I paid by credit card for their web services on 12/05/2008. A few days later I decided I didn't want their services and asked for a refund via their contact screen on their website. Their response (by a person named Samantha Davis) was to send me instructions on software installation. Two more attempts to contact them brought the same response, completely ignoring my refund request. Their advertising indicates customers can expect 100% satisfaction and simple cancellation. Apparently, that claim is 100% false.
