank reliacard keeps your money

***If you are on a fixed income i.e. child support, unemployment, etc. have your funds direct deposited into a REAL bank account, not this prepaid card!***

I started receiving past due child support a few months ago. I ran out of checks so I could not fill out the direct deposit form, so I allowed the state to have U.S. Bank Reliacard issue me this card to receive the support funds. HUGE MISTAKE!

Back in November 2014, I used the card at a gas station for $34.00. A preauthorization amount of $125.00 came out of the funds on my card, along with the $34.00. After a week of the preauthorization funds not being returned to me, I filed a dispute. Needless to say, it is February and I still have not received the funds back into my account.

I have called Reliacard a total of 11 times since the dispute was formally filed, totaling over 16 hours of waiting on hold to get a resolution. Back on January 21st, I finally got a responsive and competant customer service rep who, with the help of the research department, finally told me that my funds would be returned to me within 24 to 48 hours. I am still waiting. I have even gotten two different supervisors on the phone since then (only through patient persuasion) who seemed concerned, placed me on hold for over an hour, and ultimately gave me a time frame to call me back with an update. Both times, I have not gotten a call back.

Please note: You will be given every reason under the sun why a supervisor cannot speak to you. You will even be hung up on. Customer service reps treat you as a waste of time and read off a script telling you that you have to wait 90 days for a resolution to the dispute, without looking into the account. To me, I was told previously that a mistake was made, my funds would be returned, so I considered it resolved. US Bank Reliacard is anything but reliable and I will have to continue to badger them to receive the money that I am owed due to THEIR mistake. --- 2/25/14 UPDATE: U.S. Bank Reliacard has now told me that I should file another new dispute with different wording and then maybe they can help me. A supervisor told me that the customer service rep who told me that I would be getting my money back will be "coached " as I was given incorrect information. They apparently see no error now.

Needless to say, save yourself alot of time, headache and hassle. Get your funds direct deposited somewhere, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "BANK."
