US Bank car lease fraud

Lease payments for 5 years all paid on time. At end of lease prior to return of the car the requiered inspection was performed. The car was in almost new condition but required some minor blemishes repaired pe their inspector. I had these repaired by an auto body shop which was present at the inspection. I had the blemishes repaired and dropped the car at the dealer where the drop was authorized. They said they would pick up the vehicle in 1-2 weeks. There was no return inspection to see that the repairs had been performed. I continued to get a bill for the repairs already performed. I faxed the invoice from the repair shop at their request, but they persisted in sending the bill and then reported the non payment to the credit agencies and ignored the invoice which was sent to them. I have heard of other problems with this bank in this regard and hope people are aware not to deal with them.

US Bank home loan

Letter addressed to US Bank Mortgage Department-

One week ago today, on the day before I was suppose to close on the sale of my house, I was notified by my realtor that US Bank denied a loan for the buyers of my home. I just wanted to update you on the chain of events that this last minute decision has caused.

Personally, I had to forfeit a purchase of a home that I was scheduled to close on the same day last week. I had packed and moved all of my belongings into a storage truck in which in turn I have had to move and store once again into a third location and pay a weekly fee to do so. I also am currently paying rent at temporary site until my buyer can find another option for a loan. My house sits empty. I possibly will lose out on a profit of my sale as well as the possibility to purchase another income generating property. The estimated loss of income is un yet determined.

To prepare for this move, I made sacrifices of holiday vacations and gift exchanges with my family and friends. I had spent money on appraisals, inspections, ernest money, prepaid insurance premiums, moving supplies, and cleaning materials. I had sacrificed time off from work and weekends, I have disconnected utilities and paid the associated fees to do so, I have transferred addresses, and I have lost out on opportunities to generate excess income on my property due to turned down opportunities on a business level.

My buyers of my home have moved out of their condo because they were able to find someone to rent their space for them to make this purchase. Their renter has since moved in, my buyers are now living in a motel on University Ave while all of their belongings are sitting in a storage unit generating cost. I can assume at this point that they have also accrued costs on moving expenses, time off, rent, and disconnected utilities.

The seller of the duplex that I was planning on purchasing, had allowed one of his tenants leases to expire as of Feb 1 so that I was able to move into that unit. Now this unit sits empty and the current owner of the duplex is loosing out on income and may need to find another tenant to make ends meet. The fact that he lives out of state complicates matter since he has to pay travel expenses and sacrifice over 10 hours of time for each round trip he makes back to the city to make this happen.

I can understand that that because of the state of the economy, that banks are being more cautious about who they lend money to. I am under the impression that the reason we all go thru bank required inspections and appraisals was to protect the bank from possible risky loans. What I don't understand is that how does a bank back out of a loan on the day before a scheduled closing even after all the inspections and appraisals all were verified by the bank itself in the first place? I also don't understand is that the banks got themselves into this risky loan situation in the first place. One thing that the banks were fortunate enough to experience is that the national Government bailed out your organizations and forgave your debt. As the voice of all the parties listed above, plus countless others affected by your pour decision making, who is going to help us out of all of our accrued debt? Who exactly are you trying to protect with your stringent policies?

I had tried to contact someone at US Bank directly to voice my frustration, but was passed around internally with in the 1800 telephone service until I was eventually hung up on. I plan on posting this email to my misc social network accounts to make other people aware of your new home lending policies.

I am also currently suffering from the stupidity of US Bank loan processors and underwriters. I was able to voice my frustration to the head of the loan department in California but found out he is more stupid than his staff and since I am not the only one complaining of their processes and strange/illegal requirement [such as: what was your motives to buy a new residence after only one year from buying your last residence? ... how come you take distribution from your IRA every year and not every month? ... What did you do with the distribution you took from your IRA? They ran my credit and then they turned around and asked me who ran your credit and why? ...etc.] ... such complaint from many customers are documented and out there for everyone to see. Finally, I have come to the conclusion that they have a leadership problem because the leadership are beating the drums and their crew is dancing to it. Also, I am waiting for a daring lawyer to take on US Bank and file a class action suit on behalf of everyone that is suffering from US Bank home mortgage procedures.

US Bank late fees

Over several months this year, I've been dinged twice for late fees. The first time, I thought it was a post office fluke. The second time I was suspicious, but I called support and they took care of it. The third time on the very next month, being careful to mail my bill ahead of time, I was angry that the bank was trying to extort fees by their own incompetence, or failure to reach out to the local post office to get them to address their speed of handling. Postal mail sent at the same time to U.S. Bank to other addresses reaches their locations well ahead of U.S. Bank's purported date of posting.

Now that my girlfriend is getting the same thing and she always mails it ahead of time, I'm pretty sure the the state attorney generals or FTC or Office of Thrift Supervision or whatever they are regulated by needs to step in.

U.S. Bank overdraft fees are Unconscionable. I was charged a 35.00 dollar overdraft fee for going over my account balance by 1.29. (this was not the first time) The major problem I have with this is that before I overdrafted I went to the US Bank website and on the website it showed I had enough money to cover the transaction. So I contact the bank and they tell me that it is my fault for relying on the website version of my account balance. There should be a class action suit filed against them just like Bank of America.

This is why I started doing my banking and bill paying online. I can set the payment date a couple days ahead of the due date and it's never late processing at the bank.

This happened to me before on a few occasions. After numerous phone calls trying to figure out why this was happening when it shouldn't I finally came to understand that their computer system would arrange transactions in a way that maximizes the odds of you having to pay 35 bucks to them. They seem to have quietly changed this at some point. If anyone cared to look into I think this would be obvious. Hey lawyers - This one is ripe for a big time lawsuit.

US Bank services

I found an unauthorized charge to my account and contacted costmer service, I was told there is no way of contacting or discovering where the charge came from and told me to look up and contact the company online and all questions were answered with the repeated verbaidim of How can I help you and I only give you the name of the company. I understand that they can only see the information on there screan that I see on mine, and still don't know if they can or did stop the charge, can I get a new card or how do I protect from this happening and how could this have happened. Instead I was told charges to the card had to have been authorized by me, I might be a fool but I am not an idiot someone can do something about this.

US Bank underwriter

After my husband (a retired, disabled vet) accepted a federal position in Birmingham, AL, we were very excited about the move and our new life. It took 3 months but we finally found the house we wanted. Having excellent credit (high 700's and 800's), no liabilities, we shopped and applied for a mortage loan with a wonderful rate of 4.25% and was assured there would be no problems. Everything went perfectly, a closing date was set for Dec 27th - that is until the underwriter with US Bank decided late in the day on Dec. 23rd to deny the loan, supposedly because he/she did not like the appraisal (mind you, the appraisal came in HIGHER than the contract amount). Of course, being before the holiday's, everyone was closed so nothing could get resolved. Needless to say, we did not close on the 27th, and the seller could not close on his new house, and I don't know how much further the effect trickled. After the holiday, the appraissor went back to the house and tried to explain to the underwriter how he arrived at his figures, but we were told by the loan processor that "she did not think the underwriter and the appraiser would agree regardless of what transpired" so it was useless to continue. So, we get to start all over with a new mortgage company, again paying processing fees, credit report fees, and a higher interest rate, etc. It is very obvious to everyone that because the rates went up, US Bank was not interested in funding at the locked in lower rate. We will be filing formal complaints with VA in hopes that they will be removed from their lendor list. My advice to everyone, find out who the underwriter is with on your mortgage loan and if it is US Bank, head the other way! It is just a waste of time and money dealing with them and I intend on making sure that everyone I can reach out to, knows it.

our loan was just denied after 3 months. We feel ripped off. We have credit scores in the 800's, been with our jobs for 20 yrs. Own two houses outright. This re-finance was for one of our rentals. We currently have us bank on this home and wanted to re-fi it at the raye od 4.75% vs. the 6.75% it is now. We were told upfront everything looked good. It was in limbo in processing for weeks, and there was no person to contact or talk to during this time. Last weekend we get a call that our debt to income ratio was too high. They then sent us an email stating our loan was denied. We are still in shock. What are they looking for in qualifying for a loan? How do they just drop the loan without talking to the applicant about possible ways to qualify. I will try to talk to whoever is over the mtg. loan dept. and let them know how we feel. I also will fight for my application fee of $500. I think they are scamming people for the application fee or they don't want to give these loans with low interests rates.

The bank is servicing the person who holds the account. By wring a check, the account holder is requesting that the bank pay the person on the check. Next time, don't pay to have the check cashed. Refuse to pay a fee, and return the check to the company who gave it to you telling them that their bank refused to make payment on the check. Inform them if it happens again, you'll be requesting a "return check" fee from them in addition to the cash owed. Let them call and deal with their bank; you are not the customer, they are.

US Bank us bank investments

Before considering us bancorp (us bank) for investments, watch out for exorbitant fees. since I have a checking and savings account with us bancorp (us bank), I decided in october 2009 to take out a roth ira with us bank investments.in october 2010, I found out there was a $40 annual fee for the ira account. I also have an ira with vanguard and their $20 annual fee is waived if one goes paperless. there is no such option with us bank investments. upon transferring my roth ira from us bank to vanguard, I just found out us bank charges a $75 transfer fee. within one month I was charged $115 in fees by us bank for an investment I lost more money on than any interest gained.in my opinion, us bank investments is one of the better examples these days of a “rip off”.

US Bank credit card and customer service

So, I have a credit card from US Bank, and I log in to make a minimum payment and see that my credit card balance is paid in full and my savings account balance is in negative. Still, trusting US bank customer service will help in correcting this system error that I had no clue of, customer service representatives were rude sarcastic and too cocky. I was shocked to be treated in such a way. I insisted to speak with their manager but wasn't transferred after 30 min of holding some guy named "Kent" came on line, I took his employee ID:[protected] .. he said he is the manager there. I explained him everything he was in hurry to get rid of my call and said he will take the necessary actions and will post on my account that this web error and wasn't from my side to get overdraft charges refunded. Now after spending so much time on the call I go to my bank and the manager at the savings bank says that there are no remarks about anything on the account. This process was repeated twice and all I have got is being pushed from one department to another. Don't trust US bank at all.. they do not care about you.. all they mean is money ... they have no respect for their customers..

I am confuSed how a credit card payment made your savings account negative. No wonder they wanted to get rid of your call. You are insane. Also, you dont get overdraft fees on a savings, therefore, there was nothing to reverse.

US Bank irregular activity

On July 29, 2010 I went to the ATM machine at US Bank in Greenfield to deposit $200 in cash. I fed my debit card in then keyed the amount to be deposited. I fed in the first $100 bill and then the machine stopped and asked me if I wanted to make another transaction. I had already keyed in the amount of $200. So in order to process the next $100 bill I keyed in $100 again. Then the machine recognized it as being $300 that I had deposited. The bank was closed so I called the bank the next day and explained the situation and they said no problem it would be taken care of. Shortly after that I received a letter postmarked August 6, 2010 saying US Bank is closing our account for irregular activity. Then I recieved a letter from ChexSystems saying I was in ChexSystems. I have tried over and over to explain the situation to many people at the bank. I have asked for the Branch mgr. and was turned over to the customer service mgr. who in turn turned me over to a personal banker. I have tried to get in contact with the President of US bank and can't seem to get anywhere with that. I have tried to open accounts with other banks but because US Bank put my husbank & I in ChexSystems we are unable to open an account with any bank. This incident was an honest mistake. I didn't know you couldn't feed cash into the ATM machine at US Bank, you can at Wells Fargo. Since my husband works out of state this has put a major burden on both of us emotionally and physically. I am a diabetic 44 years now and have had a kidney transplant and triple by-pass with two stents afterwards. My vision is poor and driving at night after work to acquire these money orders and try to read them has been quite difficult. I am unable to order my prescriptions on-line since I no longer have use of a debit card and cashing money orders mailed to me from my husband is like being treated as a 2nd class citizen. They want 2 forms of ID and if you only have a driver's license that won't work. We have been treated unfairly and this is unbelievable for us. We are both in our mid to late 50's and have never experience such abuse. Can you please help us?

US Bank freezing & closing w/no communication

Usbank froze my account with intention to close it without communication with me. I was completely unaware.

A check from a third party was deposited by me and not honored by the other bank. Usbank charged a fee for the returned check and charged overdraft fees for checks written against that money although we were well past the "hold" time.

My complaint is about freezing my account, not allowing electronic deposits to be completed and not honoring payments made for basic living expenses without any communication with me. I did not know any of this until I called looking for my electronic deposits. Then I was informed of the action they planned and that I would have to wait 2 more days for my funds. There is no excuse.

The claim the bank makes is that fraud is involved with the returned check I deposited. No explanation has been made as to how the bank came to this conclusion and is making its own customer responsible.

I had to call those to whom payment with a check or electronic payment was made and explain the entire situation.

US Bank vehicle lease-end charges

Us bank lease-end fraudulent fees for "excess wear and tear."
I leased a vehicle through a local volvo dealership, which set up the financing through us bank. I made all payments on time for four years without incidence, but ran into a problem at lease end concerning us bank's unilateral determination of "excess wear and tear" to the vehicle. Simply put, us bank asserts that it alone (through its inspector) determines what constitutes "excess wear and tear" and that the lessee cannot challenge that assessment. The lease language defines "excess wear and tear" as any scratch, ding, windshield nick, etc., suggesting that any mark on the vehicle after four years of use is “excess” and not ordinary. The lease also fails to point out that us bank interprets the lease to give itself the unilateral power to determine when such exists and how much they can charge for repairs.in my case, us bank sent out an inspector (datascan), who documented every minuscule scratch or ding, categorized some as "normal" and others as "excess" and applied a cost to those in the "excess" category. When I lodged my objection to the assessment, us bank advised that the lease did not allow me to object and demanded payment or have my credit damaged. I refused to comply and they did, in fact, turn it over to collections and reported to the credit agencies that I failed to make payments on the lease. My credit has this been damaged and I am being pursued by their credit department.
I meticulously documented the condition of my vehicle before turn-in and requested an inspection by the local dealer who accepted the vehicle at lease-end. I provided both the complete documentation and the name of the individual from the dealer who performed the inspection (he determined no "excess wear and tear" to be present) to us bank, but they ignored both. On the former, they advised that they would stand on the documentation of their inspector (all photos taken within one inch of the vehicle surface, no scratches larger than ¼”) rather than consider the complete and accurate documentation that I provided. On the dealer inspection, they advised that they had no obligation to discuss the assessment with the dealer and, in fact, cited to a clause in the lease that specifically denied the admissibility of any outside inspector’s opinion — apparently, even that of their own dealer client accepting the vehicle on their behalf.in short, us bank has set up a situation that is patently unfair that offers no recourse to the lessee other than litigation.in essence, they have said if I don’t like it, it’s just too bad.
As I felt the problem stemmed from unfair practices on the part of us bank, I lodged a complaint with the arizona attorney general's office, which simply forwarded my complaint to us bank and requested a response. Us bank, in turn, responded by saying that I refused to pay for repairs to “excess wear and tear, ” but ignored the fundamental issue of fairness and failed to advise that I was denied any opportunity to object to their unilateral assessment. Unfortunately, the attorney general's office declined to take up the matter on my behalf and advised that I seek counsel.
As the issue is one that is universal to anyone who leases from us bank, I feel that it would be best to pursue action against us bank as part of a class, rather than as an individual.in a quick research on the web, I found numerous complaints from others who have had the exact same problem with us bank at vehicle lease-end (google “us bank vehicle lease dispute” or similar query). I have leased numerous vehicles prior to this one and have never had a problem with any other lessor.in my opinion, us bank is using the power of their position and their ability to damage one’s credit to bully borrowers into making substantial additional lease-end payments. There is no question that this is a widespread practice that is fraudulent, unfair, and nets us bank many millions of dollars each year in undue profits. While I first and foremost want the matter over, I would like to see us bank held accountable for their actions. Many others have been forced to pay or be harassed. I want to put a stop to it.
If there are any attorneys who would like to learn more about the issue in order to consider taking up the matter, or if others reading this have had a similar experience with us bank, please contact me at [protected]@mac.com. As an individual, we are limited in our actions against a banking behemoth; together, we can stand strong and bring accountability and fairness to past and future lessees who find themselves in the unfortunate position of having signed a vehicle lease with us bank.

I will never do business with US Bank again. I had the same problem that so many others have had. I leased a GMC Acadia through US Bank. There were some minor scratches here and there. Nothing that could not have been buffed out. The final bill arrived...$1626. I called to dispute the charges. I spoke to a nice young man and was able to knock about $600 off because the inspection report did not include photos of the "dents" that were listed on the report. In my past experience with leases (between my wife and me, 10 vehicles over the past 15 years) I have never paid more than $90 and that was for "uneven" wear on the tires. I had a Chrysler lease through Ally Bank and turned it in with an good sized dent on one of the quarter panels. I knew I would be charged and was prepared to bite the bullet and pay for the damages. They charged me $45.00 for labor! Obviously they were just going to pull the dent out. The inspector sensed that I was surprised at how low the charge was and told me they just want the car repaired and do not look to profit from excess wear and tear.Never ever ever will I do business with US Bank again.

I had Excess wear and tear insurance ( 650 dollars) that the dealer suggested I get. It payed 150 dollars and rest of the charges are not included.

A tire warning light ( they didnt inspect the car for 2 weeks )and it sat in sub zero temperatures costs 250 dollars ( fill it with air. it was LOW MILES)

i sent the car in 5000, below my limit. It was prisctine.

My question. US BANK closed the account on my credit reports saying paid. However 2 months later i get the bills ( because they sent to an old address) Meanwhile I get my statements ok for 3 years.
If they cleared my credit report can they still come after me for this bs Tire AIR charge.

I leased a GMC Acadia that I recently turned in. I received a bill from US Bank for "Excess Wear and Tear" for $1, 521.29. The "excess wear and tear" is the worn out tires and some scratches on the wheel. Took good care of the car and turned it in below the mileage yet they still charged me $1, 521.29 . In addition the GMC dealer informed my that the car is not re-sold at the dealer and is sent for auction. The car is sent to auction so US Bank is just trying to screw customers for more $$$ Never again will a lease or buy a GMC or US Bank.

The writer above is correct and I will not buy another Volvo financed by US Bank. US Bank is taking advantage. They have defined excess wear and tear to exclude "normal". Virtually everything is excess wear and tear. They hide behind their own "guidelines" that ridiculously in their favor and aren't transparent. The charges are determined by sending out a third party inspector (datascan) with these guidelines. So for a 48K car, the inspector documented a mismatch tire and minor scratches which amounted to $638.00. OK I didn't read the fine print on the tire but the scratches were crazy. What really hurts is how honest I was in taking good care or the car only to feel hosed with no recourse. I will never do business again with US Bank.

leased a car for 36 months from US Bank. No issues, no problems. Perhaps you had other issues?
You could have had the car reinpected after any issues were resolved as US Bank will do this at no charge to you. Or you could have traded the vehicle in and purchased / leased another and then you would have had ZERO charges, period. Used Volvo are doing well over residual value and have been for some time now at auction. I am sure your dealer knows this. so unless your car was a "roach" with high miles, you couild have made money. My guess is you beat the crap out of it and then were shocked when you were called to account.

US Bank awful service

after opening a checking and savings account to secure a trust fund account wire deposit in the amount of $250, ooo per account i was treated with nothing but disrespect & with the rudest bank staff you could fathom . my account is currently in the red due to the errors of your banking staff including the branch manager! my position at this time is to contact my private attny as well as to keep my account the way it stands until such time as it is corrected by the branch by removing the inappropriate penalty fees on my account by fault of the bank as well as repremands to your brannch manager as well as the staff ! only then will i revisit doing business with u.s bank and absolutely no time before !

US Bank excessive wear and tear charges

U.S. Bank Lease obtained on 2007 Porsche Carrera. At end of lease period, lease inspection revealed $746 in "excess wear and tear" charges. These included some scratches along the rims, and scratches on the underside of the car, barely visible stone chip on the windshield, etc. I have had similar, what I consider normal wear and tear on previous BMW's at lease end. BMW Financial Services did NOT nickel and dime (and quarter and dollar) me at the end of the lease, even when I was returning a BMW without leasing another BMW (giving them no incentive not to nickel and dime me). Of note, the Porsche was returned with 6000 miles less than the 36, 000 mile lease allowed. Of course, there never is any credit for coming in under mileage, but perhaps U.S. Bank shouldn't nickel and dime the customer so much.
My recommendation is that if you are going to lease a vehicle, think twice (or ten times) before using U.S. Bank.
I do not know if this is as much a complaint against US Bank, as a recommendation to lease a BMW through BMW financial services. Although my Porsche was nice, my BMW's have also been great and the leasing through BMW FS has been much more straightforward and honest, especially at the end of the lease.

US Bank rip off on lease termination repair costs

U.S. Bank is definitely ripping off the lease holders. They claimed my windshield had to be repaired or they would charge me for a new windshield. I took the car to the best auto glass shop in town as well as the Nissan dealer. Both could not find any damage and said there was no damage or need to repair or replace it. Nissan forced me to buy a new windshield. They also said it has chips in the paint on the front of the car - is this not "normal wear and tear?). The dealer said they had never seen such a picky leasing company in all their years. I spent about $300 to fix that "excess wear and tear." A good lawyer should initiate a class action lawsuit against U. S. Bank as I'm sure there would be a lot of people with excellent evidence of unjustified charges.

Better check out your lease contract as there is most likely a "non-class action" note in the small letters at the end the contract.

US Bank fraudulent check

I received in the mail today a letter stating that I won a lottery for $65, 000 US dollars and enclosed was a check for $3, 985.00 which I am asked to called a Mr. Bryan Scott at the above number to verify my information and to tell me where to send $2, 850 from the check to pay for taxes on my winnings. I am angry and discussed with these people. On last Friday, September 10, I received a similar letter and check for $4, 800 and the winnings I am suppose to receive by carrier in the amount of $450, 000. I am glad that I do pray and seek God in all matters of my life and sense that something was not right. I research on the internet on this morning and discovered that these scammers are using real company's name and bank names with routing numbers and looking authentic. How can we stop them? I want to put them under the jail and let them rot for what they are doing to people.

US Bank safety deposit box "policy"

I had opened a small savings account to secure a more favorable price for safety deposit box rental. Probably should mention that I also had a checking account at this bank for approximately 30 years. Great bank when it was local but after a mind numbing rush of name changes it had devolved to US Bank. And, it was right around that time that the turnover of bank employees started to see a significant increase. And, today, it's probably not at light speed but it seems to be getting closer ... Not without reason I'm sure!

So, I finally figured that it was finally time to deal with a truly local bank. Did so, set up a savings account, got a lock box (considerably lower rate) and transferred my savings to the new bank. MINUS, however, the $55 box rental that was deducted from my account LESS THAN 24 hours before canceling the account. Upon asking about a refund I found there to be no one in the bank that could make a $55 decision. Got a call about two hours later and was told "It's not our policy" to make a refund and there was nothing that could be done about it.

Bottom line? I got down on my knees and gave thanks that I don't have to work for a company like that!

US Bank dishonest

Never have I seen such poor customer service and mismanagement! USBank, unfortunately, holds the lease to some restaurant equipment we leased a few years ago.

This past spring, my husband and I decided to pay off the lease and be rid of this shady company. It is now September, and because they have so grossly underserved us and mismanaged our account, we are STILL trying to get them out of our lives!

At various times, they have refused to give us information about our account, refused to show where Property & Sales Taxes have been paid, refused to even communicate with me.

From what I have been able to glean, they have:
(1) Used the wrong address for our business.
(2) Overcharged us for Property Taxes.
(3) Refused to send statements to our accountant for the property taxes we paid!
(4) GROSSLY overcharged us for Sales Taxes.
(5) No concept of what TAX-EXEMPT means.
(6) Sent Property & Sales taxes to the WRONG CITY & COUNTY!
(7) Told me they would "only speak to my attorney."

Gee. I thought I was the one who would decide when to enlist an attorney. What's so horrible about transparency? uh. Unless you have something to hide?

One would think that if you are in the leasing business to small businesses, you would be knowledgeable about what equipment is tax-exempt and what equipment is taxable to the business. Oh. And you would know the difference between being tax-exempt and paying sales tax on sold goods.

If it's not too late, avoid them at all costs.

US Bank - fraud department, customer service (corporate), customer service (branch)

Someone attempted to withdraw funds from my usbank checking account over three months ago. I have contacted the branch manager at the gilbert location, the fraud department, the branch manager's boss, the branch manager's boss' boss... And I am still unable to withdraw money from my account, nor am I able to cash a check! In the first 2 weeks, as I wa...

US Bank refusal to work with customer regarding credit card payments

I have been going thru a difficult time since losing my roommate and have been trying to get US Bank to work with me for a couple of months to lower my credit card payment from $225.00 t $175.00. They refuse and won't even let me speak with a manager. They will not give me a manager's name or telephone number. I have paid (on time) on this account for approximately 25 years. I could have declared bankruptcy and not paid the debt at all but have refused to do that. I am sure they want me to be late on my payments so they can increase my interest rate. The CEO states that "Throughout its history, U.S. Bancorp has operated with a tradition of uncompromising honesty and integrity." That is difficult for me to believe.

US Bank problems

I have tried unsuccessfully since July 23, 2010 to resolve a very simple matter to obtain a lien release from US Bank, corporate office in Wisconsin.

When Other financial institutions share their disdain with working with this bank and after reading numerous customer complaints about the customer service and loan departments, I am not surprised that I had the experience I had.

It seems that many people don't know how to escalate their problem to the upper management of US bank.

I would like to share this information that is public knowledge for those frustrated by the lack of common courtesy and integrity that seems pervasive in these departments when asked "who is the president of the bank and how can he be reached." There is one obvious solution. Take our business elsewhere.
