Universal Debt Management Pte Ltd review: Cheating & breached contract 15

Dear Public,

Please do not engage Universal Debt Management Pte Ltd. John Myron Nalpon for debt collecting services. He will ask for deposit but he will not do anything and yet he will not refund the deposit he collected. He will give all false promises. Please be aware of this John Nalpon who will eventually cheat us.

If you are taking risk on paying the deposit, you will not get back the principal amount and the deposit. You will have to just forget it like throwing your money in the dust bin. John Nalpon is a dust bin.

John Myron Nalpon is really a cheater who always gave empty promises. Last Year we use his services to recover some bad debts to our company. That time he used the company named "THINC AVENUE DEBT RECOVERY SERVICES". We pay him for administration fee and fees payable to a lawyer, he gave us a receipt indicating full refund returned if no collection. On the deadline that he gave to us we contacted him again to find out what's the progress, but he has so many excuses. He keep on giving promises that he will meet us and refund the money but until now no more show and he always avoided our messages.

Why he still exist cheating till now.

Failed to contact about his findings. And his staff are supportive of him.
A cheat and lier.

John Nalpon of udm is a cheat. I met him at buangkok mrt on 9 aug 2008. Since then hes always lost. There were no assurances. No updates. Blind promises and lies. Hea a lier. And the staff of UDM are also not helpful.
When i aign an agreement with him, he sid not give me a copy.
But he allowed me to take his picture. So now how to complain against him and hope me case be heard.
Can I file a police report?

Yes, John Nalpon is a real crooks and don't keep his promises. He is will not answer or callback as he marked your contact, using another number will trap him & he will excuses that he is having meeting & promised to callback but did not. He will inform you that he very busy but just taking public transport.
Even CASE can let him off with all his empty promises and letting this pest to continue cheating. He tainted our trustworthy nation and reputation. He is worst than the handphone shop case in Sim Lim Square. I will take effort to ensure the authorities will nail him down.
I was surprised that they are Acra certified. He had wasted much of my time & his grace period is over. Whoever been cheated, please forward to me & I will consolidate altogether for legal proceedings. We must ensure these dogs must be caged to prevent more damages to society.
He played with his 2 registered company, I was cheated under Universal Debt Management. I did a search with his resident address.
For those in the same businesses like him, you should also reported him to authority. Getting this pest in your industry will affect badly on your business by the public. Words from those experiences from those cheated by John Nalpon will be bad for your business.
I hope his neighbors is aware his profession and he is not ashamed of it. I may consider to post the company search detail with his resident address. For those who are cheated, please stand up to ensure this creature is been properly caged.
I am amazed how his neighbors & his family can keep living with it?

He is a really pest to society & must nail him down. Don't waste too much time with him as none of his word is trustworthy.

He promise to collect my debts after paying him and would refund if he couldn't by March. Paid his fee then later ask Lawyers letter monies. It's May now and no monies collected from him. I've not even seen the lawyers letter. Took $1000 borrowed loan to pay immediately but gave many excuses...I need to report him...?

Since he break up his promises and committments several times, I went to complain against him at Subordinate courts of Singapore. But he breaked up two appointments with the lawyer at the courts (never appeared at court or neither replied his absence). Is this way to respect the court order by John? Is this his professionalism. After seeing this URL, he agreed to refund my money as he scared it may affect his business and he is asking me to remove the URL. Why should I bear the removal expenses when he breaks the promises and committments. He suppose to remove the URL by himself and pay to the URL removal company by himself. Becasue of his mistakes, I posted online as he did not follow his committments. In the interest of public I posted these comments. So every time he breaks up the promises and committments.
When he is operating the business, he should be genuine, polite & follow his committments as promised to customers. If not he has to face these complaints online which is deserved for him. It will continue if he disobeys the business ethics...

As a client it's your responsibility to check on any debt collection agency before you engage them.Firstly debt collection job is not as easy as what you are thinking.
It requires loads of plans and strategies before starting with the negotiation with the debtor.So be patient and hope for the best results.You have the rights to ask as much questions as you wish in this debt collection method.Everything should be done accordingly by the law.Not all debt collection agencies do fraud.Debt collection agencies earn commission base on the collected amount not from the admin fee.You should have checked with other debt collection agencies before engaging one to act on your behalf to collect back the debt.

There are many people out there has been cheated by Universal Debt Management. It is a true scam! They collected the money and did not revert with any findings. They promise many times for refund but did not keep up with the many promises.

John Nalpon called me and agreed to refund fully before 05th Aug 2014. Based on hispromise and I trusted him that he will refund fully by 05th Aug 2014. He cameto this agreement that I must remove this posting immeditaly by today, so hewill pay installments and I also agreed to remove this posting. So please Irequest to remove this posting from this website. I also told him that, if hefails again to refund my money, I will be posting back again in this website.So he understand my situation and agreed to refuns fully bt 05 Aug'14.
