I brought a purse on August 29

I brought a purse on August 29, 2017. Never received merchandise and the vendor will not return messages. AVOID... AVOID ...AVOID (TOPLUXURYBAGS) OR [protected]@GMAIL... Irene Wong (Bank Wong) is a thief! Will not return emails.

Their shipping tracking number is fake! Buyer beware! Will not refund me. They stole $130.99 USD... Scam!

Storenvy did not receive order

I order two items on October 14 for my grand daughter, both items should have been here by now. I have emailed each seller twice and got no response. I even got the telephone number for Baby Fashion Company. I called and asked the woman if she could answer questions about Baby Fashion Company through Storenvy and she said maybe but would have to call me back which she did not.

I would like my money refunded or the product. I would also like an email letting me know the resolution of this incident.

Storenvy scammers

So many extra actions caused by this shady company.
I receive a wrong size dress. Naturally, I wasn't going to keep it to myself, so I contacted the company to let them know I want to return this crap.
They said ok, return it. I did. Moreover, I shipped it at my expense and it was never refunded.
But the most ridiculous thing is that they blamed me for wearing this dress before shipping. What? How could this happen if it was too small to even put it on? Of course, they didn't refund anything. Very convenient, scammers!

Storenvy Never shop here

Stay away and shop elsewhere. Don't send your money on their items and service. You won't get anything but a headache.
They sent my dress in a different color and with the poorest quality in the world. Counting that it was a bridesmaid one, I couldn't wear it. I would be too embarrassed.
Unfortunately, they are very sneaky and won't refund me anything. The made up very tricky policies where the customer is always wrong. It's all about our money and nothing about their good service.

Storenvy jordan retro 12 sneakers

I purchased a pair of Air Jordan Retro 12 sneakers in July. Received in early August. Sneakers were not worn until end of August (school start). The "gold" rivet has come off on top of sneaker. This is not acceptable. It can not be "fixed". There is no way to put back in . I am not happy about this. The sneakers are practically brand new. Also want to know why the sneaker SKU numbers do not match up from sneaker and box? Did I get knock-off sneakers?
I would appreciate a response and have something done about the sneakers. I do have a picture of box and sneaker if that is needed.

Storenvy No order and no response from customer support

I have ordered some jewelry from Storenvy about two months ago and have yet to receive my order.
First thing that seemed strange was that they never gave me a tracking number and even after I asked them to send me one they did not do that. When I emailed them about my order they said that they need some time to find out what was going on, but I never heard anything back! They stopped replying to my messages and did not provide any information.
Then I found all the reviews online and was shocked! This is truly a scam! Do not order anything from this site! I already gave up and it seems that I'll never receive my stuff but I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about Storenvy!

Storenvy My order is in process for two months!!!

I made an order back in February and I was supposed to received it a long time ago, but still nothing. When I went to Storenvy website and checked the status of my order it said that it wasn't shipped yet! It is now April and my order is still processing! I can understand anything, late delivery, slow shipping, but how is it possible that order is in process for two months? Tried to contact customer care but they ignored me. I guess they decided to keep my money.

Storenvy It was terrible.

Storenvy is a terrible company! I purchased a gift for my wife back in October and yet received nothing! I sent them numerous emails, but heard nothing from them. I want to know where my order is, but they ignore my messages! I even called them many times and left voice mails, but no one called me back! What is wrong with them? All I want is my order or my money back! ! To bad there are so many people in this world that want to do nothing. I doubt that this store is actually real, because it seems to me that it is fake! I'm very sad and disgusted with this company! They ruined my surprise, took my money and continue to ignore me! I hate Storenvy!

Storenvy Scammmmm!

Like the saying goes "too good to be true". Thats exactly right. This girls is ridiculous. She is a pro @ scamming though, let me tell you. I placed 2 orders with her back to back. Never got confirmation email but i still thought I'd get my items. Days passed & nothing. We placed the order through my fiancé paypal just because if it was a scam it would be easier to get the money back. My fiancé grew inpatient so he emailed her to get status & sure enough she blocked him from instagram. I emailed her too- no reply. Thats when we realized he had to get the money back. He placed a claim with paypal & a couple days after i messaged her through instagram to ask what was going on- she told me someone placed a claim so my shipment was placed on hold. I left it at that. The next day she said to call her she had my tracking #. My fiancé had received email so i told her we had it already & she said ok but can you cancel the dispute with paypal. Of course, I believed her so i had my fiancé close down the claim. I was supposed to receive my shipments the next day but we realized the "package" was not moving. Called post office- she BOUGHT THE TRACKING NUMBER BUT DID NOT PLACE ANY ITEMS. Do not think that with you having a tracking number that means she will give you the merchandise. Now, we cannot open claim through paypal again so i am in the process of taking this lady to court. I will be getting my money back from the bank, but someone needs to sue her ###.

Storenvy Never received my order

I ordered almost 3 months ago I keep asking for my items and she doesn't reply I even called and ask if I could pick up and when I did she said I could so I went and when I got there she said she never said I could pick up so she didn't have my items so I could either pick up the next day or wait that week and she would deliever it so I said I would pick up the next day and she closed that day and I never received my order that week either . Every time I ask her in Instagram about my order she deletes the comments and now she blocked me I ask for a refund and never got it

Business owner is a rude woman w/ excuses From what I've read && seen on her Instagram all of it is true . She does block people && delete comments she doesn't like or when they're about orders . Not to mention she comes off super rude. I placed two orders through her website about a month ago. Both which I PAID $2 for two day shipping . So where's my order ? Have no idea . I've contacted her several times asking about my order . Every time she asks "what's your name?" She told me she would deliver the next day. Never got my order . I kept texting her I could pick up . Then she told me a day &&a time && when the day came I asked for address to pick up && no response as expected. Then the next day I texted her && she said she would be delivering after 4. So I waited at home . Never came, no show . I cannot believe the amount of time it has taken to get my orders . Just because it is cheap does not mean she can take her sweet ### time shipping out things . Yeah we get it you have a life && a child to take care of but If you cannot act professionally nor make good on your words then DONT be running a "business" . Simple as that . && if I don't receive my orders writhing this week I will be getting a refund . Whatever it takes . Even if I have to file for a lawsuit . This is fraud .

I've ordered a few items and apparently the area live in " they don't dk deliveries" which they never mentioned. They said I had to pick up. Every time Id ask if my order was ready they ignore me. Every message or call I would get they'd ignore me after one reply they'd say which was always " what's your name". They're slow w/ deliveries or sometimes you won't even get them at all. I continue to get ignored & still haven't received my items or money .

Storenvy My items NEVER delivered.

I ordered two items from her store. She followed me on Instagram and I followed back and I went online to go look at the items she was selling. Well I ended up putting all my credit information and it said it never went through BUT my bank acct. sent me a text saying they took money out. Well I've messaged her and she just keeps reading them. I am beyond angry at how she stole my money and I'm not even getting the items I PAID FOR.

Storenvy Money Refund

I ordered 2 items from this boutique that followed ME on Instagram. I only received 1 of my items. I have contacted the owner and she has failed to respond. I finally contacted her via Instagram through a direct message. She also did NOT respond in regards to my order. Then she deleted me and blocked me from her Instagram profile. Thus, she has now stolen money from me since she failed to give me a refund for items that I have already pain for

Storenvy Untouched boutique

I order off this website twice! I contacted her about my order and all she would respond is what's your name! And then I finally left a comment on her picture telling Her I have not received my order and she blocked me off Instagram! I ordered on April 3rd and April 15th and have yet to receive my order! Beware! Lots of shady people!

Storenvy Never received my order no tracking information. Horrible customer service.

As shown in the attachment. I attempted to get ahold of these people various times on Instagram. I finally spoke with her last Saturday (3 weeks after I placed my order) I never received a tracking number or shippong confirmation. When I called last Saturday she told me and I quote "You're not the only one" and said she would ship it that day. I called today and she told me I would get it Monday or Tuesday. Then she blocked me off of her Instagram.

Said orders would be delivered Saturday haven't got anything i text her and comment on her instagram page and she deleted my comments also blocked me from her page. I payed for my orders and this is pretty much stealing.

This company is obviously a fraud. How can they be selling clothing items for dirt cheap. Unless these items are donated to them there is no way a pair of Levi shorts can be $1.00. Cute shoes for $10.00 or under. Her photos on the website are not her's. she is stealing someone photos and promising that she herself will deliver an items that cost $5. With gas prices now a days who can afford to deliver to their clients? I am in the whole sell business. I but products from China at dirst cheap. Never will i turn around and sell an item at whole sales price. With shipment i have to sell my items at least 5x what its worth so i can profit off the item. Be aware she is selling items at $1/$2/$10+ so it doesnt look like she is committing a fraud.

Never received my order called and she asked me to pick up said i couldn't cuz I live far and she never responded to my texts either in regards to my order. when i went to look she had blocked me on instagram when i made a complaint there never heard anything from her after it's been a month. This girl definitely has NO idea on how to run a business.

its been 3 months since i ordered somthing from her i tried to be understanding i know she's busy and all but this is ridiculous ! I've texted her over 20 times I've offered to pick up my order myself and she always gave me the run around that she was sold out, she wasn't in the area, or that she was waiting for shipment. I've also been trying to contact her through instagram and just today i asked her for a refund, i told her to forget about the items i no longer wanted them i just wanted my money back and she had the nerve to delete and block me ! her clothing is cheap so i didn't spend to much but thats not the point, the point is that theres people out here like me with REAL jobs who work hard for our money while she's here making hers from scamming innocent costumers. I've never met someone so unorganized and unprofessional, i will be getting my refund from her one way or another.

I am about to file small claims. Its been since April and there has been empty promises of a free 20 dollar gift for the inconvenience. Scam, steals money, gets pissed that people call her a scam, yet still no order, so I am going to go with scam.

I will never order from this boutique again. I ordered online with a friend and we never got any info about our order. She blocked my friend for questioning her so I tried a better approach and even suggested I pick up the order from her store, even sent her a receipt when she asked but never recieved an answer. I advice that anyone who hasn't got a reply, has been blocked or ignored dispute the charge with their bank. I was Truly unsatisfied with their customer service.

They steal your money. Don't ship orders. Are rude. Block customers when questioned. Don't reply. Cuss customers out. She only refunded my money (1 month after order placed) because I threatened with a law suit.

I had been attempting to get a hold of them because it's already June and I haven't not received an order that I placed in April. It's ridiculous to have to wait so long for an order, but what is more ridiculous is their customer service. I have tried getting a hold of them so I can know when and if I will ever be receiving my order. I had direct messages them through Instagram asking about my order and they never answered back. Therefore, I then texted the number that is posted on the page, 626.689.3553, as soon as I texted them they called me instead of replying and asked if I could send them a screen shot of my receipt, so I did. I waited for their reply, and obviously: nothing. So I proceeded by going to the actual location and although she had posted that they would close by 530pm, they were closed before considering I was there at 430pm and the store was closed. Regardless of all my attempts of getting a hold of them, I never received a reply. So when they posted on Instagram that they were receiving negative feedback, I commented. And as expected my comment was deleted and I was blocked.
I do NOT believe this so called "boutique" should remain open. They do NOT meet the standards of a business. When I pay for something I expect to actually recieve the product. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. If they had better communication with their customers and actually delivered the orders that are placed, maybe then they would not recieve negative feedback. Why promise what they cannot deliver?

Storenvy Seller hasn't provided order and told some ### about order

I bought two T-shirts from the company www.storenvy.com. People, stay away from this website. I placed the order and waited for the confirmation info, but this jerk hasn’t provided it. No info, no delivery as well as the seller replied to my emails and told me some ###. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Storenvy No confirmation info

I ordered T-shirt and some other things from the company www.storenvy.com. It was really bad experience. I paid through PayPal and the payment was clear. As well as everything looked legitimate. After that I got the confirmation email from the seller and the tracking number. I waited 4 weeks, but my order never arrived. Also the seller provided fake tracking number and didn’t reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Storenvy They cancelled order, but didn't return money back

I ordered some stuff from www.storenvy.com. It was gift for my sister, and after I placed the order I haven’t heard from the seller, therefore I started to send emails and messages through the website. But this ### only cancelled my order and that’s all. He never returned my money and never replied to my emails. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I have no idea how this place received my debit card information, because I'm the only one with the information. An $80 dress was ordered according to my email and statement. It has no customer service number.
