Universal Practice Builder / Missleading Refund Guarantee
I bought the Universal Accounting Marketing Package: Universal Practice Builder in July 2011.
After 1.5 years I didn't make the extra $30000/year they promised that everybody will be able to make.
I wanted to get a refund and they send me a long list with the activities I have to prove that I've done.
Out of this list the only things I missed was: Holding seminars and Press releases.
When I bought the training materials nobody mentioned about any of these requirements and activities you'll need to go through.
The contract I signed was very specific: "Universal's Iron-Clad UPB Guarantee: If after following the steps of the Universal Practice Builder for 12 months, you do not have an increase of more than $30000 in annualized billings, simply return all materials to the Universal Accounting for a 100% refund of any monies paid".
Reality is that they will find any reason not to refund your money.
Think twice before spending with Universal Accounting.
