I am truly disgusted with the service I have received from this "upscale" furniture shop. I ordered an ottoman and a leaning ladder bookshelf on 28DEC, they said it would take 4-6 weeks for the ottaman to arrive and it is now over 6 months later and I still have not received it.
To top it off i have received the worst customer service I have ever received from many staff there, but in particular from 3 of the Store Managers and the "Customer Service Rep". I have left messages at the store with no response, sent emails with no response, gone into the store to be told they would contact the supplier to see what is going on and again there was no follow up call which makes me think they just did not do it.
I am lost as to what to do next .. any suggestions? As the managers are unprofessional and do not provide any customer service, I really want to speak to someone further up the totem poll, but cannot seem to find out who that would be. If anyone knows, please let me know.
