WE hired Ureno Design Group, LLC. They agreed to make some changes in our house and we paid them deposit. They came and told that they would buy some additional materials and tools. They came again on the next day and started to work. But after that we haven’t seen them, but they left the mess and the job hasn’t been finished. We called them, but no response. Awful! Don;t be scammed by Susano Ureno he will promise you the world and not deliver, he is not a licensed contractor.

People go based on what the public says don't ever trust a company do your homework, there are Dozens of complaints against this company why is that? I would not trust them after seeing all these complaints online, there are so many other good companies with no complaints.
This company is a sham i go to find out the LLC is a house not an actual company, I agree they are a scam!

I beleave people target companies for a reason that being said Ureno Design Group must have scammed 1 or more individuals and off course they will not admit to doing so. All I can say is listen to the public they are always right, think about it why so many complaints about this company. Be careful before handing over your money don't get fooled.

We found Ureno Design Group online and discovered that there were many complaints in regards to taking money from consumers, after this we had doubts about our project being completed by Ureno Design Group. We contacted our contractor Susano Ureno in regards to these complaints and all he said don't worry these are fake complaints, we felt a little skeptical about this company due to these horror stories mentioned on this board along with the BBB complaints, we then requested our money back. Mr. Ureno then became aggressive and threaten to demolish what he had done, please report these scums, go to the State Contracting License Department and report them they have no contracting license.
I was about to contract Ureno Design Group & Mr.Ureno to design my kitchen after reviewing these posts I feel like God saved me from handing any money to Mr. Susano. I am a big beleaver in Karma you do bad and bad will come. Thank you Complaints Board for helping people like myself not to get swindled by scam artist like Susano Ureno and Ureno Design Group.
The master mind to this operation is Susano Ureno from Ureno Design Group spread the word on this individual he has NO Contract Licence and is not Bonded or Insured be very careful do your homework on this company before handing over a penny...
I agree to this complaint my neighbor did some roof repair with UDG and simply took there money and did nothing, so sad to hear that consumers get taken advantage by such heartless criminals...
Be careful people these scammers are doing this all through southern California, they are unlicensed report them...
