Universal migrate has really treated me bad, they collected my money and failed to give the service they promised. They refuse to proceed with my application because of bad excuse after collecting full payment of £1425, without any refund, in fact, presently their phone numbers are out of service at the moment. I have no financial strength to hire a solicitor but I will use all available free legal means and I believe they will not go unpunished.
Immigration
I found this company online contacted them about worked permit to Canada.Instead the guy(Harr) convinced me to go for Permanent residence.I agreed and he told me their fee is £1440+20%Vat giving me £1680 to pay just for their service alone.Every other expense was to be born by myself.I was desperate and accepted.
They requested I sign a contract with an initial deposit of £450 to commence my application.I paid the said sum and signed the contract.Two days later, after reading reviews I had mix feelings and after going through their emails and the contact again.I called Harry and He started threatening to take me to court, saying that I have to pay their balance whether I proceed or not and that as an international student I will get deported if I should be taken to court .I didn't want to say anything at that moment, so I played along and asked him to proceed, while I did a little digging on them legally and technically.Technically, what I found out was shucking.
Universal migrate is a scam.And I will have to contact them to take me to court and lets analysis the situation and see what happens.
Visa Service
Please avoid this company at all cost, they a not a trustworthy company. They have cheated me for my money and lied to me about my eligibility for a visa. They trap you with a contract and will not issue any refund. They will ignore/block all your calls and not respond to emails either. I am convinced that these people are cons and I have reported this company to the trading standards.
I hope these guys burn for what they are doing. CONTACT ME ON MY EMAIL and tell me where they live.

Canada Visa
They are not providing service, they just take money. The advisor I speak to is Peter and say I qualify for Canada express visa because I have chef experience and he say if i start i can get visa for full residency in 9 months and is guaranteed, but when they keep ignoring my call after starting my application I was suspicious and call other company and they all say different and that I have to go Canada first and do skills test and I need to give ielts but Peter didn't say I have to do ielts because I have problem with home office and cant do ielts without passport, I will take them to court I am speaking to my solicitor now. I paid £300 for nothing and they still expect me to pay second payment even when they keep ignoring my calls even with private number they can see it on screen somehow, I use my friend number and they pick up and hang up when they know its me. I cant even go to thier office because they have security and you need appointment. Big scammers they are.

They are two pakistani who are taking money from people and doing fraud. I have made a complaint to Company house and they will be procecuited as they have taken money from my account and have saved the details of my debit card aswell. They are totally fraud and they are black dot on pakistani. Hope this email will hep you guys, don't pay them for immigrstion help as they are not authorised for this aswell. Harry and AJ are ### taking money from innocent people. I will show them the power of common Man soon.

Dear Universal Migrate "IT" team LOL, what? A one man IT team based in some small village in Pakistan. Firstly no website will give you information on who wrote the review specially Complaints Board, secondly I am a customer who you have scammed off £1200 by lying to me. Just by copying some random company's "who is" data doesn't prove anything. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING AND HAVE FOUND OUT THAT YOU ARE A 2 man company and your owner is some immigrant himself who is not even qualified upto school level leave alone in immigration. His name is Syed Ahsan Ali Shah who cannot even speak English. I will make sure this conman doesn't scam anymore people
