Please do not call this company for any issues with your AC. I had an incident with one of the employees that was sent out to come do a 21 point unit analysis, which is advertised for $18.00 plus a $7 travel fee, so $25 total. I knew there was an issue with the AC, which is why I called them. The plan was to have them figure out the problem, the cost, and how to proceed from there, meaning whether or not to go with them or someone else that might be able to repair it for less. The guy fixed the AC, the air is working, but after all was said and done, they tell me that it's $300. He took it upon himself to fix it without giving me any warning that the price would increase so much. $300 is a very far cry from $25, and I do believe that a big change in price like that should be discussed before rendering services to see if the customer is able to do that. I explained that I would still pay him for his work because I see that he fixed it, but that yes, I am upset because I wasn't even given the option to say no to the service or price, or seek out other companies for cheaper prices. He refused to accept my payment and after walking out, he came back and tried taking my AC unit apart. I told him to leave everything exactly the way it is because I already told him I'd pay him. He said no and started pulling stuff out of the unit, the wall, and the freon that he put in. As far as me and my attorney are concerned, the minute he decided to leave after refusing my payment and then come back and try to take apart the unit that is on my property, that constitutes criminal mischief. I'm seeking legal action because you can't do that. The payment issue is crooked. They were clearly trying to take advantage of me. If this is how that company conducts business, they have no integrity, but this employee trying to take apart my unit and rip stuff out of it? Unacceptable. Please do not contact this company for ANY AC issues.

You need to get help if you're accusing me of something that didn't happen. My original response stated that "the plan was to have them figure out the problem, the cost, and how to proceed from there, meaning whether or not to go with them or with someone else that might be able to repair it for less." If I didn't mention there was a problem with the AC, it's because I wasn't there when you arrived. I got home after you started working. However, you thought you saw an opportunity and tried to take advantage of two women and tried charging me for a service that I hadn't even agreed to. And then, you barged back into my house after you left. That's a crime. It's called criminal mischief. And then you tried breaking the system apart after telling me that a new one would cost me $3, 000-that 5, 000. Another crime. As far as scratching your arms and face and making you bleed? You seriously need help for accusing someone of such a thing. Good luck in life.

Just bought 2 new units and the it's not working properly- called several times- they said they was coming and never came- they never installed the thermostats they out the old ones on. My air condition is still not working properly! They lied and said they came to the house and they did not- check the guard hate and they did not come at all . I'm still waiting - if they are not here in the morning as they promised I'm going to the city which stills holds the permit and the BBB and yes their location

We do not recommended this company at all. We bought our house in March/15, we called this people to clean duct and they said that AC was with mold and for healthy reason they can not turn on again, so they recommended a new.AC, we agreed off course because our health, and paid 3600 in cash. Since they installed it, never worked ok, we failed the inspection, when, we called they would like to charge.$100 fee emergency service, we were with out ac for whole weekend and monday after that, technician show up at 10:30 pm, unbelievable, he put gas and frion, but then units never stop to work. After.all this time having issues, manager, technicians show up and nobody can do anything, unit in the garage was leaking, finally today the replace part of the unit, and now the thermostat is set up in 77° and inside is 74°, now thermostat is broke and AC is constantly running so our energy.bill is going up, and off course we have to wait until Monday because nobody answer the phone even to leave a voicemail. This company does not show any professionalism or respect. We are really tired and frustrated to deal with them.

I bought an A C unit from UA in August this year. The unit has overcondensated since day one. After numerous services call and several no shows and call backs, my ceiling is ruined and the unit still leaks. No one can tell me why and I need it repaired. It works, but I cannot have it continue to ruin my ceiling.(I have a ceiling unit called a pancake unit.) I only noticed the damage 3 weeks ago when my ceiling peeled and pieces were on my floor. I am seeking legal help next. All they have done is wrap the pipes differently and once removed the unit and reinstalled it. I am no rocket scientist, but I would TRY a NEW unit. I have suggested this they say that would not work. WELL TRY IT!

6/19/13 unit installed
6/20-6/21 ran ok
6/22 system freezing won't cool, leaking evaporator coil
6/22/13 told emergency calls are 129.00 wait till Monday
6/25/13 Tech came out five hours outside window don't have coil
6/2613 tech change coil afternoon- night froze up tech suppose to come back no show
6/27/13 tech comes adds Freon checks system...left house won't cool below 80 system froze
Tomorrow - calls to a lot of people

Was supposed to give us a quote for a new A/C system as advertised. Both appointments they did not show up.

First of i want to start by saying tha the technician that this lady is talking about and is funny i found this online. I no longer work for the mentioned company. I remember this incident so i know she is refering to me. On this day i go out on a " tune up" ok this is only done to a fully working system if your system is not working "no cool" this becomes a service call cost $75 since no i have to run a diagnostic on the system. She never told me there was something wrong with the system. i see she wrote she always knew something was wrong witn it. Customers ussually do this because they think the will get away with paying the diagnostic but that s besides the point. After working for about 2 hrs on this system fixing her problem " which by the way was no walk in the park" i finally fix the problem i'm very happy i tell her the good news and tell her is going to be $300 she goes berserk and starts to scream and question my work so much that i said no problem mam dont pay me a dime but i will be taking my parts she can call someone else i thought that was fair then when i try getting my part out the lady screams and procceds to scratch my arm and face at this point i'm bleeding and very upset i leave her house leaving everything behind and called the police they arrived and ask me if i wanted to press cahrges on her, i decided not to do that i just wanted a report. I didnt even collect. So i really dont know why she is even writing this mam hope you find the help you need god bless everyone and have a good day. Any techs that agree with me please write a comment. Never in my life did i imagine i was going to be attacked by a customer.
