Called this company on phone and told them my problem with my air conditioner.Besides them having deceptive advertising in which in large print says no charge for service call, it also has in very fine print "if they do the work", they never explained anything about a service call charge on the telephone, and the service man never mentioned it before coming, but after telling me the price for fixing the problem they also said if I said NO, they would have to charge me for a service call.If you say NO to the fixing and No to the service charge, then you are threatened with a lien on your home.It seems like a regular practice after talking to the service man and I'm just one to file a complaint with the BBB but that was a waist of time.
